Chapter 148: Born Cold-Blooded Killer (8)

He gulped down the liquor, and when he was halfway through, he suddenly slammed the bottle heavily onto the table, bent his body, and started coughing violently.

Qin Zhi Ai suddenly stood up from her seat, and it wasn't until she picked up her bag that she calmed down.

The person Gu Yu Sheng least wanted to see was her... At this moment, his mood was already so bad, and she came over, wouldn't that just add more trouble for him?

Qin Zhi'ai originally intended to rush past Gu Yu Sheng, but suddenly stiffened. She stared fixedly at Gu Yu Sheng, watching as the man held up a wine bottle and drank half of it before supporting himself on the table and slowly standing up, heading in the direction of the restroom.

His footsteps were very disordered, and from time to time he would bump into the corner of the table. He seemed not to feel any pain at all, raised his hand, supported the card seat back beside him, and continued to stumble forward.

Qin Zhi Ai moved her lips slightly, still worried, and quietly followed Gu Yu Sheng.

When she went into the bathroom, Gu Yu Sheng was vomiting towards the shared sink, spewing everywhere.

Qin Zhi Ai stared at his back for a few seconds, then turned around and walked back to the bar. She gave the waiter some money, took a bottle of mineral water and folded it back.

She was about to rush up to Gu Yusheng and hand it over to him, but after taking a step forward, she stopped again, looked around, and finally found a man to quietly entrust him to deliver it.

She hid behind the wall outside the bathroom and saw Gu Yu Sheng staring at the bottle of mineral water for a while, then handed it over to the man with a slightly hoarse voice saying "thank you".

He rinsed his mouth, drank half a bottle, then turned on the faucet to wash his face. As if he had regained some of his senses, he slowly turned around and walked towards the outside of the bathroom.

Qin Zhi Ai was afraid of being seen by Gu Yu Sheng, so she hastily hid behind the emergency exit door nearby. She waited until he walked far away before coming out again, carefully following him from behind.

Back at the bar, Gu Yu Sheng wasn't drinking anymore, but instead called over the server to settle the bill.

Qin Zhi Ai watched him settle the bill and also hurried to follow suit. By the time she caught up with him outside the bar, Gu Yu Sheng had already walked to the side of the road.

On a street lined with bars, many cars stopped, but he didn't seem to want to hitch a ride at all, and instead walked along the road in an unsteady gait.

Qin Zhi Ai never went close to Gu Yu Sheng, and they always maintained a distance of about five meters.

He had drunk so much wine that it was probably taking effect, his steps becoming more and more disordered. As he walked around the street lamp post, he tripped over himself, and Qin Zhi couldn't help but rush forward a few steps, stretching out her hand to support him just as he steadied his body.

Qin Zhi'ai didn't make a sound to disturb him, but instead closely followed one meter behind his right side, occasionally stretching out her hand towards his stumbling body, until he really almost fell to the ground, she fiercely grabbed his arm and softly exclaimed: "Be careful!"

She struggled to prop him up straight, only to find that he was already drunk and unconscious, muttering some words in his mouth.

There was a commotion on the road, Qin Zhi Ai couldn't hear what he was muttering to himself, but because he was completely drunk, she secretly let out a sigh of relief and became bolder, using her own body to prop up his body, slowly supporting him, leading him to her car.
