Korin glanced at the screen with excitement as he read the words of the new skill. [Waters of transformation], a skill that could grant consciousness and make a creature of his choice evolve.

Korin looked around and didn't take long to get drawn by the light in the pond. Korin smiled.

The fish circled the lake's center, glowing with a light brighter than moonlight. Korin approached it, making sure not to scare the fish away.
Korin put his hand inside the lake and focused on the skill to activate it. A pop-up window appeared.

The relationship status caught his attention, and he wondered what it meant. He assumed it was like the closeness.
After thinking of this Korin now checked the description of his skill that seemed to have leveled up again.

Koirin's eyes sparkled. Not only was he able to create complex objects, but the absence of a specific number of objects made his heart happy. He could create as many objects as he wanted, given he had enough water.

“What is this? where am I?” A bell-like voice said.
The girl finally woke up and the first she saw was Koirin extending his arms towards the sun.
His white with a shade of blue hair made waves on the wing. He had used his water forging to create something to cover his lower parts, replicating the texture of leaves.
The girl saw towards herself in confusion. He saw her reflection not recognizing herself.
“Oh, you're finally awake!” Korin says heading towards her.
Meil made a whimper and attacked koirin with her fist, getting a solid hit on his face and making him fly away.
“Stay away from me! I know karate!” said Mei.
“Woah woah, I'm not your enemy!”
“As far as I know you are just a pervert almost naked!”
“I'm not naked! See?, these are pants I made myself! And if it wasn't for me you would be too!”
She blushes and sees her clothes made of the same magical substance. After a few moments, Mei seemed to calm down a bit. Koirin's efforts to not fight back and also his silly behavior, definitely helped.
“Well, at least you don't seem to have any bad intentions,” she says pouting.
“Of course not!”
“Then tell me, what am I doing here? What is this place? the last thing I remember is I was working my office job”
“Office job?” koirin said confused by the word he didn't recognize, although familiar. “Well, there was a white fishy in this pond, and after my heroic fight against wolves and a werewolf I transformed the fishy on the pond and that fishy became you”
Mei looked at Korin with the face of someone looking at a crazy person.
“I'm telling the truth!” koirin transforms water into a spear “See?, I eliminated the wolfs with this spear, pretty neat, right?”
Mei looked in surprise astonished at what she just saw. Seeing magic for the first time made her breath start to get heavy as she realized what he said was true.

“What? You know… a video game. Like those you play on a pc or a console,” Mei said.
“I don't know what are you talking about, but it sounds fun! I want to play!”
“Wait does that mean you are not from earth like me?”
“Earth? I from the big pond far away to that direction passing the great cascade and the rapids”
“I see,” Mei said pondering for a few minutes. Her eyes were fixated on one point. “Well, is not gonna improve no matter how much I think about it. You would not know how to return me to earth, do you? ”
“Not really, I just applied my skill and the system made its thing, and now you are here”

“Well, I don't know if I was summoned or somehow died when working, although considering the long hours at work and the crunch, I wouldn’t discard that”

Mei said in a combat position against koirin while both were in the lake.
Korin made flourishes with his spear. “Yeah? I'm glad.”
“Yeah, but I was karate champion when I was in high school, so it means I will eventually win.”
“I see, interesting!”
“Yeah, is called technique.”
Mei activated her skill and her fists glowed with this white aura. She attacked and exchanged blows that made the water splash around them. Mei threw punches at him, making blasting and strong punches. Koirin attacked with his spear and defended himself covering his body with the forged water.
She managed to repel one of the forged weapons, but he called it back with his [Water forging calling] and ended the fight with his spear against her neck.
“that was fun!” said Korin
“Yeah, it was!” Mei smiled.

They both decided to rest on the shore of the lake and contemplate the great view.
“So you feel prepared?” koirin asked.
“Yeah! I think I learned everything I need to know. Although what do you mean by prepared?”
“Oh, what else? We are gonna have more fun now, I want to explore beyond and fight more monsters so we can both level up!”
“Sounds great! Although I haven't gotten used to the idea of beginning a new life in this place, is surreal. But you have helped make me feel grounded. So thank you”
“No problem. So, you are gonna tag along with me?”
Mei seems to ponder for a few seconds, looking towards the ground and tensing her eyes.

A light enveloped koirin and the scenery changed, and a hit of cold traveled his body like the hand of a corpse. In front of him a scenery of ice and storm. The ground of ice as far as he could see. At the distance gigantic skeletons wandered.
In front of him, a person with white armor stared at him like a statue with a name above their heads.

The opponent drew their swords in a breath, a vibrating noise resounded in the environment as they came out, and the blue light enveloped the blades illuminating the snowy and ice place. The eyes of his opponent turned blue inside their helmet. Athenais pointed one of his swords towards him.
“You want me to attack first, isn't it? koirin said with a smug, playing with the forged water spear, he managed to bring with him.
He charged forward toward his opponent at great speed, and as soon as he was close he threw his spear against their eyes. His opponent dodged it, but Korin then slashed his sword against him scratching its helmet.
Korin tried a second attack, but Athenais attacked him with their sword and made him back away. His opponent gets closer, and then a second arm appears with a sword. Koirin only able to block with the spear at the last moment, but it broke it in half, managing to cut him in the chest.
Korins take a few leaps back, making enough distance. He looked at his broken spear with surprise. He put both together and repaired the spear to its original state.
The opponent looks at him like an eagle. Now a second pair of ethereal arms with swords rest just below Athenais floating. Making its figure intense and sharp.
“This is quite fun,” says koirin with a smile and immediately after threw a forged rock towards his opponent, hitting his helmet and breaking it even further.
He had managed to forge the ice but the process was so slow, he was only able to make one. He took advantage of his attack stunned his opponent and charged. But then his opponent reacts and attacks him with a furry of blows with his four arms. Korin broke his spear and transformed it into a shield to block the incoming attacks.
Koirin created two spears and immediately threw them towards Athenairis. the latter barely dodged, but Korin was already close and used his other spear to thrust toward his opponent's helmet and break it.
Blue hair waved into the air through the helmet’s crack, beautiful white eyes, and the beautiful complexity of a girl.
She directed her swords against him.
“Gottcha” says koirin.
The forged water sword he had thrown earlier flies towards Athenais and then pierces through her chest. Even Korin seemed a bit surprised at the speed and force.
The floating ethereal arms of Athenais banish. She looks at him with her gentle eyes.
“Well fought,” she says, before plummeting to the ground.
