Chapter Seventeen: Transmission (Part Two)

Misty air filled the air, with withered flowers and trees everywhere. Turning around a cluster of trees, there were ups and downs among the rocks, and no one could see anyone else. But in the Jade Ruyi, a clear image appeared on top, showing a row of people, and Fang Xin had already stopped breathing, pulling out his sword.

When he reached the position, he decisively stabbed and turned, his long sword sharpened to a fine edge, easily piercing the unarmored thigh. A shrill cry was heard from above, and fresh blood splattered on the thigh.

Fang Xin stabbed him and immediately turned around to run, this momentum had been building up for a long time, and in an instant he disappeared into the woods again. As he glanced back, he saw that the man's muscles were well-developed, and he wore simple leather armor that protected his vital parts. However, Fang Xin's original intention was not to harm him, but the man's thigh had been pierced by the dagger, and he was writhing in pain on the ground.

The result was very good, and the other party did not immediately chase after us. In fact, it was also impossible for them to immediately chase after us.

After Fang Xin rolled into a thicket, he felt the surroundings quiet and still. He gasped for a while, his pounding heart finally calming down, and then closed his eyes to sense his surroundings.

Six were killed and five others were wounded. Although he did not die, he lost his combat effectiveness for a while, and in this battle, he was already considered a dead man.

Fang Xin took a deep breath and carefully recalled the techniques and principles of Yue Men swordsmanship, which he hadn't used earlier but would eventually employ.

A swordsman's skill is in killing people!

Rocky outcrops everywhere, dense jungle in every direction, and yet another perfect spot for an ambush.

Fang Xin held his breath, and in Yu Ruyi's eyes, there was indeed one less person above. The five of them walked in a formation, naturally echoing each other's moves. This wasn't a formation, but as old soldiers, they knew how to protect and attack each other.

A flash of cold light, the long sword thrust upwards from below, piercing in a smooth motion. The sensation of the sword tip slicing through the thigh was extremely clear, but almost at the same instant, the person whose thigh had been pierced grabbed the protruding sword tip with abandon, disregarding their own well-being.

And almost at the same time, the other four immediately surrounded him.

Fang Xin never would have guessed that the other party was so formidable, and actually did something like this. With a fierce pull, the person's hand couldn't hold onto the sharp long sword, and the long sword was withdrawn.

At this point in time, four people had already quietly surrounded him. Fang Xin was still rolling straight down.

The man's ferocity sent chills down his spine. This fearless soldier was the most terrifying, he didn't want to stay within his range, and no matter how strong he was, his thigh would be pierced and he wouldn't be able to move - as long as one segment was removed, it would no longer be five people, but four.

Just after rushing out of ten meters, a loud roar was heard, and a long sword was thrown over like a weapon.

Fang Xin only felt a shock on his left shoulder, the long sword brushed past his shoulder, and fresh blood flowed from his shoulder, but it was just a scratch.

Entering the forest, Fang Xin's heart had already sunk. Under Yu Ruo Yi's senses, the four of them closely followed him, dividing into four small positions, and had already locked onto him, making it hard for him to escape.

At the moment of life and death, some people will be frightened to tremble and lose control, while others will burst out with potential, their wisdom and courage will emerge violently, even forgetting the pain.

Suddenly, Fang Xin plucked up the courage from somewhere and charged straight at one person, not allowing them to surround him. With his heart and hands moving in unison, he naturally unleashed a sword move that he had practiced many times before.

"Hah!" Dodging the opponent's attack, the long sword instinctively found the gap in the opponent's body and struck out, causing blood to splatter from the opponent's chest.

Fang Xin disregarded everything and rushed out, arriving at a place where he rolled on the ground and stabbed backwards with his hand.

"Hah!" The long sword pierced into the soldier's chest and abdomen from behind, went straight through his back, pulled out with force, and sprang up.

Taking deep breaths, his heart racing wildly, but without the slightest urge to vomit, Fang Xin no longer retreated, looking at the two remaining soldiers.

The two soldiers' faces were stern and tense, step by step they moved forward, an aura of killing intent emanating from their bodies.

"Jade as I wish, follow my heart's desire, stimulate my actions and insight, for ten seconds!" Fang Xin said quietly, instantly, a flash of golden light, his entire body seemed to become so powerful and agile.

Fang Xin let out a loud shout and charged straight into the midst of the two men. His long sword stabbed in and pulled out, then turned over to block, and again sent one flying.

This was the Yue Men sword technique, the soldier on the left charged forward and fell to the ground, while another one also took a sword, blood splattered everywhere, Fang Xin did not hesitate any longer, went forward again with several swords, and killed him.

After killing, the body sank suddenly, and this kind of handy feeling disappeared instantly.

Fang Xing was set at ten seconds, because in his past life he had experience. Firstly, the Jade Like Intent would consume power if used like this, and secondly, if it were to be sustained for a long time, the body wouldn't be able to take it, after all, this was equivalent to taking stimulants.

Rushed over, killed two wounded soldiers, then looked outwards.

Fang Xin didn't immediately go out, he just touched his own shoulder, where the wound was touched, and blood stained his hand. Fang Xin let out a hiss, feeling the pain.

In Yu Ruyi's perspective, the wounded shoulder had more black gas condensing, which made Fang Xin produce an ominous premonition again. However, this was not important; what was important was that he hurriedly paid attention to Yu Ruyi and found that his merits had basically not changed, neither losing any due to killing people nor gaining any from killing the enemy. Fang Xin's heart sank involuntarily.

This is more frightening than losing merit, because if you lose merit, there are naturally ways to gain merit. However, if this world cannot gain merit, then even though the merit required to go back may not be much, it will still be impossible to achieve. Thinking about this, Fang Xin couldn't help but feel a sense of panic.

This feeling shattered his psychological superiority, Fang Xin's face turned red and green, slowly, a cold killing intent flashed in his eyes.

Some people, the tighter they are pressed, the more courage they will produce, or it can be said that using "burning jade and stone" and "a desperate dog jumps over a wall" to describe them is also possible.

However, Fang Xin did not go out. He used a withered branch to ignite the fire and began to roast the raw rabbit meat that had been cut off. The rabbit meat was actually not good to eat, but he forced himself to eat it. The bloody half-cooked meat filled his heart with murderous intent.

Not much time had passed when he indeed felt the presence of dark energy.

  Three came in!

Fang Xin sneered, with his Jade-like Intent, he indeed had an innate advantage. What could be stronger than understanding the enemy's movements?

He took a big bite of the rabbit meat, then threw all the rest into the fire. Instantly, sparks burst out from the fire and disappeared into the woods.

Not much time passed before a dark knight came over with an attendant, an archer.

These three people had all checked the body and had blood on their hands. Their movements also carried a hint of caution and murderous intent.

The attendant went forward to inspect the fire and said: "Your Excellency was just here."

"Sly devil!" The Dark Knight cursed.

At this moment, he suddenly shook his whole body, quickly turned around and rushed straight out.

  "What's wrong?"

"This wretched commoner is actually harming my horse!" The Dark Knight muttered, his heavy armor hindering his movements, he impatiently tore it off one by one as he acted, and his actions suddenly became much quicker.

At almost the same time, Fang Xin had already cut off two horse hooves and near the hooves, that attendant was lying dead on the ground.

Fang Xin found the best weapon, a set of bow and arrow on horseback.

He hastily took out an arrow and mounted it on the bowstring. In an instant, a cruel smile appeared on his face. Only in such a situation could the bow and arrow exert their greatest killing power!

As for archery, Fang Xin was not familiar with it, but that world had a basic archery course, so at least he knew how to use it.

The horse let out a desperate whinny as it approached death, calling out to its master. The strongest black torch was rapidly approaching, Fang Xin held his breath, drew back the bowstring, and an arrow shot out with a flash of golden light.

As the Dark Knight emerged from the forest, he was met with a blood-soaked and screaming warhorse. In his moment of shock, all he heard was a "thud" as a long arrow pierced through his chest.

The dark knight stood upright for a moment without falling down immediately, took several steps forward and walked to the side of his horse before crashing down.

"Your Excellency! Your Excellency!" The attendant rushed out, hastily advancing forward. He had only taken a few steps when another arrow pierced through his chest.

The archer saw this situation and was so frightened that he hastily retreated.

In the dense jungle, fog filled the air. After half an hour, the archer cautiously got up and poked his head out to see that there was no one around. He took a few more steps, still seeing no one, before slightly relaxing, but then suddenly someone burst out from behind a nearby rock.

At this time, the archer didn't even have time to draw his bow and arrow, with no room for resistance. One sword strike went down, instantly piercing through his heart.

He drew out his sword, with a great splash of fresh blood, and Fang Xin's face turned iron-gray.
