Chapter Forty-Five: The Haze of Cigarette Smoke
Hua Xiaoxue sat on the edge of the bed, watching the two men fight for their lives, and was so shocked that she forgot to move. In her anxiety, she suddenly heard a noise behind her, turned around, and saw Zhao Huan's eyes staring blankly at her. She knew that the acupuncture had taken effect just now, but at this moment, the battle was intense, and there was no time to ask questions. Just as she was about to turn back to watch the fight, she heard Zhao Huan call out: "Uncle!" Liang Xiao, who was in a fierce battle, heard the cry and his mind was distracted for a moment, his palm strike slowed down, and he was pressed by Yun Shu's rapid attack, unable to catch his breath.
Just then, Zhao Bing shouted again: "Yun Shu, stop!" The voice was sharp and shrill. Yun Shu was taken aback, and then heard Chen Yizhong shouting: "Yun Shu, the emperor ordered you to stop, do you want to disobey the imperial edict?" Yun Shu frowned, looked at Liang Xiao again, and then looked at Zhao Bing, a bitter taste surged in his mouth, gritted his teeth, stepped forward and knelt down: "Your humble minister Yun Shu, pays homage to Your Majesty."
Zhao Bing ignored him, staring straight at Liang Xiao, murmuring: "Uncle..." His voice choked, tears streaming down his cheeks. Hua Xiaoxue saw his expression and felt a pang in her heart, gently embracing him in her arms.
Yun Shu saw Zhao Bing about to cry and hastily said, "Your Majesty, don't lose your composure..." Before he could finish speaking, Zhao Bing loudly shouted, "Get out! Get out!" A small hand swung out and slapped Yun Shu's face with a loud crack. Yun Shu was unexpectedly slapped in the face, stunned for a moment, and suddenly saw deep hatred in Zhao Bing's tear-filled eyes. His heart felt desolate, just as he was about to speak, Zhao Bing suddenly flailed his arms wildly and shrieked, "Get out! You killed my brother, now you're coming after me..." Yun Shu heard these words, his facial muscles twitching slightly, a deep pain flashing in his eyes.
Liang Xiao's voice trembled as he asked, "Huang'er, you said Huang'er is dead?" Zhao Huan had gone through countless hardships and changes since parting with Lin'an. Upon hearing the name "Huang'er", his chest felt a surge of heat and he burst into loud wails. His frail body, weakened by prolonged illness, seemed to be drained of all energy as he pointed at Yun Shu and sobbed: "Brother is dead, brother was killed by him..." Liang Xiao asked hastily: "How did he kill your brother?"
Zhao Bing sobbed for a while, then said: "That day, Uncle left, and Aunt took us to a good place. That's where my brother and I met this... this bad person!" He pointed at Yun Shu, "He insisted that my brother become the emperor, but my brother said he wouldn't do it. He scared my brother, who cried and eventually agreed. Then, he took us on a boat to kill people, killing many, many people, and shedding so much blood. My brother was too afraid to look, but he forced him to watch, saying that he would have to do the same in the future. My brother was terrified and cried every day." He recalled the brutal scene, his face twisted in unspeakable fear, his hands grasping Flower Xiaoshuang's sleeves as his whole body trembled. Flower Xiaoshuang felt a surge of compassion, stroking his hair and sighing softly.
Zhao Bing said incoherently, but Liang Xiao had already guessed a few points. Seeing him calm down, he asked: "What happened later?" Zhao Bing said: "Later... many people rushed to brother's face, blood and flesh splattered on his body. By evening, brother couldn't speak anymore, I called out to him, and he just looked up at the sky and shouted: Ah——ah——ah——" He imitated Zhao Ye's sharp voice, wailing mournfully, like a lonely crow crying in the evening. Everyone listened with aching hearts, Yun Shu closed his eyes and let out a long sigh.
Liang Xiao's face turned pale, and after a long while, he said, "What happened next?" Zhao Bing cried for a while before continuing, "Next, my brother kept calling out, calling out for a long time. Suddenly, his eyes widened, his mouth opened, and he stopped making any sound. I touched his face, it was cold as ice, so I thought he had fallen asleep. I went to wake him up, but they all said that my brother was dead and would never wake up again..." He spoke until here, feeling extremely sad, unable to catch his breath, and fainted. Hua Xiao Xue pulled out a silver needle and pricked two points on Zhao Bing's "zhī táng" and "rén zhōng". After a short while, Zhao Bing opened his eyes, staring blankly at the sky, tears streaming down as he said, "My brother is dead, he will never wake up again..." Liang Xiao was stunned for half a moment, all murderous intent disappearing from his heart. His fists slowly relaxed.
Zhao Bing suddenly turned his head, staring at Yun Shu and said: "If you didn't force my brother to be the emperor, he wouldn't have died. You forced my brother, and now you're forcing me, I hate you to death!" He pointed at Chen Yizhong again, "He says you're bad, I nod; he says don't let you lead people in battle, I say it's good; he writes nice words on paper, I stamp my seal. Hmph, you killed my brother, as long as it's not beneficial to you, I'll be unspeakably delighted..."
Chen Yizhong's face turned red, and he coughed repeatedly: "Your Majesty... how can you say such a thing..." Yun Shu felt a pang in his heart: "His Majesty is actually making things difficult for me because of this. Alas, I was completely unaware." Before he could finish his thought, a loud cannon shot echoed from afar, and the sound of killing and fighting erupted.
Yun Shu suddenly stood up, and suddenly saw a soldier rushing in, shouting: "General Yun, the Tartars are attacking!" Yun Shu looked at Zhao Bing for a moment, then replied calmly as usual. Another soldier rushed in, shouting: "General Yun, the vanguard is on fire!" Before Yun Shu could speak, he heard Liang Xiao ask: "What direction is the wind?" The man replied: "Northeast wind." Yun Shu's face sank, and he coldly said: "Liang, now that the Song Dynasty is finished, are you happy?" Chen Yi Zhong was shocked and said: "What nonsense are you talking about? Hurry up and go resist!"
Yun Shu slapped open the crowd's acupoints and coldly said, "The Yuan people are attacking with fire, you can't stop them, each of you escape on your own!" He took big strides towards Zhao Huan, but Liang Xiao stretched out a hand to block him, frowning and saying, "Where are you taking him?" Yun Shu angrily said, "Get out of the way!" With a loud slap, he struck out with his palm, which Liang Xiao caught with a flip of his own hand, shouting, "Yingying, take Xiaosheng and the child and leave first!" Yun Shu sternly ordered, "All soldiers listen to orders, no matter dead or alive, capture these few people!" The soldiers originally didn't understand what was happening, but once they received the order, they all drew their knives and rushed forward. Liu Yingying was extremely angry, shouting, "A dog biting Lu Dongbin, don't you recognize a good person's heart?" She lowered her body and kicked out with her leg, knocking over several people.
Hua Xiao Shuang's face turned pale, and she hastily pulled Zhao Bing back to the side. Just as they moved, a soldier behind them swung his sword down, and in her panic, Hua inadvertently retreated further, putting herself directly under the blade. Hua Sheng saw this from the side and threw out a punch, striking the sword with a loud clang, shattering it into several pieces. The force of the blow was so great that it seemed to carry the momentum of a swift arrow, piercing through the deck. The soldier stared blankly at the hilt in his hand, while Yun Shu's eyes widened in shock: "This monk is not what he seems; these thieves must have come prepared." His heart racing, he found himself being forced back by Liang Xiao.
Hua Xiao Shuang's fright had just subsided, and she turned to Hua Sheng and said: "Thank you so much!" Hua Sheng was holding his head and laughing loudly when he suddenly saw a soldier charging towards him with a spear. He dodged to the side and with a reverse motion of his hand on the gun handle, he didn't expect that this move would use too much force, and the man flew out like a cloud, making a "whooshing" sound as he crashed into the cabin wall, creating a hole.
"Good grief!" Peanut cried, dashing out in a flash, even faster than the other man. He had intended to launch a sneak attack and grab the soldier back from thin air, but before he knew it, someone else had already grabbed the soldier and was making a run for the wall hole, colliding with him head-on.
The peanut didn't even have time to react, and the man's energy was injected into his legs. The person in front of him couldn't stop his momentum, and he hastily struck out with his palm, slapping the peanut's chest with a loud "slap". The peanut seemed like a big tree taking root, not moving at all, while the other person fell backwards, sitting down on one knee. When the peanut saw that the newcomer had golden hair and green eyes, something he had never seen before, he was shocked and amazed, and laughed foolishly: "Golden Hair, sorry about this! I'll help you up." He stretched out his hand to help him, but the other person slapped him again, and his palm felt a dull ache. He was both startled and angry, and shouted: "Sorry to your father!" Suddenly he launched a fist, punching the peanut's shoulder.
Hua Sheng was punched in the chest, his body swayed, and he easily dissipated the punch's force. He said strangely, "Why are you hitting people?" The man saw that Hua Sheng had taken a hit without being affected, and his scalp began to feel numb. His right leg suddenly kicked out towards Hua Sheng's groin. The groin is a weak spot, even the "Great Iron God Power" can't defend against it. Hua Sheng had no choice but to stretch out his hand to block it, causing the man's calf to ache in pain, and he shouted, "Go to your mother!" His wrist flipped, and he drew out a curved knife, flashing out like lightning. Hua Sheng was shocked, leaping backward, when suddenly he heard Liang Xiao say coldly, "Haris, you've come at the right time!" The foreigner's expression changed, his voice turned stern, and he let out a long whistle. Another two whistles rose from outside the cabin, echoing in response.
Liang Xiao made a swift move, forcing Cloud Shu to open up. He then pounced on Harris in mid-air. Harris hastily danced with his curved knife and retreated backwards. Just as Liang Xiao was about to pursue, he suddenly saw Cloud Shu pouncing towards Hua Xiao Shuang. In the midst of rushing forward, he quickly turned back and slapped a palm towards Cloud Shu. Cloud Shu countered with an opposing palm, but before their palms could meet, a loud crash was heard. The cabin's roof burst open, revealing a large hole, and Atan descended from above, swinging his arm and striking Liang Xiao's occipital bone with the Vajra Chakra.
Liang Xiao was attacked from front and back, his right palm slightly retracted, releasing the Cloud Unique Palm's energy. His left palm was like the wind, sweeping out backwards. The Diamond Ring received the force of his palm and accelerated by a factor of two, changing direction, passing by his side, and shooting towards the outside of the cabin. At this moment, a flash of silver light appeared outside the cabin, and someone floated in, gently catching the Diamond Ring in their hand, laughing loudly: "Lord Ping Zhang is still in the mortal world, I am truly overjoyed!"
Yun Shu saw Liang Xiao's palm force retract, just as he was about to advance and press in. Suddenly, he saw the Silver Robe Guest reveal this move, and he was shocked at once. He thought that the Vajra Circle had brought out a force of one throw from Atan, plus Liang Xiao's palm force, two forces superimposed, how shocking the force was, even if it were himself, he could only dodge the matter. Then he heard him speak, and his heart responded with a thud: "Is this also Liang Xiao's helper?"
Suddenly, Liang Xiao laughed and said: "Don't worry, as long as you are alive for one more day, I, Liang, will not die first!" He Tuo Luo smiled and said: "Good words." He threw the Vajra circle back to A Tan, his eyes suddenly fell on Zhao Bing's body, clapped his hands and laughed: "Is this the baby emperor of the Great Song? Good, indeed born clever..." As soon as the word "clever" came out, he disappeared without a trace. Yun Shu was stunned for a moment, then heard Liang Xiao shouting: "Be careful!" The shout had not yet ended when a strong gust of wind came, He Tuo Luo feigned an attack on Zhao Bing, but his actual target was Yun Shu.
"Snake Demon" He Daluo dominated the Western world, his reputation extending to Daqin and Gaul. This time he came to China, not only to settle old scores but also with great ambitions, wanting to do something earth-shaking. However, he was defeated by Jiuru and Shitian Feng, and forced to retreat without a fight, suffering a humiliating defeat. Minggui had been at odds with him before, and after the event, took the opportunity to plot against him, inciting Huozhenren and Changning to speak ill of He Daluo in front of Tuhuan. He Daluo lost all face, eager to redeem himself through achievements, heard about the battle here, and came south with Haris, determined to capture Song Emperor alive and make a name for himself worldwide. Atan couldn't resist Haris' temptation and followed to get a share of the spoils.
When the Yuan army launched a fire attack, the Song army was in disarray, and the three of them took advantage of the situation to sneak into the Song camp. He Daluo had long known that Liang Xiao had entered the camp and had already taken precautions, but seeing Yun Shu dressed as a Song general, he thought to himself: "I've heard for a long time that there's a person named Yun Shu among the Song people, I reckon it must be him." He thought that if he fought with Liang Xiao, they would be evenly matched and it wouldn't be easy to gain the upper hand. But Yun Shu was someone he had never met before, and catching him off guard wouldn't be difficult.
"Void Movement" was the only one in the world, He Tuo Luo rushed to Yun Shu's right side and made a "Destruction of God's Snake". His fist was silent, with internal energy and internal potential, like a poisonous snake in the grass, suddenly jumping up and biting people. Although Yun Shu was reminded by Liang Xiao, he was caught off guard and could only dodge to the left with all his might. He Tuo Luo's double arms followed, just about to kill the enemy under his fist, when he suddenly felt a strong wind rising from behind him. Without turning his head, he knew that Liang Xiao had arrived.
Fists and palms intersected, Liang Xiao unleashed the "Reversing Yin and Yang Technique", transforming his vigorous energy into gentle yet powerful energy, and his yin energy into yang energy. Just as he was halfway through the transformation, he suddenly felt the snake-like energy of Hei Tuo's fist erupt like a mountain torrent, not following his own internal energy changes, but instead surging straight into his meridians. Liang Xiao couldn't help but let out a stifled groan and hastily retreated.
Hei Tuo, the master of his generation, had previously underestimated his opponent and suffered a small loss. After some contemplation, he figured out a way to counter the "Reversing Yin and Yang Technique". Liang Xiao's move was exactly what Hei Tuo had been waiting for. With an unchanging stance, Hei Tuo broke through Liang Xiao's internal energy, not giving him any chance to retreat. With a hearty laugh, his arms suddenly lengthened by half a foot, grasping Liang Xiao's wrists, his left foot firmly on the ground, and his right leg kicking towards Liang Xiao in a carefree manner. His hands and feet seemed to be moving of their own accord, as if they belonged to different owners.
Yun Shu was caught off guard by Hei Tuo's sneak attack, and his heart was filled with shock and anger. Seeing Hei Tuo's leg coming out, he spotted an opening in the lower part of his body and immediately crouched down, sweeping one leg across the ground. Unexpectedly, Hei Tuo twisted his waist, and the leg that had been kicked out suddenly swept back. Yun Shu didn't expect this leg to be a feint, but felt a strong gust of wind hitting him in the face, and hastily turned his body to dodge to the side. Liang Xiao took advantage of Hei Tuo's distraction to slip out from under his hands. Hei Tuo let out a cold laugh, then rushed forward, swinging his sleeve and punching out. Liang Xiao didn't dare to compete with him in terms of internal energy, so the two of them exchanged quick blows, exchanging seven or eight moves in an instant.
Yun Shu was puzzled: "Aren't these two in cahoots? Why are they fighting each other?" As for Liang Xiao's timely rescue, he couldn't understand it even more. Seeing He Tuo Luo's swift and fierce attack, Liang Xiao gradually fell into a disadvantageous position. Yun Shu suddenly felt a sense of hostility: "Silver-robed guest's martial arts are extremely high, if the surname-Liang scoundrel loses, I'll also be in a difficult situation." He was well-versed in military tactics and deeply understood the principle of combining weaknesses to resist strength. With this thought in mind, he charged forward and joined forces with Liang Xiao to attack their strong enemy together. He Tuo Luo fought against two great masters, bringing out his full potential, sometimes hidden, sometimes visible, like a dragon or a snake, every move was beyond expectations.
Liu Yingying also wielded a single-edged sword and clashed with A Tan in one place. After a fierce battle for a moment, Liu Yingying saw that this lama was staring at herself in a daze, and she had an idea, rushing towards him with a faint smile, the smile born on her cheeks, as if a strange flower had just bloomed, and white water had risen to the surface. A Tan was originally a hungry ghost in the midst of lust, and he could only stare blankly with his eyes wide open. At this moment of life and death struggle, how could he afford to be distracted? In the midst of confusion, a strong wind rose from his shoulder, and Liu Yingying's sword slashed towards his head. A Tan dodged too late, the steel knife grazed his shoulder and took away half of his ear, instantly blood gushed out.
Atan was furious and lost his composure, using the Tibetan language to curse loudly. Liu Yingying laughed and said: "You stinky bald donkey, you use barbarian language to scold me, do you think I don't understand? Humph, I'll give you a count, for every sentence you scold me, I'll chop you with one knife. Let's see if your mouth is sharper or my knife is sharper!" Atan was taken aback and thought: "Of course it's your knife that's sharper, even if I scold you a hundred times, it can't compare to you chopping me once." Just as he was about to launch a fierce attack, he saw Liu Yingying's stunning beauty, her smile and frown were so charming, his eyes were dazzled and he stumbled into danger.
He Tuo and the other two were rolling around, fighting over a hundred moves. Liang and Yun's techniques changed, Yun Shu walked in all directions, using "Three Talents Returning to the Origin Palm", while Liang Xiao casually opened up "Great Reversal Punishing Heart Palm". The former was one of the top martial arts in the world for examining enemies, while the latter was a first-rate deceiving technique. After exchanging several moves, they couldn't help but glance at each other, both feeling shocked and amazed. These two palm techniques seemed to be mutually exclusive, yet had a subtle connection, once combined, their power doubled. "Great Reversal Punishing Heart Palm" excelled at deceiving the enemy, as soon as the opponent's mind was in disarray, revealing an opening, "Three Talents Returning to the Origin Palm" would take advantage of the opportunity and deliver a fatal blow. This was just like on the battlefield, one army confusing the enemy, while another waited for an opportunity to defeat them. The subtlety of this technique was something that even Xiao Qian Yue and Gong Yang Yu had never considered.
He was still able to cope at first, but the more he fought, the more he felt exhausted. He only felt that Liang Xiao's moves were unpredictable and difficult to grasp, while Yun Shu's pair of palms seemed to be condensed without being released, with an aura that was everywhere, making him feel a chill in his heart: "The two little rabbits are cooperating seamlessly, this is not good." Although he may not lose, he has always been cautious and would never take risks. Suddenly, he jumped open several feet, laughing loudly: "Lord Ping Zhang, do you want to collude with the Song people to kill me and monopolize this merit?" Liang Xiao knew that he was trying to provoke him, so he glanced at him sideways, while Yun Shu looked suspicious, knowing that he was in a disadvantageous position and his mind was unstable, and after hearing these words, he had already begun to waver. Then he heard He Tuo Luo laugh: "Alright, Lord Ping Zhang, you and I join hands to kill this person, the little emperor will be yours, and this person's head will be mine, how about that?"
Liang Xiao's temperament was such that even if he was angry in his heart, he would only give a cold smile and wouldn't bother to argue with him. Yun Shu saw his expression and believed it even more, thinking that Chu Wan's words about him saving the emperor were all lies. The woman didn't know what she was talking about, and had actually fabricated such absurd words. These two people were clearly of the same kind, ridiculing themselves for being fooled, only thinking that this man surnamed Liang wanted to save the emperor. The more he thought, the angrier he became, suddenly remembering that he had forgotten Zhao Heng while fighting, turned his head to look around, and found that there was no sign of the little emperor in the cabin. Yun Shu was furious, staring at Liang Xiao: "Good job distracting me!"
Liang Xiao knew that Zhao Bing had been taken away by Hua Xiaoshuang, and he felt a huge weight lifted off his shoulders. He Ta Luo's eyes rolled around, and suddenly let out a loud laugh, jumping out of the cabin. Yun Shu knew he was going to catch someone outside, so he shouted loudly and jumped into the air, striking out with his palm. He Ta Luo dodged to avoid it, but suddenly felt another gust of wind coming from behind him, and he silently cursed as he reached out to deflect Liang Xiao's palm. His eyes flicked to the side, and he saw Yun Shu about to jump out of the cabin, so he let out an angry growl and used Liang Xiao's palm to flip himself over and pounce on Yun Shu, punching and kicking at the same time.
Yun Shu turned around to block, the two exchanged a move in mid-air, and suddenly saw Liang Xiao approaching the cabin door, and they both shouted in unison: "Where are you going?" The two of them leapt out together, and Liang Xiao felt an overwhelming energy behind him. He hastily used his "Great Reversal Heart-Palm" technique to turn the situation around, and with a swift motion, he retreated back into the cabin. As he looked up, he saw that the two were blocking the door, fighting with unprecedented ferocity.
Hua Xiaoxiang held Zhao Bing, seeing the dense knives and guns, chaotic and messy. Zhao Bing's small body kept trembling, and she couldn't help but think: "If this slaughter continues, I'm afraid it will scare him." She covered Zhao Bing's eyes with her hands and crawled out of the hole that Hua Sheng had smashed open.
Hua Sheng and Harris were entangled in a fierce battle. Harris wielded his curved knife, creating a whirlwind of silver light that enveloped Hua Sheng. But the little monk was not to be underestimated, dodging and weaving with ease, allowing the blade to dance before him without landing a single hit. Harris secretly cursed his evil ways, thinking he only defended and never attacked, and shouted loudly as he launched a fierce slash. Hua Sheng saw Harris's ferocious expression and felt a chill in his heart, but just then, Hua Xiao Shuang emerged from the cabin, and he quickly called out "Wait!" Using his "Unrestrained Mudra", he slipped past Harris's side.
Harris saw him say go and went, his heart was both shocked and afraid. He thought that although the little bald donkey's martial arts were high, if he didn't fight back, it wasn't worth worrying about. He boldly followed out, raised his eyes to look, and in the distance, fierce flames filled the sky, as if a mad dragon had rolled over countless Song army ships. The soldiers and civilians of the Song Dynasty were shocked and frightened, their morale was gone, and they fled for their lives, driving their boats to collide with each other, and many sank at once.
Harris was ruthless and good at killing, seeing this tragic situation, he also felt a slight shock. He glanced sideways, Hua Xiao Shuang and Hua Sheng stood shoulder to shoulder on the left, staring blankly, and couldn't help but rejoice: "The little thing hasn't seen the world, it's scared stupid!" Sheathed his curved knife, quietly advancing forward, suddenly launching a surprise attack. His right hand raised two fingers from the middle, pointing at Hua Sheng's back heart; his left hand was like a chicken claw, pressing down on Hua Xiao Shuang's shoulder head.
Hua Xiao Shuang was stunned by the war in front of her, her mind a complete blank. Suddenly, she felt a pain on her shoulder and found herself being held down by Harris at the "Jian Jing" acupoint. Her body went limp and her hands loosened, causing Zhao Bing to fall onto the deck. Harris's hand grasped Hua Xiao Shuang while his other hand pressed the "Zhi Yang" acupoint on Hua Sheng, but he felt a sharp pain in his fingertips as if they had hit an iron wall. Suddenly, he heard Hua Sheng exclaim in pain and shout: "It hurts so much!"
After he poked with his middle finger, Harris was still able to feel the pain and was shocked in his heart, wanting to quickly withdraw his hand. Unexpectedly, Huasheng's "Great Iron God Power" had reached the point of "one body and mind", and it burst forth spontaneously, with power preceding intention. Although Huasheng was stunned, his strength had already circulated throughout his entire body, and he counterattacked as soon as he poked with his middle finger. With a "crack" sound, Harris's two fingers were simultaneously broken off.
Harris let out a pained yelp, grabbing Hua Xiao Shuang and retreating. Hua Sheng turned around to see this, his eyes widening in anger, and threw a punch at Harris's left arm. Harris's fingers were shattered by the blow, and he thought that if he took another hit, his entire arm would be pulverized. He hastily released Hua Xiao Shuang and leapt backward with all his might, causing Hua Xiao Shuang to stumble backward as well. Hua Sheng quickly withdrew his fist and steadied her, but before he could react, Harris swung his curved knife down at them with a whoosh of air.
Huā Xiǎo Shuāng cried out: "It's over!" Huā Shēng responded immediately, sending out a punch. Harris only felt the wind from the fist rushing towards his face, and his mouth and nose were both closed. He didn't dare to capture anyone, and hastily dodged to the side. Suddenly, he saw Huā Shēng bending down to hug someone, revealing an opening. His body twisted, and a curved knife slashed upwards towards his face. This knife was wielded in a strange position, and if Huā Shēng hadn't dodged, he would have been cut across both eyes. He had no choice but to jump out of the way.
At this moment, the two of them revolved around Zhao Huan, advancing and retreating like the wind. Although Huasheng's martial arts were high, he was bound by his master's orders and did not dare to attack the enemy with his hands. He only dodged east and west, waiting for an opportunity to seize the person. Harris's broken fingers ached repeatedly, and he was extremely wary of this little monk. He was slippery in his dealings, quite like his father, and his curved knife flashed back and forth, but he did not launch a strong attack. He only waited for Huasheng to make a move before launching a flurry of chaotic knives that forced him to retreat. Zhao Huan was caught between the two of them, feeling the fierce winds blowing around him, the flashing knife lights, and suddenly became frightened and afraid, bursting into loud wails.
Hua Xiao Shuang's heart was racing like fire, and she rushed forward. Harris swung his knife at her, but Hua Sheng intervened, fearing for Hua Xiao Shuang's safety, and punched him back. Harris's eyes gleamed with amusement as he said, "Has the little monk developed worldly desires?" Hua Sheng asked in surprise, "What do you mean by 'worldly desires'?" Harris seethed with rage inwardly, thinking, "This bald donkey is trying to fool me!" but his mouth curled into a smile as he said, "Worldly desires refer to having thoughts of women!" Suddenly, he swung his knife at Zhao Bing, and Hua Sheng was about to intervene when Harris swiftly turned his blade towards Hua Xiao Shuang again. Hua Sheng hastily raised his fist to save her, but Harris dodged to the right, his curved knife flashing horizontally, and in the chaos, Hua Sheng almost put his hand on the blade.
Harris was getting the upper hand, striking left and right, but only towards Hua Xiao Shuang and Zhao Bing. Hua Sheng blocked him from both sides, looking extremely embarrassed. Harris thought he had won, but unexpectedly someone rushed out of nowhere, grabbed Zhao Bing and rolled away on the ground. Harris focused on dealing with Hua Sheng and Hua Xiao Shuang, but was robbed by someone else, furious beyond control, kicked his leg, Hua Sheng lifted his leg to block it. The two legs clashed, Harris was like a iron pillar, his mouth twisted in pain as he jumped back.
That man must be a god, seeing Hua Sheng's enemy Harris, he was overjoyed and quickly picked up Zhao Bing and ran wildly. Zhao Bing had just regained his composure and recognized the person, happily saying: "Lu Taifu, it's you!" Lu Xiufu didn't say a word, hastily running to the back of the boat, raised his eyes and looked, suddenly stunned, seeing Chen Yizhong standing on a boat, sailing with the wind, going far south.
Lu Xiufu made an appointment with Chen Yizhong, and Chen Yizhong guarded the boat while he himself went to rescue Zhao Bing. Who knew that this old slippery head saw that things were not going well and ran away on his own? Lu Xiufu only felt as if his whole body was falling into an icy cave, and when he turned his head back, he saw flames illuminating the sky, with Yuan army warships charging over in groups. He closed his eyes, let out a long sigh, and said in a hoarse voice: "Your Majesty, things have come to this, I am guilty." Zhao Bing didn't understand what he meant, and hastily said: "Don't talk, quickly run..." Before he could finish speaking, Lu Xiufu suddenly shouted loudly: "Heavenly sky!" and rushed forward two steps before jumping up. Zhao Bing only heard the wind rushing past his ears, and his body was already in mid-air. He didn't know what had happened, his mouth wide open, but unable to utter a single word.
Harris and Hua Sheng entwined for several rounds, suddenly feigning a move to the east, then dashing out to the right, swinging his sword towards Hua Xiao Feng. Hua Sheng, unaware of the ruse, flipped over and blocked Harris's attack in front of Xiao Feng. Harris used one stroke to draw Hua Sheng away, then also suddenly sprinted to the left. Within ten steps, he saw that old man carrying the Little Emperor standing far off, his heart filled with joy, just as he was about to approach, he suddenly saw Lu Xiu Fu leap into the air and plunge straight into the sea.
Harris came from afar, all for the sake of this child. If he were to give up now, wouldn't all his previous efforts be in vain? His brain heated up with excitement, he threw away his curved knife and leapt out, stretching his hand towards the two people to grab them. Unfortunately, they were too far apart, and Harris used up all his strength in this leap, but still fell short by half a foot. If it were someone else, they would have been left helpless, but Harris had the ancient yoga skills, with flexible joints in his hands and feet, so he stretched out another inch, grabbed Zhao's shoulder, and forcibly pulled him back. Lu Xiu's back was suddenly empty, and before he could turn around to look, the person had already fallen into the sea. He was furious, his two hands desperately clawing at the air, just as he opened his mouth, a rush of salty seawater poured in, and his body involuntarily sank down.
Harris grabbed Zhao Kun, overjoyed, and with a burst of energy, he tried to hook his feet under the ship's railing. But unfortunately, his foot slipped and didn't catch it. His heart sank: "Damn, I was one thought away from being killed by this little emperor..." Just as he thought that, someone grabbed his ankle, and he narrowly escaped death. He looked up to see Hua Sheng suspended in mid-air, with one hand on the ship's bow, and couldn't help but exclaim in joy: "Little Baldy... cough, Little Master, hold on tighter!"
Hua Sheng saw Harris go after Lu Xiufu and also rushed over with Hua Xiaoxiao, just in time to see Harris jump out to catch Zhao Bing. He was so anxious to save him that he forgot he couldn't swim, and jumped out to grab him. Only then did he realize his mistake, staring at the sparkling sea water, remembering what Liu Yingying had said earlier, and his heart was filled with fear, trembling as he cried out: "Xiaoxiao, it's all over, I'm going to feed the turtles!" Hua Xiaoxiao rushed forward, seeing that the three of them were safe and sound, let out a sigh of relief. But Lu Xiufu was nowhere to be seen, knowing that he must have fallen into the water, her heart felt a pang of sorrow, looking at the countless Song soldiers struggling in the sea, the cries for help echoing through the sky, her heart was like a knife twisting, and she fainted.
Huasheng cried out, but there was no response from Huaxiao Feng. His hands and feet were trembling, and his eyes were streaming with tears. At this moment, the hatch couldn't withstand the weight of the three people, and it cracked with a loud "crack". Harris's heart skipped a beat, and he hastily said: "Little Master, quickly take me up." Huasheng didn't respond either, but instead cried out loudly. Harris wailed several times, seeing that it was ineffective, suddenly became anxious, and started scolding wildly: "You little beast, you bald thief!"
Hua Xiao Shuang heard the cry and came back to her senses, asking: "Hua Sheng, why are you crying..." Before she could finish speaking, a strong gust of wind suddenly rose from behind, swift and fierce. Suddenly, Liang Xiao's cold voice rang out: "If you take another step forward, I'll let the monk go, and we'll fight to the death!" Hua Xiao Shuang was at a loss, but hearing his voice made her feel greatly relieved. She turned around to see Liang Xiao standing shoulder to shoulder with Liu Yueyue, while He Tuo Luo's face was pale as he stood near A Tan on the left, and Yun Shu stood alone on the right. The five of them stood facing each other, their eyes blazing with anger.
Liang Xiao looked at his opponent, shouting: "Hua Sheng, pull him up!" Hua Sheng didn't dare to move, still crying. Liu Yanyan saw the little monk being so bullied and got angry, saying: "If you don't come up, I'll kick you down!" While speaking, she stretched out her foot to kick.
Peanut was shocked, and with a sudden surge of strength, he flipped his hand over, leaped onto the deck, and pulled Harris and Zhao Bing up as well. Harris secretly gathered momentum, and as soon as he stepped onto the deck, he kicked Peanut in the face with lightning speed. Peanut ducked just in time, but Harris's foot was too fast, and it landed squarely on his bald head, making him feel like his foot was about to split open, and he let out a loud "Ah" of pain. Just as he was thinking of changing tactics, his ankle was suddenly tightened, and he found himself grasped by Peanut. The internal energy flowed from his ankle through the meridians, and Harris's whole body went limp, collapsing onto the ship.
Yun Shu and He Tuo rushed up. Liang Xiao and Liu Yingying exchanged a glance, one grabbed Harris and the other hugged Zhao Bing. The two of them had their own concerns and stopped in their tracks at the same time. He Tuo shouted loudly: "Liang Xiao, what do you want to do?" Liang Xiao said: "You don't make a move, I won't touch your son." He Tuo hesitated for a moment, then sighed: "Alright! I admit defeat!" Liang Xiao suspected that he was being deceitful, but he was afraid of his martial arts skills and didn't dare to provoke him further. With a slight cold smile, he turned around and looked back, seeing the Yuan army's warships swarming in, and ordered Yun Shu: "Give the order for the sailors to head south."
Yun Shu hated getting toothache, at that time the army was defeated like a mountain, Zhao Bing fell into someone's hands again, and for a while there was no way to do anything. He thought: "Why didn't he sail north into the Yuan camp?" But feeling that this would ultimately be beneficial to himself, he turned around and entered the cabin, ordering the sailors to raise the wind sails. Liang Xiao saw the ship start, took Harris and retreated into the cabin. This warship was originally a sea ship remodeled, with a long and large layout, divided into three parts: the front cabin for living, the rear cabin for storage, and the bottom cabin as the sailors' quarters.
He Da waited for Liang Xiao to enter, then followed Ab Tan into the cabin and sat down with a gloomy face. Liang Xiao secretly worried: "This old thief's martial arts are both high and strange, staying on the boat will eventually be a disaster, we must think of a way to get rid of him." Both sides had their own concerns, and the cabin fell silent for a while.
Zhao Bing had already fainted, and Hua Xiao Shuang used acupuncture on him. He slowly came to, cried out a few times, and called out "Uncle!" Liang Xiao was still coming back to his senses, smiled at him, and grasped his small hand, but felt it icy cold and pitifully thin. Zhao Bing however felt like he had something to rely on, calmed down, and asked: "Uncle, is Auntie okay?" Liang Xiao hesitated for a moment, Hua Xiao Shuang's face turned deathly pale, and Liu Yueyue also heard clearly, her beautiful eyes revealing a hint of shock and anger.
Liang Xiao fell silent for a moment, unable to bear telling the truth, and sighed: "She's very good." Zhao Huan asked strangely: "She's very good, why doesn't she come see me?" Liang Xiao felt a pang in his chest, and said hoarsely: "She's busy... am I not doing well enough for her?" Zhao Huan's face showed disappointment. Liu Xiangying suddenly asked coldly: "Huan'er, what does your aunt look like?" Zhao Huan hesitated, thought for a moment, and said: "She looks very good, but not as good-looking as you." He then pointed at Hua Xiao Shuang, saying: "Better looking than her."
Hua Xiao Shuang's face turned pale, and she lowered her head to leave. Liu Yingying's eyes grew cold, staring at Liang Xiao, seeing him lower his head in silence, thinking he had a guilty conscience, getting even more angry and bitter, just about to lash out, when suddenly a loud crash was heard outside the cabin, like thunder booming, the ship shook with it, swaying slightly.
Liang Xiao sprang to his feet, and suddenly heard another loud noise from the back of the boat, like a bow and arrow being fired. This was followed by several more shots. Yun Shu rushed into the cabin, coldly saying: "The Tartars have caught up with us." Liang Xiao asked: "How many boats are there?" Yun Shu replied: "One has been sunk, leaving ten more, which are now firing cannons and stones at us. In a moment, this boat will also sink." He Daluo stood up tall, clapping his hands and laughing: "Gentlemen, if you don't surrender now, what are you waiting for?" Yun Shu sternly said: "I would rather be shattered jade than intact pottery. A great man dies when he must die; how can he kneel down to the enemy?" He Daluo was intimidated by his gaze and was momentarily speechless. Yun Shu turned and walked out, Liang Xiao grabbing Harris and saying: "We'll go take a look too." Liu Yanyan had been interrupted from her conversation by the battle and didn't have time to settle accounts with him; she stamped her foot and also came to the back of the boat.
It was the time when dark clouds covered the sky, and the north wind was fierce. Ten yellow warships of the Song Dynasty sailed towards the big ship with full wind in their sails. Liang Xiao looked around for a moment, picked up an angular bow, pulled it to its fullest extent, and shot an arrow straight at the head of the Yuan ship, tearing half of the rope on the sail. Before the Yuan army could understand what was happening, Liang Xiao's second arrow arrived like lightning, cutting the rope into two pieces. The sail suddenly lost its support and fell down with a loud noise. The Yuan army was shocked and angry, shouting and scolding together. The ship had no wind to borrow, and it slowed down suddenly.
Yun Shu thought that hitting the rope with one arrow was already very difficult, but two arrows shooting at the same position was even more impossible. He had fought several battles with him before, and his riding and archery skills were all inferior to his opponent's. Now it seemed that he had lost without any regrets! As he was thinking, there was a loud noise behind him, and when he turned around, he saw that the three sails of their ship had fallen down at the same time. Yun Shu's heart sank, and he only heard Liang Xiao shouting loudly: "He Daluo, come out!" A long laugh sounded, and He Daluo slowly walked out of the cabin, saying lazily: "I don't know what orders Ping Zhang has." Liang Xiao said: "Harris is in my hands, aren't you afraid that your son will die?" His toes lifted up, aiming at Harris's head. With just a slight push, Harris would definitely split his head open and die on the spot. Harris's face turned pale, and he shouted loudly at He Daluo in his native language.
He Da Lu furrowed his brow and smiled: "A great man like you, sir, must always act with reason. Just now I was sitting in the cabin, not moving my butt at all. Ah, I understand, it must be that the sailors on the previous boat were corrupt and lazy, dropping the wind sail and jumping into the sea to escape. A Tan, don't you agree?" A Tan smiled: "Yes, absolutely right."
"Are you a ghost, you killed people and set sail, and still want to quibble?" He Tuo Luo smiled: "No evidence, how can you arbitrarily sentence? Miss, what you say now doesn't count as anything, but if you become an official in the future, once your golden mouth opens, how many innocent people will be wrongly killed? Ha! I dare ask, miss, which eye did you see me killing people and setting sail with?" He deliberately pretended to be serious, word by word, refuting what Liu Yingying said. Liu Yingying knew that he had killed the sailors and set sail, but she was unable to refute him because she hadn't seen it herself, so she stomped her foot in anger, furious in her heart.
Li Shuo was momentarily careless, allowing him to take advantage of the chaos and kill people by releasing the sail. The situation is now critical, with enemy ships approaching, he immediately pulled out his horn bow and waited for them to enter shooting range before firing arrows at the sails. The Yuan army had suffered once before and became smarter, keeping a safe distance and not pressing too close.
After a while, Zhao Huan suddenly exclaimed: "Ah, no! A small mountain has emerged from the sea!" Everyone turned their eyes to look, and in the distance, a small island appeared, black and shiny. They were all surprised: "Just now the waves were endless, how did a small island appear?" Suddenly, a fountain of water sprayed up from the island, several feet high, splashing in all directions. Liu Yingying took a cold breath and exclaimed: "This island is moving!" The small island slowly drifted, approaching Yuan's boat. Suddenly, Yun Shu sneered and said: "What small mountain or small island? It's just a big whale." Zhao Huan asked strangely: "What's a big whale..." As soon as the words left his mouth, he pouted again, "I'm not talking to you!" Yun Shu heard this and felt unhappy.
The Yuan soldiers also saw the giant whale, and they cried out in alarm. These soldiers from the north had never heard of such a huge beast in the sea, and they shot arrows wildly at it. The whale was hit by two arrows, let out a long, sharp cry, sank into the water, and then floated up again, this time under the warship. The Yuan ship was small and light, and when the whale pushed against its bottom with its back, it immediately capsized, and the soldiers fell into the sea like dumplings in a pot, struggling and crying out in distress.
The Mongol sailors shouted and shot arrows, but the whale dove again, and when it emerged from the water, it capsized two Mongol ships that were advancing side by side. The Mongols were extremely frightened, shooting arrows while retreating with oars. The whale chased them relentlessly, sometimes sinking and sometimes floating, and after a short while, six more Mongol ships were capsized, leaving only one remaining, which fled in panic, its sails full of wind, until it disappeared from view.
This round of whale battle, shocked everyone's eyes wide with wonder. Yun Shu suddenly knelt down on one knee to Zhao Bing, delightedly saying: "The Holy Emperor's good fortune, the heavenly whale descended, it can be seen that the great Song Dynasty's fate is not yet exhausted, and it can still be remedied, haha...it can still be remedied..." He had suffered consecutive defeats for months, encountering this auspicious sign, he was so excited that his words were incoherent, and tears suddenly flowed from his eyes. Zhao Bing was shocked, tremblingly saying: "What are you saying, I...I don't understand..."
Yun Shu shouted loudly: "Heaven blesses the Great Song, the Great Song will never perish..." He felt an inexplicable joy, wanting to laugh out loud, but his laughter was low and hoarse, like a night owl's cry. Zhao Bing looked at him with a smile that wasn't a smile, tears that weren't tears, and felt extremely frightened, tightly grasping Hua Xiao Shuang's clothes, her whole body trembling uncontrollably.
He Daluo did not expect that the mighty naval fleet of the Great Yuan would be scattered by a giant whale. Zhang's eyes widened in disbelief as he listened to Yun Shu's words, and his heart skipped a beat as he thought, "Could it really be the blessing of Heaven for the Song Dynasty?" If it wasn't for the heavens playing tricks, why would a giant whale appear at this critical moment? Just as he was filled with doubt, he heard Liang Xiao coldly laugh and say, "You think it's a divine whale, but it may not recognize your Song Dynasty!" He Daluo looked up to see that the giant whale had turned its head and was charging towards their ship. He couldn't help but exclaim, "What? It thinks we're enemies?" Liang Xiao snorted, his face turning iron-gray.
Although Yun Shu didn't believe it, he could see that the whale was getting closer and closer, and his heart was racing. He glanced at Hua Xiao Shuang and saw her staring blankly at the giant whale, without any defense, and thought to himself: "Even if I die, I will never die together with this treacherous thief!" With that thought, he slapped a palm towards Hua Xiao Shuang. Hua Xiao Shuang was startled and retreated, but Yun Shu had no intention of hurting her, the slap was just a feint, and before it even landed, his right claw suddenly shot out and grabbed Zhao Bing's shoulder, pulling him over. His left palm circled back and "thudded" as he caught Hua Xiao Shuang's punch.
The monk's eyes widened, and he took a step back, shouting: "Thieving monk!" Before the words had left his lips, a gust of wind blew down from above, and Liang Xiao slapped him with her palm. Yun Shu didn't retreat, but instead lowered his body and swung his own palm upwards to meet hers. The two palms clashed, and suddenly Yun Shu used the "Heavenly Spin" move, spinning wildly in place. Liang Xiao's palm was left empty, her strength completely deflected, and she had no time to change moves before she heard Liu Yingying's shrill cry. Turning her head, she saw Liu Yingying stumbling backward, her face deathly pale, while He Daluo wore a sly smile on his face, having already snatched Harris back.
Liang Xiao abandoned Yun Shu and jumped to Liu Yingying's side, grasping her hand and anxiously asking, "Are you okay?" His internal energy flowed into her, helping her dispel the snake-like aura of He Tuo Luo. Liu Yingying saw his concerned expression and her cheeks flushed slightly, but suddenly her face changed and she shook off his hand, coldly saying, "Show some respect! You have a wife, why are you still bothering me?" Liang Xiao was shocked and asked, "What are you talking about?" Liu Yingying angrily said, "Don't pretend to not know! The child calls you uncle and says there's an auntie. Humph, uncle and auntie, aren't they a pair? I thought you were a good man, but you're treating me like a fool..." As she spoke, her eyes welled up with tears. Liang Xiao saw the danger lurking around them and the great enemy before them, but Liu Yingying was bringing up old scores. He was furious and shouted, "We'll talk about this later!" But Liu Yingying cried out, "No way! If you don't explain clearly, I won't let you go!" and she firmly grasped him.
He saw the two of them entangled and unclear, his heart rejoicing uncontrollably. As a cunning merchant born with precision in calculation, he weighed the current three parties, with Liang Xiao's side being equivalent to his own strength; if they were to fight, it would not end well. Yun Shu's martial arts were high, but there was only one person, and with Zhao Bing added, it became even more troublesome. If he could strike him down and use Zhao Bing as a hostage, he could also control Liang Xiao and the others, which would be killing three birds with one stone. His calculations were set, and suddenly his eyes gazed upwards, his mouth letting out a "haha", his left fist lifting to strike Yun Shu.
He suddenly changed, and Yun Shu didn't have time to react. He quickly retreated with the "Return to Origin Step". He Zuo had exchanged blows with him several times, and was familiar with his martial arts skills. This time, he gained the upper hand, and let out a loud laugh. His left fist swept horizontally, forcing Yun Shu back, while his right hand counterattacked with the "Prajna Edge".
"Panruo Feng" is his self-created swordsmanship, corresponding to which is a set of "Dazi Tian's Dance". He Zuo Chen is an ultimate skill and is not easily used. At first, when he was fighting against Liang and Yun, he didn't use his swordsmanship due to his heavy identity. Now that he can't think of any ultimate move and it's hard to win quickly, he immediately swung "Panruo Feng" in the air, as if using a single knife to slash down at Yun Shu. Yun Shu dodged and countered with a move called "Wang Liang Wen Jing".
Hei Tuo's wrist suddenly flipped, "Boruo Feng" probed forward and hooked backward, changing to a hooking method, locking onto Yun Shu's wrist. Yun Shu didn't expect Hei Tuo's knife to have a hook, hastily withdrawing his palm and retreating. Hei Tuo followed closely, his moves suddenly switching between knife and hook, the sound of tearing fabric ringing out as Yun Shu's collar was caught and torn in two. Zhao Huan stood at the edge of the arena, frightened into closing her eyes tightly, only feeling the airflow swirling around, scraping against her skin painfully, her heart racing with a start, she burst into tears.
Liang Xiao was furious and resentful towards Yun Shu for his sneak attack, and didn't want to help him. But when he heard Zhao Bing's crying voice, his heart suddenly softened again. He noticed that Liu Yingying's palms were sweating profusely, and when he glanced at her sideways, he saw her staring at Yun Shu with concern in her eyes. Liang Xiao felt a pang of sourness in his heart and coldly said: "You're talking to me with your mouth, but your heart is actually thinking of Yun Shu, right?" Liu Yingying's face changed color, and she angrily said: "How dare you...!" Tears welled up in her eyes as she loudly continued, "So what if I do have feelings for him? Can you find a wife, but I'm not allowed to find a lover? What am I to you, who I care about is none of your business?"
Liang Xiao said coldly, "That's right, who you care about is none of my business! But remember, I'm not saving him, nor am I helping you!" He stretched out his leg and picked up a long spear from the ground, shaking it in the wind, and swiftly stabbed at He Tuo Luo's back, shouting loudly, "A white blade against an empty fist, aren't you ashamed?" He stabbed first and shouted afterwards, the spearhead and his voice arriving simultaneously, seeming fair but actually almost like a sneak attack.
He Daoren silently cursed, "Boruo Feng" swung out with a reverse hand, whirlwind turned once, and the spearhead fell. Liang Xiao did not expect that "Boruo Feng" would be used in this way, and praised: "Good kung fu!" He didn't withdraw his momentum, and the white wax rod sank down and swept out to the side, which was exactly the "Taizu Stick Method" created by Song Taizu Zhao Kuangyin. This move "Hengsao Qianjun" had a momentum like a dragon playing in the water and a lone cloud flying in the wilderness, and from an extremely ordinary technique, an extremely unusual power was born.
The two men exchanged several moves in a flash. He Daluo was no match for Zhao Kuangyin's "Taizu Stick Method" and grew anxious, shouting loudly: "What is Zhao Kuangyin?" The "Banruo Feng" opened wide, like flying snow filling the sky, with a series of strange sounds, the rod breaking inch by inch. In an instant, only four feet were left. Liang Xiao laughed loudly: "The talented people of the Central Plains are emerging one after another, not just Zhao Kuangyin alone!" Amidst the laughter and conversation, he raised his stick several times, shaking off the "Banruo Feng" and stabbing it towards He Daluo's chest. He Daluo thought to himself: "Good guy, the stick method didn't work, now he's using sword methods!" This "Guicang Sword" was far superior to the "Taizu Stick Method", he dared not be careless, waving the "Banruo Feng" and focusing his mind on the enemy.
Yun Shu swung his fist to force Harris back, when he suddenly heard Liang Xiao speak. His blood surged: "The traitor is detestable, but this sentence is not false... My country has produced many talents, how can it be destroyed..." He was so excited that he couldn't calm down. He looked down and saw Zhao Bing close his eyes and purse his lips, already frightened into a stupor. In his heart, Yun Shu secretly sighed, when suddenly the big ship shook violently, causing everyone on board to stumble about. Yun Shu grasped the mast to steady himself, his heart filled with alarm: "This is not good! That whale has really come to cause trouble!"
The two men fought fiercely, but their footing was unstable, and they both retreated. He Tuo Luo steadied himself, his malicious intentions rising: "That little Liang has ruined my great plan. I owe it to him that I've come to this day." With a loud shout, he swung his "Boruo Feng" horizontally and vertically, charging straight at Liang Xiao. Liang Xiao raised his stick and parried two moves, but his feet shook again, and the boat tilted once more. Liang Xiao's thoughts moved quickly, borrowing momentum to turn around, rushing to He Tuo Luo's side, swinging his stick towards his "Wu Shu" acupoint. This move combined heaven, earth, and human advantage, and He Tuo Luo couldn't dodge it; he took a long breath in, and the "Wu Shu" acupoint suddenly sank three inches. Liang Xiao's stick had already stabbed into the skin, but suddenly felt a void beneath, and in his momentary confusion, He Tuo Luo threw out his "Boruo Feng", flying towards Liang Xiao's face.
Liang Xiao didn't have time to react, his legs were nailed to the ground, his upper body leaned back, and suddenly he felt "Bō Ruò Fēng" brush past his face, scraping his skin painfully. He dodged this move, thinking that He Tuo Luo's sword had slipped out of his hand, taking advantage of the opportunity to counterattack, his body unstable, he swung his staff in a flat flower shape, stabbing towards He Tuo Luo's chest. Who would have thought that He Tuo Luo countered with one move, "Bō Ruò Fēng" suddenly flew back again. Liang Xiao couldn't retract his staff in time, "Bō Ruò Fēng"'s cold light flashed several times, with two cracking sounds, the staff was broken into three pieces.
He Da Luo suddenly opened and closed, it was the killing move of "Dà Zì Zài Tiān's Dance", using this to defeat the enemy, few were not hit. Liang Xiao barely dodged, rolled out more than ten feet, he flipped over and jumped up, just thinking about counterattacking, a strong gust of wind suddenly attacked from the side. This palm had no warning signs, Liang Xiao only felt severe pain in his waist, his body involuntarily thrown two zhang high, straight towards the sea falling down. As he fell, he vaguely saw Yun Shu standing at the bow of the boat, one hand clenched into a fist, his face gloomy. In Liang Xiao's heart, a wave of furious anger rose up, a crimson blood arrow shot out from his mouth, followed by a loud splash, icy cold seawater rushed in from all sides, forcibly pulling him down.
Yun Shu gazed out at the sea, his heart racing with excitement. Just as Liang Xiao had retreated, he suddenly appeared in front of him, and Yun Shu's head spun with anger, unable to resist striking out at him. As he watched his arch-nemesis meet a crushing defeat, he felt an overwhelming thrill mixed with a sense of loss, and couldn't help but look up at the sky, thinking: "Heaven is just! Mother, sister, fellow disciples, Elder Fang, and the millions of soldiers of the Song Dynasty, this evil villain has finally died... finally died..." As he thought this, he let out a loud laugh, but only laughed for half a moment before hearing a shrill cry and seeing a green figure flash by, rushing straight into the sea. Yun Shu saw that it was Liu Yingying and hastily reached out to grab her back.
In the midst of chaos, Liu Yingying grabbed onto his shoulder, wanting to struggle free, but felt her whole body go limp. Suddenly, her knees softened and she crawled to the side of the boat, wailing: "Liang Xiao..." The sea water below was a deep blue, with no sign of anyone. Her vision blurred, her ears ringing, she stared blankly at the surface for a while before hearing Hua Sheng's faint cry: "Don't scare me... Ah, Xiaoying is going to die... going to die..." Then He Daluo laughed and said: "Cloud Master and I are really in sync. Ha! Using your Han people's words, isn't it called 'made in heaven'? Ha! This palm strike was truly exquisite! Liang Xiao that scoundrel, he's definitely not going to live..."
Liu Yingying heard this, and her ears were filled with a voice that echoed repeatedly: "Not alive... not alive... not alive..." For a moment, her heart was pierced by a thousand needles, the pain unbearable. Suddenly, she turned her jade palm and counterattacked Yun Shu's chest. Yun Shu dodged her palm strike and said seriously: "Miss Liu! Liang Xiao is a great villain, everyone in the world can kill him..." Liu Yingying leaped up, flailing her palms wildly, and shouted in a shrill voice: "You're talking nonsense! He risked his life to save the child in your womb. Is he a bad person? Are there still good people in this world?" Yun Shu's heart moved slightly, as he dodged her attacks while recalling Liang Xiao's various actions, and became deeply perplexed.
He Tuo watched with a cold eye, his heart filled with joy. He thought that since Liang Xiao had fallen into the sea, he would surely not be lucky enough to survive. The giant whale also did not strike the bottom of the boat again, probably because the boat was too big and heavy, making it hard to capsize. This ignorant beast, once frustrated, immediately gave up. If this got rid of two troubles, if Liu Yingying and Yun Shu were at odds with each other, it would be even more auspicious. But seeing Yun Shu's bewildered expression, he was afraid that he had been persuaded, and smiled slightly: "Yes, indeed, Liang Xiao is a rare good person. What a pity, 'good people don't live long, troubles leave for a thousand years'!"
He pretended to be real, and when he was real, he pretended to be fake. With a twist of his words, Cloud's anger surged: "You're a huge disaster! What kind of good person are you talking about?" He had recently suffered the pain of losing his country, and his temperament had changed greatly. He thought that Liang Xiao was extremely evil and that killing him would not be wrong. If it weren't for him attacking Xiangyang, how would the Song Dynasty have ended up in its current state? In an instant, all his doubts were cast aside, and with a loud shout, he slapped away Liu Yuying: "Kill him then! I, Cloud, do things without regret!" He raised his head, patted his waist, and his eyes gleamed with spirit.
Liu Yingying glared at him, her eyes cold as ice and snow, with a hint of blue energy surging between her eyebrows. Yun Shu concentrated on defense, the two were in a standoff, when suddenly they heard Hua Sheng wailing: "Xiao Feng won't make it...won't make it!" Liu Yingying turned to look, Hua Xiao Feng's jaws were clenched tightly, her face was pale and gray. This condition, Liu Yingying had seen several times before, she knew that she must have seen Liang Xiao fall into the sea, and her grief had triggered a severe illness.
Liu Yingying's thoughts were all in vain, she only wanted to die with Yun Shu, but when she saw Hua Xiao Xue's appearance, her heart moved slightly: "I'd rather die with the little demon and become a pair of short-lived mandarin ducks. If she also goes to the underworld, won't they be entangled again? Rather than letting her send herself to death, it's better to let her live alone and suffer!" Thinking of this, she took a long breath and suddenly said: "Hua Sheng, press her 'Tianquan' hole with your left palm, and press the 'Yangchi' hole with your right palm. Slowly transfer your inner energy, don't be impatient!"
Peanut was already at a loss, but upon hearing this, he felt as if he had received a wonderful and mysterious order. His inner strength surged forth, his true energy directed towards Hua Xiao Shuang's eyebrows, which relaxed and opened up. He Tuo Luo, who had been hoping to see the two sides slaughter each other, did not intervene at this point, but instead watched with great interest, his hands clasped behind his back.
Liu Yingying saw Hua Xiaoxue's face turn red, nodded and said: "Swap hands, left palm presses 'Yangchi' acupoint, right palm presses 'Tianquan' acupoint." This was a method that Liang Xiao often used when Hua Xiaoxue fell ill. Liu Yingying wasn't like Hua Xiaoxue who was muddle-headed; she saw it once and remembered it immediately. Hua Xiaoxue followed the method, "Great Vajra God's Power" was extremely powerful, just enough to suppress the yin toxin. Before long, Hua Xiaoxue opened her eyes with a "huh", looked around, tears streaming down her face, trembling as she said: "Liu sister, where...where is he?" Normally, even if Hua Xiaoxue's words were sweet, Liu Yingying wouldn't be moved. But now that they had both lost their loved ones and were equally miserable, when she heard this cry for help, her eyes grew hot, her body shook, and she pulled Hua Xiaoxue into a tight hug, letting out a loud wail as she sobbed uncontrollably.
Hua Xiao Shuang stood there, numb and still, as she was being hugged. She wished she could cry like the other person, but her body felt empty, like a house that had been looted, with not a single tear to shed. Memories of past events flashed through her mind: meeting Liang Xiao in their youth, studying together, encountering strong enemies, sacrificing themselves for each other, reuniting at Liao Shan and practicing medicine together... Every move, every cry, every smile of Liang Xiao's was vividly clear.
Hua Xiao Shuang suddenly felt a wave of fatigue wash over her, and she truly wanted to close her eyes and sleep. When she woke up, Liang Xiao would be standing in front of her again, wiping away her tears. But this absurd thought was impossible to fulfill. She clearly felt the ten fingernails of Liu Yingying digging deep into her flesh, the pain piercing her brain, reminding her: "Liang Xiao is dead, Liang Xiao is dead..." This thought turned around a few times in her mind, and Hua Xiao Shuang's heart went cold again, and she fainted once more.
Liu Yingying felt her body turn cold, and hastily let go, urging: "Quickly transfer your inner energy!" Hua Sheng responded by transferring his true energy. After a moment, Hua Xiaoxue's body warmed up slightly, and she cried: "Sister, don't save me, I don't want to live anymore." Liu Yingying's face sank, and she gave her a slap on the ear, sternly saying: "What nonsense are you talking about? You heartless little thing, don't you want to avenge Liang Xiao?"
Hua Xiao Shuang was slapped, stunned for a moment, and tearfully said: "My martial arts skills are not good, I can't beat anyone." Liu Yan Yan said: "Didn't you even defeat Han Ning Zi?" Hua Xiao Shuang lowered her head and said: "That was because Brother Xiao helped me... he's not here... I... I can do nothing..." Her voice choked, and tears fell again.
Liu Yingying gazed at her with a sorrowful and weak expression, a surge of hot blood rushed to her brain, she suppressed the pain in her heart, wrapped her arms tightly around Hua Xiaoshuang, and whispered: "Without Liang Xiao, there's still me, we'll work together, nothing to fear." Hua Xiaoshuang's body trembled, looked at Yun Shu with a glance, shook his head and said: "I... I'm not good enough..." Liu Yingying said: "You just need to live well, the revenge will be done by me." Hua Xiaoshuang was at a loss, could only silently nod.
He saw that Liu Yingying was not moving, and he felt impatient: "Little girl, you're so slow, you can't accomplish great things." He hummed a soft tune and said: "A Dan, go turn the rudder, Harris, go raise the sail." The two men obeyed. Yun Shu shouted: "Wait, what are you doing?" He Tuo Luo smiled: "Of course we're going to turn the boat northward." Yun Shu's face sank, and He Tuo Luo glanced at him with a smile: "Lord Yun, how do you think your martial arts compare to mine?" Yun Shu hesitated for a moment, thinking: "Even if it were just him alone, I'm no match for him. Moreover, he has two helpers, while I have to protect the Emperor..." Thinking of this, he couldn't help but feel distressed.
Hehe, Hetao laughed loudly, looking at the three people of Liu Yanyan with a slanted eye. In his heart, he calculated: "This female doctor is the disciple of 'Evil Hua Tuo', and the 'Green Apricot Volume' must be on her body. If I can get it, I will be able to live forever. This green-clothed girl is beautiful and elegant, rarely seen in my life. If I can abolish her martial arts and take her as a concubine, it would be a great pleasure! As for the little monk, he has the 'Great Vajra Power' and has an unclear relationship with Jiu Ru Monk. That old bald donkey has repeatedly ruined my good deeds, and now I want to settle accounts with him. If I can capture the little monk alive, when I meet the old monk again, he will be a treasure..." The more he thought about it, the happier he became, stroking his smooth chin, and a faint smile appeared on his face.
Huasheng didn't dare to enter the inner force, but he felt that Huaxiao's body was gradually retreating from the poisonous cold. He was overjoyed and was about to make a final effort to subdue him when he heard Liu Yingying say in a low voice: "Huasheng, the white-haired old man is going to take action. You must listen to my signal, otherwise it will be disastrous." Huasheng nodded, then asked foolishly: "If Liang Xiao falls into the sea, can he climb back up?" Liu Yingying sighed and said: "Can you climb back up?" Huasheng's eyes widened in surprise, and he shook his head, saying: "If I fall down, I'm done for!" He suddenly became clever and exclaimed: "Then... Liang Xiao is also done for?" Liu Yingying's eyes reddened, and she nodded silently. Huasheng felt a surge of hot air rush to his eyes and nose, and tears burst forth.
Liu Yingying pressed down her sadness and said softly, "Little monk, don't cry, or the bad people will laugh at us." Hua Sheng wiped away his tears and said, "Liang Xiao was very good to me." Liu Yingying gazed into the distance, sighed lightly, and suddenly heard Hua Xiaoshuang say, "Hua Sheng, the 'Nine Yin Poison Pulse' is extremely stubborn, and using your internal energy again won't work. The poison-expelling method that Brother Xiao taught me might... might be effective, but I haven't practiced it yet, he... he..." Before she could finish speaking, tears began to flow again.
Liu Yingying also wanted to cry bitterly, but with the crisis looming, she didn't dare to be overly sentimental. She held back her tears and sorrow, stealing a glance, Harris was raising the sail, Liu Yingying's heart stirred slightly, and she whispered to Hua Sheng: "I'll whistle, you and Xiao Feng rush down to the mast." Hua Sheng nodded, Liu Yingying took a deep breath, suddenly jumped up, and slapped He Tuo Luo with her palm. He Tuo Luo was monitoring Yun Shu, hearing the wind sound, slightly sneered, thinking that the Sha family hadn't come to move you, you first touch my tiger's whiskers. In an instant, he raised his seven successful powers, planning to kill the chicken and warn the monkey, subdue Liu Yingying in one move, and intimidate Yun Shu. However, before he could make a move, Liu Yingying suddenly withdrew her palm and jumped back, lightly landing a zhang away.
He Tuo Luo was taken aback, thinking that this woman was up to something mysterious. Suddenly, he heard Liu Yingying coldly laugh and say: "Yun Shu, who asked you to curry favor? You'd secretly plot against people! Hmph, the most shameless person in the world is none other than you!" Yun Shu was left speechless by her words. He Tuo Luo's heart skipped a beat as he thought: "Ah, I see. This Yun fellow wants to take advantage of me and launch a sneak attack from behind. Hmph, women and monks are nothing to be feared, but this Yun fellow is intelligent and brave, making him the true rival of the Sha family." Having made up his mind, he turned around with a faint smile and said: "Lord Yun wants to use his old tricks again? But I'm not Liang Xiao!"
Yun Shu clearly knew that Liu Yingying was provoking him, but he didn't bother to argue back. He just smiled coldly and didn't respond. He Ge Duo had no doubts and threw out two punches at the same time. Yun Shu sidestepped and twisted his waist to counter with the "Surprise Shadow Fist".
Liu Yingying's plan succeeded, and she turned around and whistled. Huasheng carried Xiaoshuang on his back and jumped up, rushing straight towards the mast. He Daluo caught a glimpse of it and suddenly realized, wanting to chase after them, but Yun Shu also guessed Liu Yingying's thoughts and deliberately helped her succeed, shouting loudly: "The outcome is not yet decided, do you want to leave?" The situation was reversed, and He Daluo was tightly entangled by Yi Shou.
Harris raised the wind sail, just about to turn back to the front cabin, when he suddenly saw Liu Yingying and three others rushing over, slightly startled. Liu Yingying's feet didn't stop, using the "Heavenly Frost" move, her palms merged up and down, a cold aura spreading, surging towards Harris. Harris retreated two steps, swinging his fist to counterattack. Before their fists and palms met, Hua Sheng rushed to the foot of the mast, Liu Yingying feigned a move, jumping back, shouting: "Take another step forward, I'll let Xiao He Fang cut off the mast."
Harris was shocked and stopped in his tracks, when he suddenly heard Liu Yingying shout: "Flower Born, drop the sail." Flower Born stretched out his hand to grab the rope, and with three crisp sounds, the thick rope was torn apart, and the sails all fell down. Harris looked on with a scowl, but didn't dare move, when he saw He Tuo Luo shake off Yun Shu and hurry over, saying: "Fa... uh... Master! It's not good!" He Tuo Luo disliked his son calling him "father", so Harris always addressed him as "Master".
Liu Yingying coldly smiled and said, "Hua Sheng, break off one of the masts." Hua Sheng heard this and without making any gestures or using his inner energy, casually threw a punch. The left secondary mast suddenly snapped in two. He Tuo's eyes blazed with fury as he stopped in his tracks and laughed, saying, "Miss, why must you go to such lengths? Surname Yun is your enemy and also the arch-nemesis of our Sha family. According to the Han people's way of speaking, we can be considered as having a common enemy. As long as you don't touch the mast, I, He Tuo, swear to heaven that I will not cause you any trouble!" He spoke eloquently and cleverly, with the intention of deceiving the three of them and preserving the mast. He Tuo was a treacherous and untrustworthy person; in his eyes, swearing an oath to heaven was no more significant than breaking wind - once it was done, he would forget about it and not take it seriously.
Unexpectedly, Liu Yingying waved her hand and said: "Who is with you in the same enemy? Get out of here, step within three feet, I will destroy the mast, jump into the sea and die. If Liang Xiao dies, I won't live either!" Her eyebrows turned red, she sat down beside the mast.
It was the time of the voyage at sea, with water on all four sides. If they lost their mast and sail, there would be no wind to borrow, and only one way to die. He Daluo's face turned iron green, unable to think of a solution, when he suddenly heard Harris say in a low voice: "Master, what should we do?" He Daluo furrowed his white eyebrows, coldly laughing: "Let's see how long they can hold on! Go, go and guard the water and food in the storage cabin." And with that, he and Harris left.
Liu Yingying's heart skipped a beat as she heard the words: "Oh no, I was so careful, but I forgot that 'food is heaven for the people', without fresh water and food, how can we survive..." She thought again: "At worst, we'll all die together..." A wave of despair washed over her, and she turned to look at Hua XiaoXue, who was sitting cross-legged, using Liang Xiao's method to drive out the poison. Hua Sheng gazed out at the sea, his expression dazed. Liu Yingying let out a soft sigh, thinking that foolish people have good fortune, and can avoid many troubles. As she calmed down, she thought of Liang Xiao again, and her heart was filled with sorrow, she turned away from the two, buried her face in her knees, and began to sob quietly.
The stalemate lasted half the night, and the north wind grew stronger, howling loudly. Hadoro dismantled three planks of armor, using them as oars, and together with Harris and Arden, they rowed southward with all their might. But the ship was too massive, and even a giant whale couldn't capsize it; what chance did they have against the wind? The three men struggled until dawn broke in the east, but it was all in vain. As the big ship drifted further away from land, Hadoro deeply regretted his actions. Earlier, he had swiftly killed off the sailors on board and thrown them into the sea; now he couldn't help but think: "If only I had known this would happen, I should have spared a few of them... with more people, we might have been able to make it..."
Three people had no choice but to return to the front cabin, only to find that the compass had been smashed. To know the vastness of the ocean, it's hard to distinguish between south and north, let alone at night without a compass, making navigation extremely difficult. He Daluo was furious, his composure lost, wanting to burst out in anger, but both Liu Yingying and Yun Shu were suspicious, so he didn't know who to scold. After being stifled for half a day, he decided to occupy the storage room, cut off the food and water supply, and then think of another plan.
Another day passed, and He Daluo made several sneak attacks, all of which were discovered by Liu Yingying and failed. Yun Shu and Zhao Bing lived in the rear cabin. Zhao Bing disliked Yun Shu and cried every day; Yun Shu couldn't persuade him, so he had to harden his heart and ignore him. He deliberately let He Daluo get lost at sea, destroyed the compass at night, and sneaked into the warehouse to take several days' worth of food and water, waiting for an opportunity to escape. He Daluo was busy dealing with Liu Yingying and the others, and had no time to bother with Yun Shu; secondly, he was afraid that if he pressured Yun Shu too much, Yun Shu would rather die than surrender, so he didn't make things difficult for him, and occasionally even sent over some clean water and dry rations, using sweet words to try to persuade Yun Shu to change his allegiance. Yun Shu drank the clean water and ate the dry rations, but completely ignored He Daluo's words of surrender.
For a whole day and night, the three of them didn't eat a single grain of rice. Their stomachs were growling with hunger, their mouths parched and dry. Before noon, Flower suddenly shouted, "It's all over! We're going to starve to death!" Liu Yingying said, "A real man wouldn't say such spineless things!" Flower said, "I'm a monk, not a real man." Liu Yingying said angrily, "You're not a monk, you're a bald donkey. If you shout again, I'll slaughter you and eat you like a donkey!" Flower wasn't frightened, but instead was delighted. He swallowed his saliva and said, "That's right! Killing the white-haired donkey would give us several good meals." Hua Xiao Xue was shocked and said, "How can that be? Snow is so gentle!" Flower said, "Then killing the dog would work too. We could eat it for one meal." Hua Xiao Xue burst into tears and said, "But Bai Chi is a stray that Xiao Gege raised from a young age..." Flower glanced at Zhuangzi Ma, but before he could speak, Liu Yingying had already shouted, "You dare to have designs on Zhuangzi? I'll make you pay!"
The peanut suddenly became furious and shouted, "This won't do, that won't do, you all have a point!" One punch landed, punching a hole in the ship's board. Liu Yingying also became anxious and shouted, "If you shout again, I'll throw you into the sea to drown!" The peanut angrily said, "Drowning is fine, but starving to death is absolutely unacceptable. My master said, 'It's better to be a full ghost than a hungry mortal.' With an empty stomach, it's too painful to die."
He Tuo Luo heard from afar, secretly delighted, and immediately called A Tan to bring dried meat and fine wine. In front of the three people, they ate with gusto, repeatedly praising it. Hua Sheng's mouth watered at the sight, He Tuo Luo raised a piece of dried meat, waving it back and forth, laughing: "Little monk wants to eat? If you want to eat, come over!" Hua Sheng swallowed hard, unable to resist standing up, Liu Yingying was startled, calling out: "Hua Sheng, don't go over there!"
Huasheng stopped in his tracks, looked at He Tuo Luo, then gazed at Hua Xiao Feng and asked: "Xiao Feng, are you going with me?" Hua Xiao Feng shook her head and said: "I'll stay here to accompany Liu Jie Jie. Huasheng, you're really hungry, just go ahead! I'm worried about you suffering, it's not worth it." After hearing this, Huasheng furrowed his brow, looking hesitant. He paced back and forth a few times, then suddenly slapped his thigh and turned around, muttering to himself: "Forget it, if you're not going, I won't go either!"
Liu Yingying let out a sigh of relief, poked him with her finger, and scolded: "Little hungry ghost, you still have a conscience." Thinking about the danger just now, her eyebrows and eyes were slightly red. He Daluo was seduced but failed, and scolded three times "thief bald", hated and left. Liu Yingying thought: "This time is lucky, Xiao Heshang has been hit once, and may not be able to bear it twice." Suddenly heard the chirping of birds, the sound of birds was loud, raised her head to look, a group of seagulls were circling above the boat. Liu Yingying had an idea, showed joy on her face, took out "Tianya Claw", flew out, and with a "whoosh" sound, white feathers fluttered, and actually caught a gull in mid-air.
Liu Yingying caught the bird, took out a dagger, cut off its neck, drank some of its blood, and handed it to Hua Xiaoxue, saying: "Open your mouth." Hua Xiaoxue showed a frightened expression, hastily retreated backward, Liu Yingying's face sank, pounced forward, pinched open her mouth, and forcibly poured the bird's blood into it. Hua Xiaoxue felt a salty and fishy taste in her mouth, her chest churning endlessly, turned around and vomited. Liu Yingying was already annoyed, seeing this she angrily said: "Are you trying to die?" Grabbed Hua Xiaoxue, raised her hand to hit her, but suddenly saw tears all over her face, pitifully beautiful, finally let go and sighed: "Foolish girl, if you don't eat or drink, how can you fight against evil people? How can you avenge Liang Xiao?" Hua Xiaoxue's face was covered in tears, curled up into a ball, trembling with fear said: "I don't want to avenge... I just want to jump into the sea and end it all..." Liu Yingying saw her crying pitifully, felt a pang in her chest, stroked her hair and smiled wryly: "Liang Xiao has never been willing for you to suffer, if you really die, he won't be happy even in the afterlife."
Xiao Xiang's body trembled, and she threw herself into her arms, crying out loud: "Sister, I actually understand that Brother Xiao likes you, but... but I just can't leave him. I'd rather give up everything, not care about anything, but the thought of being separated from him makes me feel unbearable pain. Leaving Father and Mother wasn't this painful, even when Master passed away it wasn't this painful... My heart is so bitter, more bitter than death, sister... living like this is really too hard..."
Liu Yingying felt a pang in her heart, as if she had been cut by a knife. She held back tears and sighed, "Foolish girl, don't talk nonsense." Hua Xiaoxue sobbed, "I'm telling the truth. Xiao Gege values loyalty above all else. If someone treats him well for one day, he will treat that person well for a lifetime. He won't let you suffer, nor will he let me be wronged... so he suffers in silence." Liu Yingying shook her head and said, "He doesn't know that being indecisive like this will only make everyone suffer more?" Hua Xiaoxue was stunned, then sighed, "Yes, but that's just the kind of person he is. If he could come back to life, I would leave far, far away and never see any of you again..." But thinking about the vast ocean, she realized that Liang Xiao had no chance of survival, and she couldn't help but burst into tears. Her tears soaked through Liu Yingying's clothes, and Liu Yingying stroked her back, feeling desolate in her heart, silent and wordless.
Hua Xiao Shuang cried for a while, exhausted and fell asleep. Liu Yingying let out a long sigh, stood up, gazed at the endless sea, and suddenly thought: "If Liang Xiao can come back to life, I'd be willing to die. No matter what he's done, no matter how he treated me, I won't argue with him. Even if he wants to marry this silly girl, I won't make things difficult for him..." Thinking of this, she shed tears foolishly, and after a while, she wiped away her tears, looked back at Xiao Shuang, and felt another pang in her heart: "This silly girl is naive and weak, if she's alone, she'll definitely be bullied by bad people. No wonder Liang Xiao was willing to turn against me when he was alive, just to protect her." These thoughts wouldn't have occurred to her before, but now they emerged naturally.
After a moment of contemplation, Liu Yingying turned her head to look back and saw Hua Sheng holding the dead bird, frowning as he turned it over repeatedly. She couldn't help but ask: "What are you doing?" Hua Sheng said: "How do we eat this bird?" Liu Yingying gave him a white eye, snatched it away from him, plucked its feathers, took out a fire starter, ignited some wood shavings, and roasted the bird until it was half-cooked. She then shared it with the two of them to eat. By dusk, Liu Yingying had caught another two seagulls.
After struggling through the night, on the next day, Liu Yingying caught two more seagulls. He Tuo Luo saw from afar and blew his bird whistle, driving the gulls away, leaving Liu Yingying unable to catch them. She was furious, her eyebrows inverted in anger, and she cursed loudly. Hua Xiaoxue secretly hoped that the birds would fly high and far away, never to be caught again. However, seeing Liu Yingying's bitter expression, she felt guilty for thinking this way and decided to ignore it, closing her eyes to meditate. She was practicing the "Turning Yin into Yang" technique, forcing the "Nine Yin Poison" to her hands' "Laogong" acupoint, condensing it into purple-black spots that changed size unpredictably. However, no matter what she did, she couldn't quite force the poison out of her body. Although her medical skills were exceptional, her understanding of martial arts was limited, and she found herself unable to comprehend the situation.
The oriole scolded for a while, suddenly saw a seagull spreading its wings and diving into the air, then retracted its wings like an arrow, shot into the water, and when it came out of the water, there was a big fish in its claws. It flew to the side of the boat and pecked at it, causing silver scales to splash everywhere.
Liu Yingying's heart moved, and she stepped closer to the boat's edge. She gazed out at the water, where fish swam about in large numbers. Her heart filled with excitement, she released her "Tian Claw" and shot it into the water to hook a fish. After trying for a while, she managed to hook a huge fish weighing seven or eight kilograms. When she cut it open, she found black fish roe inside its belly. Liu Yingying was overjoyed and roasted the fish to eat. That day, she hooked three large fish in a row, satisfying everyone's hunger. Hua Xiaoxue initially wasn't accustomed to drinking fish and bird blood, but her weak nature made her yield to Liu Yingying's repeated coercion.
He Daluo guarded the hold, occasionally coming to take a look, hoping that the three people would be thirsty and hungry, weak and powerless. Unexpectedly, the three people were getting more spirited by the day. Liu Yingying's skin was as smooth as jade, Xiao Hei's face was rosy, and Hua Xiaoxiao was not on her last breath either. He Daluo was shocked and suspicious, carefully investigating, only to discover that Liu Yingying had hooked fish for food. No matter how high his skills were, he couldn't possibly kill all the fish in the sea with one blow. As he watched the boat drifting further south, he couldn't help but feel enraged, beating and scolding his two accomplices. Atan was by nature reckless, advocating to try using force, but He Daluo didn't dare take risks, fearing that the mast would break, and they would never be able to return to land again.
Both sides were engaged in a fierce battle, and more than ten days passed in the blink of an eye. On this day at dawn, the wind on the sea suddenly turned violent, and huge waves crashed onto the ship one after another. He Daluo felt his feet shaking constantly, and immediately led the crowd out of the cabin, only to see the seawater boiling like a cauldron, with raindrops as big as beans falling from the sky. In an instant, lightning flashed brightly in the air, and rolling thunder came pouring in.
The peanuts had never seen the power of the sea and sky, and they couldn't help but hold onto the mast, their faces as pale as earth. Hua Xiao Feng leaned against Liu Yingying's shoulder, trembling with fear. Liu Yingying was also very afraid, but she thought that these two people were relying on her, and if she showed even a hint of weakness, they would only become more frightened. So she steeled herself and tried to calm them down with soft words. At this time, the wind and waves howled, and Liu Yingying's words were completely drowned out by the noise. Suddenly, a huge wave came crashing in, and the mast creaked ominously in the wind. Hua Xiao Feng couldn't help but think: "As the saying goes, 'die together in the same grave.' If we capsize and fall into the sea, I can be with Xiao Gege forever, never to be separated again." As she thought this, her fear dissipated, and she gazed out at the terrifying waves, no longer caring about life or death.
He saw from afar and thought it was not good. If he let the mast swing like this, he feared that even the boat would capsize. He only hoped to preserve what was in front of him and didn't care about the future. With a long whistle, he sprang up, but before he could get close, his foot suddenly stumbled, and when he looked down, his right foot was caught by a rope. It turned out that Liu Yanyan had set up mechanisms all around, and He Daluo didn't know what was going on. As soon as one foot stepped into it, he felt a great force pulling him, making his lower body feel empty.
He darted forward with a loud cry, focusing his energy on his legs to steady himself. But in doing so, he triggered another mechanism, and in an instant, dozens of wooden arrows shot out from all directions, propelled by a fierce gust of wind. He frantically waved his hands to deflect the arrows, but due to his hasty movements and the sheer number of projectiles, one arrow managed to strike him on the shoulder, causing significant pain despite not being fatal. Feeling utterly humiliated, he let out a loud shout and pointed downwards, swinging his leg in a wide arc. The thick rope wrapped around his leg snapped apart at his command, but just as it did, another sound echoed through the air - a severed beam came crashing down towards him with incredible force, sweeping across the ground mere inches from his side.
These three mechanisms are like three in one, with a name called "Ghost Cry God Wail Three Linked Rings". On that day on the river, Cloud Shu had been tricked by it. Liu Yingying drew the same picture and used it to deal with He Tuo Luo. He Tuo Luo was careless and tasted all three mechanisms one by one. Just as the mast was about to come down swiftly, he dodged too late, stretched out his arm to block it, and the mast broke off. He Tuo Luo was also caught off guard and stumbled. Before he could steady himself, a strong gust of wind attacked from behind, which was Liu Yingying launching a sneak attack from behind.
Khadro lunged forward with a powerful strike, but his old body couldn't keep up with the force, and he was forced to meet Lyu Yingying's palm with a stiff arm. Lyu Yingying's double palms struck true, like a defeated drumbeat. Khadro felt a chill run straight through his heart and lungs, and he shivered slightly before shouting: "Sneaking up from behind? What kind of hero are you?" Suddenly, he turned around, his left palm shooting out.
Liu Yingying had already retreated, smiling softly to herself: "I'm just a young girl, I don't count as a good man!" He Daluo felt embarrassed and angry, not saying a word. Having suffered such a bitter defeat, how could he let Liu Yingying escape? He used the "Void Movement" technique, flashing upwards in an instant, just about to grab her, when suddenly he saw Liu Yingying's gaze directed at something behind him, with a joyful expression on her face. He Daluo had already been startled twice, and was now like a frightened bird, his heart racing: "Oh no, is there still that little monk?" He hastily turned his head around, but didn't see any sign of Hua Sheng.
Liu Yingying took the opportunity to retreat, and with one glance, she shocked the contemporary master. With a sense of pride in her heart, she pressed her waist and laughed: "You're chasing after a woman and taking action, what kind of good man are you? It's clear that you want everyone under the sky to be a good man, but you're actually a despicable little person." He Daluo was ridiculed by her cold words, each sentence piercing his heart. He hated that he couldn't swallow her with one gulp of water and wanted to pounce on her. Suddenly, a huge wave came crashing in, causing the boat to shake violently. He Daluo barely managed to steady himself, took a deep breath, and suddenly rushed towards Huasheng.
Liu Yingying saw him suffer heavy blows and still be so agile, both shocked and fearful, shouting: "Hua Sheng!" Originally intending to let Hua Sheng resist, who knew that Hua Sheng was stunned by the strong wind and waves, hearing Liu Yingying's call, and seeing He Tuo Luo pounce over, thinking he wanted to break the mast again, immediately shouted with a punch, striking the main mast. He Tuo Luo laughed loudly: "Thank you." With his left palm forcing open Liu Yingying, his right fist shook out, shaking the only remaining secondary mast into two segments.
The willow was so shaken that it almost fell, but fortunately, the mast broke and the ship's momentum slowed down a bit. He Daluo defused the crisis, but felt a chill in his heart, thinking that with the broken mast, it would be difficult to return to the mainland. He glanced at the three of them, and suddenly a poisonous thought arose: "These few brats have been blocking my way, ruining my big plan. If I don't deal with you properly, my name will be read backwards!"
Liu Yingying saw He Tuo's eyes shoot a fierce light, and hastily said: "Be careful..." Before the words had fallen, He Tuo had already pounced on Hua Sheng. He only wanted to subdue this little monk, leaving the two women not worth worrying about. Hua Sheng responded hastily, and could only use the "Unrestrained Mudra" to dodge, and in his confusion, he threw a punch. He Tuo raised his arm to block it, and Hua Sheng was unable to stand firm, retreating two steps.
Hei Tuo Luo retreated, his arm numb and tingling. "Good thief, Baldy! Come at me with three more punches!" He shook off the feeling, launching a flurry of punches that twisted and turned like a dragon or snake. Hua Sheng was terrified - aside from his master Jiu Ru, he had never encountered an opponent as skilled as this. But even Jiu Ru's heavy blows wouldn't truly harm him. Hei Tuo Luo's every move contained immense power; one misstep would be fatal.
Although the Peanut Man is muddled, his martial arts skills are high. He usually gets by easily, but when he encounters a strong enemy, he becomes even stronger. At this time, with the sudden storm and huge waves, he encountered such a powerful enemy, and in an instant, he tapped into his hidden potential. The various subtle aspects of the "Thirty-Two Body Transformations" were like a burst dam, pouring endlessly into his mind.
The so-called "thirty-two physical characteristics" are actually the thirty-two kinds of Dharma characteristics of the Tathagata, but as for the Buddha's teachings being boundless, how can they be confined to just thirty-two? The little monk was able to move in harmony, raising his hands and feet, his body swaying and his shadow flickering, all different from his usual self. He sat still like a golden statue on the ground, moving like a heavenly spirit practicing the Dharma, with transformations as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, impossible to count.
A Western freak, a divine monk's successor, two great masters fought quickly and fiercely, their teeth clenched in unison. Only two black shadows were seen rolling back and forth, making it difficult to distinguish between them. He Daluo was increasingly shocked as he fought: "This little thief is so fierce, directly comparable to the old bald donkey's heyday! I must respond carefully, if there's even a slight mistake, I'm afraid I'll fall on my face on flat ground and capsize in a hidden ditch..." His murderous intentions grew stronger, and he launched several moves in succession, forcing Huasheng to retreat repeatedly.
Liu Yingying saw that the situation was not good, and with a palm shot out, He Tuo turned around to receive it. Hua Sheng rushed up, and two fists suddenly arrived. For a moment, the three of them were intertwined in a flurry of blows, like galloping horses. Although He Tuo was fighting one against two, ninety percent of his moves landed on Hua Sheng's body, while only ten percent were used to deal with Liu Yingying.
In the midst of a fierce battle, thunder raged and waves surged, the big ship swaying like a drunkard, creaking with every move. Hua Xiaoxiao watched as three figures clashed, their fists and feet weaving in and out, leaving no room for error. Just as she was getting anxious, a long, mournful laugh pierced through the wind, its sorrowful and eerie tone sending chills down her spine.
Hua Xiaoxiang recognized the voice as Yun Shu and couldn't help but feel a pang of sympathy: "What injustice has he suffered? His laughter is heartbreaking." But then she heard Yun Shu's mournful laughter, followed by his loud cry: "Good and evil are not distinguished, loyalty and treachery are not clear! Heaven, you must want to destroy the Song Dynasty before you can rest in peace. Fine, I, Yun Shu, am here. Come on, blow stronger winds, raise higher waves... come on, come on... capsize this boat! Ha, once the boat capsizes, the Song Dynasty will be destroyed, haha..." He laughed mournfully several times, then wailed loudly a few times, and then laughed again three times, cursed twice, and cried again three times, with Zhao Bing's sobs interspersed throughout.
Hua Xiaoxue was worried about Zhao Kuang, and she couldn't help but hold her breath and concentrate, approaching the stern of the boat. However, all she saw in front of her was a dark mass, and she only heard his voice without seeing his shadow. Suddenly, there was a loud crackling sound, and a long, large lightning bolt zigzagged across the sky, its white light illuminating the clouds and revealing a figure with disheveled hair and a ghostly appearance, jumping up and down and laughing wildly. Zhao Kuang was curled up on one side, crying out loud. Hua Xiaoxue saw that his body was thin and weak, his cry hoarse, and her heart ached with pain: "How can this person treat the child like this? Even if it means risking my life, I must take him away." She made up her mind, and just as she was about to take action, she suddenly saw two dark shadows move silently towards the front.
Hua Xiaoxue was shocked, looking around frantically, and saw that it was Harris and A Tan. She thought to herself that these two were up to no good. Before she could even react, the two suddenly sprang into action. Harris pounced on Yun Shu, while A Tan rushed towards Zhao Bing. Hua Xiaoxue didn't have time to make a sound before A Tan scooped up Zhao Bing in his arms, and Harris's fists came crashing down heavily on Yun Shu's back.
