Shaolin Temple often appears in "Tian Long" and is also the protagonist, but it has hardly appeared in "She Diao" and "Shen Diao", and its disciples rarely travel on Jianghu, nor do they know why.
After all, Shaolin is now in the Jin country's jurisdiction, could it be that the Jin country deliberately suppressed it?
Think about it, Shaolin as the most powerful sect in Jianghu, Jin Guo as an outsider, of course, has to be cautious, suppression is inevitable.
Jin Guo did not directly send troops to destroy Shaolin, but rather considered that doing so would result in huge losses and lead to unrest.
To know that Shaolin is not only a big sect of Wulin, but also has many secular disciples scattered all over the place. Many of them are officials and businessmen. If Shaolin is destroyed, these secular disciples will probably rebel.
Moreover, Shaolin is a Buddhist sect and the leader of Buddhism. If Shaolin is destroyed, all Buddhists will rise up in resistance.
Yang Chengye felt that his luck was probably going to defy the heavens, having just arrived in this era and obtained the martial arts treasure "Nine Yin Scripture", now he had also obtained the "Nine Yang Scripture", these were all things that people in the martial world dreamed of.
However, with Yang Chen's current physical condition, it is not suitable to practice the "Nine Suns Scripture" for now. It would be better to find the "Easy Muscle Scripture" first and then practice both scriptures simultaneously after obtaining the upper volume of the "Nine Yin Scripture".
But being unable to cultivate doesn't mean you can't memorize the Nine Yang Scripture first.
Yang Chengye thought for a moment and then opened the main text of "Jiuyang Zhenjing":
He is strong and he rises high, a clear wind sweeps across the mountain ridge; He is broad and he expands wide, a bright moon shines over the great river.
He himself is cruel and evil, I myself have a mouthful of true breath.
The vital energy sinks to the depths, its power concentrates in the root of the mountain. When it is time for the vital energy to move, one must get the energy to return and operate by itself, without needing external force from any direction.
The false and the true must be clearly distinguished; there is a false and a true in every move, and the whole movement is permeated with this one false and true. The vital energy should be roused and the spirit should be internally gathered, so that there will be no place where it is defective, no place where it is hollow or superficial, and no place where it is disconnected.
Use your mind and don't use force, move with others, bend and stretch, wherever you are, put your heart there.
No fixed direction, front and back, left and right; after launching, control others, before launching, control oneself.
I use his force against him, seeking straightness in curves, borrowing strength to strike the enemy, using the method of four ounces moving a thousand pounds.
His strength is just enough to move my skin, but my intent has already penetrated his bones. With both hands supporting each other, the energy flows through. When the left side becomes heavy, the left side becomes empty, and the right side takes over; when the right side becomes heavy, the right side becomes empty, and the left side takes over.
The vital energy is like the spokes of a wheel, all converging on the body. Wherever it does not converge, the body will be in disarray. The disease is located in the waist and legs.
At first, the mind controls the body, others don't follow me, I don't follow them. Later, the body can follow the mind, by myself still following others.
When you work by yourself, you get stuck; when you follow others, you become fluent. If you can follow others, your hands will have a natural measure, weighing the size of their strength, not missing a single detail; judging the length and shortness of their coming, without any discrepancy.
Advance and retreat, all in good order; the longer one works at it, the more skilled he becomes.
He does not move, I do not move; he slightly moves, I have already moved.
Tight as if loose, about to unfold but not yet unfolded, strength broken but intention unbroken.
Yin reaches its extreme and then gradually declines, while Lesser Yang secretly grows. Yin gradually declines as Yang gradually flourishes. Yin and Yang complement each other, generating and assisting one another. Lesser Yang is born from the old Yin, and Lesser Yin is born from the old Yang. All things cannot reach an extreme, for when they do, they change and transform, turning from heavy to light, and from light to heavy.
Strength is borrowed from others, energy comes from the spine. How can energy come from the spine?
The Qi sinks down from above, entering through both shoulders and gathering in the lumbar region, flowing into the waist area. This is what is meant by "gathering" (He).
Originating from the waist and spreading to the spine, it spreads to both arms and is applied to the fingers. This energy flows from bottom to top, which is called "opening". When closed, it is called "gathering", when opened, it is called "releasing". If you understand opening and closing, then you will know yin and yang.
…………
Yang Chengye spent a whole day memorizing the contents of "Jiuyang Zhenjing" and waited until he obtained the lower volume of "Jiuyin" to cultivate again.
By dusk, Yang Chengye came to the outside of the Scripture Pavilion again. At this time, Jueyuan was already waiting for him outside the Scripture Pavilion.
When he saw Yang Chengye, Yao Wenyuan hastily ran over.
"Big brother, you've finally arrived!"
Jue Yuan was very intimate and pulled Yang Chengye's arm, saying.
Yang Chengye smiled and said, "What's the hurry?"
Yang Chengye chatted with Jueyuan for a moment, then said: "Little brother, I also wanted to visit the Scripture Library today and copy a few volumes of Buddhist scriptures."
Upon hearing this, Yuanyuan felt somewhat embarrassed and said: "Big brother, it's not that I don't let you go, but the Scripture Pavilion is a sacred place within the temple, and outsiders are not allowed to enter casually."
Yang Chengye did not expect that this young man would be so iron-faced and impartial at such a young age, not even showing favoritism to his own relatives.
Yang Chengye didn't mind either, took out the wooden sign given by Sweeping Monk and asked: "Can't this token be used?"
Seeing the wooden sign in Yang Chengye's hand, Jueyuan was taken aback and asked: "Brother, where did you get this token from?"
Yang Chengye smiled and said: "This is what Master gave me today, allowing me to come and go freely in the Scripture Pavilion, could it be fake?"
Jue Yuan nodded vigorously and said, "Of course it's true. With this token, you can enter the Scripture Pavilion at will."
"Big brother, come with me!"
Jue Yuan finished speaking and led Yang Chengye towards the Scripture Storage Pavilion.
"Master Yuanyi!"
The two had just arrived outside the Scripture Pavilion when they were stopped once again by the guarding monk.
It seems that after Song Hui Lin's disturbance, Shaolin Temple will not easily relax its vigilance on the Scripture Pavilion.
The monk guarding the door looked at Yang Chengye and said to Jueyuan: "Outsiders are not allowed to enter the Scripture Pavilion."
Jue Yuan showed the token and said to the monk on duty, "This is a token given by my master's uncle. With this, I can enter the scripture storage room at will."
The monk guarding the door carefully examined the token and finally said: "It is indeed the ancestral master's token, please enter!"
The monks parted to make way for Yang Chengye and Jueyuan to enter the Scripture Pavilion.
With the token in hand, Yang Chengye and Jueyuan easily entered the door of the Scripture Pavilion.
But the Scripture Library wasn't just Jueyuan alone; there was also an old monk sitting on a wooden chair on the first floor of the Scripture Library, dozing off.
When the old monk saw Yang Cheng and his companion, he said weakly: "So it's Jueyuan, and this is..."
"Master Uncle," replied Jueyuan, "this is my brother. Master Uncle asked him to come in and copy two Buddhist scriptures."
At the same time, Yuanyang also let the old monk take a look at the token.
The old monk glanced at the token and continued, "Since it's the master's words, of course you can enter. However, the donor can only visit the first and second floors. The third floor is a sacred place for the temple gate, and outsiders are not allowed to enter."
"Don't worry, I won't go to the third floor."
Yang Chengye said, thinking secretly: "Those martial arts are of no use to me. The wisdom in the classics is the most useful."
Shaolin's 72 ultimate skills, if there is a chance, can be understood, but only understand, will not force, rushing to the third floor to find death, Yang Chengye will not do such a foolish thing.
Entering the Scripture Library, what caught Yang Chengye's eye was a large bookcase, with rows and rows of scriptures stacked inside, so many that it could be described as a sea of books.
Looking at these scriptures, Yang Chengye thought to himself: "Where can I find the Easy Tendon Classic?"
