A brief analysis of the teachers warmth (Xiao Yuer)

A brief analysis of the warmth and progress of this book by the founder, while also reviewing the journey of faith.

This book has added a few more worldly warmth compared to before, its a big progress, and also more touching.

The Masters books from beginning to end, basically none have been left out, the early "Wind and Clouds in Purple Luo Gorge", then "Warring States", and finally "Earth War God" and "Great Tang".

Although some texts are too flowery, the overall thought of the founder can be glimpsed, and the Great Way is ruthless, almost as the underlying tone of every book.

The protagonist of each book is the kind of person who is firm and strong, confident and calm, cold and ruthless, occasionally with some so-called fears and doubts, but only for a moment, after which the protagonist will continue to walk firmly on the ground, the fire of faith in their heart never extinguished.

It must be admitted that such a protagonist makes one admire and adore in amazement, and such a strong inner determination even evokes a deep resonance and admiration in the soul.

I think we are all ordinary people, and as humans, we inevitably have seven emotions and six desires, we will be afraid, jealous, dissatisfied, inferior, vulnerable... But the protagonist in the authors pen has a kind of inhuman illusion, at least to some extent, such a protagonist is invincible.

But just like some readers commented before, these protagonists are too similar and its even hard to tell them apart. At the same time, this also makes it difficult for readers to have a deep impression of anyone except the protagonist, and basically everyone else is treated as a background board.

The charm of the book lies in the fact that no matter how invincible and powerful the protagonist becomes, at least logically it is a necessity. The protagonists firm personality is indeed attractive. Moreover, the book has depth, excellent writing, for old readers, this kind of book is truly worth pursuing, while shallow writings are just childs play.

The author is skilled at plotting, the protagonist always plans before acting, and throughout the writing, there is a kind of grandeur that runs through it, even in the midst of killing, there is a rational and cold beauty, this point, I felt most deeply in "War Chronicles of the Warring States".

Moreover, regarding the Great Way, rules, and gods... the founder has his own unique views. When these things are expressed in writing, the article gains another kind of depth and tension.

In the novel, the first thing I saw was Feng Qi, at that time I was still reading books. The first feeling of seeing Feng Qi was very stunning, the atmosphere and atmosphere were really impressive, every day I was chasing after it, but unfortunately, the author stopped updating, although I can understand the reason given by the author, after all, a book without a consistent idea and setting from start to finish cannot be complete and smooth. However, I still miss it very much~~~~

And then I chased down all the other texts afterwards.

Ive been silently reading till now, often browsing the review section, and rarely commenting. One major reason is that I admire the protagonists a lot, and think the entire story is great too, but I didnt have the urge to comment until the authors new book came out, which made me understand some reasons behind it.

A book that moves peoples hearts is nothing more than characters, plot, ideas, writing style, and background settings. In the authors book, the protagonist has basically solidified from the beginning, so to speak, the protagonists actions are largely predictable, as long as they follow the principle of maximizing long-term benefits, its almost always correct, sometimes with some moral or philosophical reasoning added, the final result is also unquestionable. After reading such protagonists for a long time, although still exciting, its hard to avoid aesthetic fatigue. In this way, what remains attractive are the writing style and background settings, as well as the authors thoughts revealed in the text, and some detailed descriptions.

And an article that makes people want to express something is nothing more than the following reasons:

  1. I super like the protagonist and a certain supporting character, so I commented to express my love or discontent. The article by the main author has been read by everyone, and the protagonist is just that kind of person who doesnt need anyone to worry about them, they can take good care of themselves. This kind of protagonist may make people admire and worship them, but its hard to produce a strong liking or loving feeling towards them. In other words, the protagonist has no human weaknesses that would make people feel close to them, nor will they give people a sense of companionship or identification. At the same time, the protagonist will never let themselves be affected by any unexpected events, so its also hard to produce feelings of discontent or sympathy towards them. We all know that the protagonist will definitely take revenge and wont have any unexpected twists, making it difficult to sympathize with them.

As for the supporting characters, those in the main authors book rarely leave an impression on me, they are basically just sheep. In that kind of ruthless atmosphere, its hard to produce feelings of sympathy or love.

  2. The article resonated with me, and after deeply thinking about its framework, I had some opinions and views on the writing style, plot, etc. In fact, its easy to make such comments on the teachers book, but Ive always felt that some things can be vaguely grasped, and you can have a certain feeling, but forming them into words is not an easy task. Moreover, the teacher himself must be a firm type, and the possibility of change is extremely small, so writing it out is only for mutual discussion. However, I indeed lack this kind of impulse.

  3. A certain detail or plot in the text evokes a memory, an emotion, and some unspoken feelings. Generally speaking, the characters in the teachers books are very realistic and astute, with interpersonal relationships governed by jungle law, which only makes people think more rationally after reading, and its hard for sentimental things to emerge, at most there may be some sighs about fate, the Tao, human nature... These sighs may flash frequently, but in reality, they are a common sentiment, deep sentiments are rare, even when writing book reviews, its just clarifying thoughts, after a few times, thats all. Unlike recalling scene details, which can evoke various shallow feelings as if one were actually there.

From the above, it can be seen that if there is a so-called "defect" in the book, it is that the protagonist is modalized, the supporting characters are backgrounded, interpersonal relationships are legalized, and the writing style is cold. Of course, to some extent, perhaps many people think this is just the characteristic, before I read this book, I also thought so without hesitation.

But humanity opened another door to paradise

How to put it, I felt that this book was lovely from the beginning. After reading many books with protagonists who are calm and collected as soon as they appear on stage, with clear goals that leave people speechless, Fang Shengzhao, who is a bit silly and makes mistakes, suddenly seems so cute~~~~~ Moreover, compared to the previous texts extremely rational and cold opening, where the protagonist had no human aura at all, this beginning has a lot of love.

Of course, the reason I have this feeling is that this book is a masterpiece of the author, and for me, a reader who has read every book of the author more than once, having a slightly humanized protagonist is like winning the lottery. If it were someone elses work, I might not have had this feeling.

Its obvious that starting like this has its advantages, but now the readers tolerance has greatly decreased. If the protagonist is too miserable, many readers will lose interest. For old readers who are familiar with the authors style, a good start may be surprising, and the routine wont make them give up. However, for new readers, a good start is necessary to have hope of continuing to read.

The protagonist, although he got into trouble by revealing a secret due to his thoughtlessness at the beginning of the article, was ruthless and decisive in playing with self-destruction, which gave people a very refreshing feeling. Moreover, after experiencing the blow of leaking secrets once, the protagonist will definitely not make similar mistakes again. A secret that only the protagonist knows can greatly enhance the sense of excitement, and since the protagonist does not have a soft spot for his girlfriend, it can be said that this opening has basically introduced the protagonists character and the cause and effect, so even if the protagonist is dull for several chapters, readers will not lose interest.

Then, the article started. And I had a most striking feeling that the protagonist was like a real person. This is really not easy to achieve!!! Crying for a moment~~~~~~

Perhaps because the human paradise seems to be taking an urban supernatural route, and with the setting of the master where peoples basic material life is satisfied at this time, Fang Xinzongs life unfolded blandly. Although the protagonist still has goals and is still somewhat aloof, in a stable environment like a school city, the protagonist grows up normally.

The appearance of Ruyi, to some extent, changed the protagonists indifference on the surface. He saved people and did volunteer work. Although these were all related to his merits, as I read slowly, I felt a warm feeling in my heart.

Watching the protagonist make a puppet, watching the protagonist coincidentally visit Qian Mengs grandfather, and for the first time having an impression of the supporting characters in the book, such as Qian Meng. The feeling of secretly liking someone during adolescence was so nervous and joyful. For the first time, I had a sentimental thought about the book, rather than some rational cold analysis. The character Qian Meng reminded me of my own adolescence.

I think most girls have had a crush on someone like that, where you experience unprovoked joy and sorrow because of him. Such feelings almost never come to fruition, but they are a part of life. Based on this perspective, I feel that Qian Mengs relationship with the main character is best maintained at this subtle level of girlish infatuation. If he were to actually become one of the main characters romantic interests, it would somewhat ruin this feeling, but that depends on the author, perhaps they already have a complete outline and plan in place.

Up to now, the story has a stable life as its mainstream. Even though the protagonist went on a trip to the projection plane, there is still no such cold and urgent feeling as before. Moreover, Xiao seems to be very sincere towards the protagonist, and the protagonists parents are also concerned about the protagonist, so the overall tone of the story is light and warm.

At the same time, although the protagonist of this article is still an outsider, it is different from the past. The protagonist has human emotions, he is just a lonely boy, with a sense of loneliness that belongs to humans, and will also do some things to pass the time because of loneliness, which are things that the previous protagonists would not do, those rational ones lacking basic human flavor.

Apart from the protagonist having a good personality, many of the protagonists in previous books were ambitious and had clear goals and pursuits, unwilling to be mediocre. However, this time the protagonist was reborn in a foreign land, went through life and death, and his thoughts changed. After calming down and returning to his roots, wealth, power, and glory, beautiful women and delicious food, although not fleeting, were no longer his pursuit. Great power, glory, bringing peace to the nation and its people, an unregretful life - these things were no longer what the protagonist sought after. However, as the plot develops, whether the protagonist will change is unknown, but I find it hard to imagine that with the current style of this novel, it would suddenly turn into a story about contending for hegemony.

I really like this book by Zhuangzi, it always feels like a kind of progress.

Being able to see through many things is certainly good, but life would be dull if it were always like this. In the past, I have described some realms and depicted the joys of the gods in my teachings, and from a rational perspective, I can understand that this is how the gods should be, but there has always been a layer of separation between us. Seeing through things too clearly makes me, as an ordinary person, feel nothing special, lacking a sense of reality.

But the human paradise is indeed warm and fuzzy, although this warmth has its limits. The protagonist is still selfish, for example, helping people is for merit, and wont waste strength on a money-grabbing grandfather. But this is precisely what makes it feel very real. If a Lei Feng were to appear, it would be a huge shock. After all, being mindful of ones abilities is normal human behavior.

I hope that human nature can maintain this slightly warm and gentle tone, the setting of the text makes it possible. At the same time, dilute the jungle law a bit, as I said before, being able to see the essence of the world is good, but seeing too clearly is inhumane. Master, can you not become a king or a saint, and let the little square tube with love live a normal life?

Maybe sometimes being human isnt such a bad thing after all, and maybe that divine stuff isnt necessarily good either.
