“Come on you coward get your candy ass in there” Sarah said to Mary Jane. Mary Jane a nervous-looking woman was clutching a paper in her hands looking at the instructions.

  “Remember If you see the woman on the 5th floor don’t talk to her ever” Sarah said as the door closes but before the door closes her friend Sarah had something cold flicker in her eyes, but before Mary Jane could wonder what it was the Elevator already started to move upwards.

  She scuffled in holding her purse and smiled, Mary jane’s lips parted to say hello but then she held her breath looking away immediately, “No.. that’s not Mrs. Tanaka” Mary Jane said to herself.

  “Where are you heading? Mrs. Tanaka asked, She always asks anyone so that she can press the button for you but Mary Jane didn’t want to take her chances, If It’s indeed just a game Mary Jane will apologize later and tell Mrs. Tanaka she wasn’t trying to be disrespectful.

  She no longer said anything to Mary Jane as she pushed the first button, the door closed and much to her dismay the Elevator took them to the next floor, Mary Jane could feel Mrs. Tanaka’s glare behind her but she remained tight-lipped and did everything in her power not to speak, The door opened and the 10th floor seems a lot darker.

  Mary Jane lost her nerves and shakingly she looked at the paper to stop the ritual and she needed to press one to take them down and run without looking back, Mary Jane reached towards the first button but before she could Mrs. Tanaka smashed the first button with her index finger, with so much hostility, the elevator went down and Mary Jane started to become afraid not wanting to look back as Mrs. Tanaka seems to step closer to her, and when Mary jane ran out she could feel Tanaka’s hand wanting to grab her shoulder. Mary Jane sprinted away in tears and Mrs. Tanaka popped her head out of the Elevator door,

  “Where are you going?” She asked

  Mary Jane ran faster not looking back, She got out of the building almost tripping on her way to her car, She locked the door and drove away, never ever will she do this again, When the stop signs came in sight she pressed the gas pedal and when she reached to the parking lot of her dorm she wanted to call Sarah to let her know this is unforgivable and that they are no longer friends but Mary Jane blocked Sarah’s number instead.

  And from that moment she vows to never contact Sarah again.
