A few cns settled around the Shang Cn. Since the entire Shang Liang mountain is colonized by the Shang Cn, its protection can effortlessly extend to the nearby regions. So, the threat of Beast Tides is minimal for these Subordinate Cns based on smaller hills. Under these Small and Mid-Sized Cns are several mortal hamlets. However, these hamlets have a better life due to the immediate connection with the Super Force—Shang Cn. Not even Demonic Gu Masters create a commotion in these vilges without a reason.
A cloaked figure enters one of these hamlets, finding his way past a sleeping Inn Receptionist and knocking on the wooden door thrice.
“It’s me,” he whispers.
The door opens after a few minutes. The cloaked figure enters the room. It’s tastefully furnished despite only using cheap and mortal materials. The figure closes the door and pulls back the hood, revealing a brown-haired youth. The youth’s skin looks slightly coarse, but it does nothing to blemish the raw, masculine aura oozing from his features.
It’s Lo Jik.
His gaze nds on the woman standing beside the single bed. The woman looks slightly more exhausted than the one in Lo Jik’s memory. However, her bck pupils are bright and sharp. Her long bck hair is tied up in a bun, and she crosses her arms under her ripe bust.
“You’re here, Brother Unchained,” Bai Lin smiles sweetly, letting sarcasm ooze through her words.
“You look healthy, Sister Bai—”
“It’s Cn Leader Bai Lin for you,” Bai Lin’s expression turns frosty, and her words grow biting.
“Cn Leader Bai Lin would have already sent the signal for the three Elders in the surrounding hut to surround me,” Lo Jik shakes his head. “I’m talking to Sister Bai Lin. As my letter stated, I’m here with sincere intentions.”
Bai Lin’s eyes narrow. It’s the truth. She’s not here alone.
She received Lo Jik’s letter months ago about how he wanted to make amends and had a fruitful deal that could help both parties. He hinted about the Grey Bone Inheritance and asked her to come alone. However, Bai Lin would never accept such conditions even if her Elders did not raise objections. Her cn settled on the Bai Gu Mountain after Lo Jik’s intel and had prepared sufficient preparations.
But the Grey Bone Inheritance could be a heaven-sent opportunity for Bai Lin. How could she ignore such an Inheritance after realizing it’s tailored for the ecosystem of the Bai Gu Mountain? So, she pnned this expedition. It would take a month for her to arrive at Shang Cn with her strength. After all, she isn’t like Lo Jik, who needed the Caravan’s strength. Since the Caravan looped around a path, it took Lo Jik almost a year! Also, Bai Lin had to draw out several pns should the expedition fail, and she never returned. The meticulous Bai Lin even prepared who would succeed her in such a scenario.
She had to take the risk.
But she was also wary of Lo Jik—not because of how they met.
No. Bai Lin arrived at Shang Liang Mountain two weeks ago and spent considerable time investigating Lo Jik. She knows about his Purple Thorn Token. What if this is Shang Cn’s trap? Shang Cn has several subordinates. Bai Lin doesn’t need to be a genius to know there would be hidden forces under Shang Yan Fei’s control. What if the Shang Cn set sight on the Bai Cn after their recent movement?
Now, the Bai Cn has the opportunity to control the Bai Gu Mountain should it develop steadily. They can become a proper Large Force like the Jia Cn!
Strangely, Lo Jik didn’t want to meet Bai Lin inside the Shang Cn, which is the safest. This also made her more cautious.
Why does he want to meet her in Hamlet?
So, Bai Lin set her three Elders in different buildings to attack after her signal.
A period of silence descends in the room until Lo Jik begins.
“I heard about your Cn settling onto Bai Gu Mountain. I’m gd that information was useful.”
Bai Lin sneers. “Get to the point, Unchained. Don’t expect any hospitality here after all those lies.”
“Lies?” Lo Jik smiles. “You should know who I am, right, Sister Lin?”
She narrows her eyes, stating, “Gu Yue Lo Jik. You are wanted by the Tie Cn.”
He shakes his head. “Bai Ning Bing and I found the Grey Bone Schor’s Inheritance. I’m here to sell those recipes to you. Inspect these.”
Lo Jik turns his hand as a bundle of parchment appears on his palm with a fsh of white light. He pces the parchments on the nearby table. Bai Lin doesn’t move. Instead, she smirks.
“Is that your ploy? You will sell this inheritance to me. Then, you will sell this inheritance to other cns eyeing my people.”
“I don’t want you to suffer anything,” Lo Jik smiles. “If what you believe was the truth, I would have sold the information of the Spirit Spring to your competitors.”
Killing intent brews in her eyes as Bai Lin demands, “You knew? Who told you about Bai Cn’s crisis?”
The pressure in the room turns stifling as Lo Jik remains silent.
“Answer me!” She hisses.
“I’m not here to answer your questions,” Lo Jik meets her gaze. “Just say the word, and I will leave. I didn’t sell these recipes knowing that Shang Cn’s Young Masters would use the Poison Vow Gu to restrict its disclosure.”
“And you waited this long?” Bai Lin chuckles with a cruel look. “Why didn’t you send a letter to your Sister Lin before?”
“Because I didn’t want to feel small when we meet again,” Lo Jik calmly replies. His words stun Bai Lin as he continues. “I’m powerful enough to exchange moves with a Rank 4 Gu Master. So, I don’t feel weak thinking about you. I told you, didn’t I? Bai Ning Bing and I found the inheritance. She was to…”
He grows silent before exhaling. “Doesn’t matter. I’m merely here to conduct business. Had I hoped for anything else, I would have shown sincerity by traveling to Bai Gu Mountain.”
“Such tricks,” Bai Lin sneers. “Did you hope to evoke my curiosity? Did you want me to fall on my knees and hug your thighs, screaming for you to tell me the truth? You would have told me the truth when we id if you were sincere. You would have chosen to believe me!”
Lo Jik gnces at the stack of parchment, quietly ciming, “Please inspect them.”
“You!” She growls as Lo Jik narrows his eyes.
“What I expect is 700000 Primeval Stones for the Inheritance Recipe. It’s a discount for you, Sister Bai Lin. Please inspect them, and let’s conduct ourselves appropriately.”
Bai Lin’s eyes widen before she clenches her fist. “I heard you have the Little Giant and All-Out Effort Gu. Hehe! I want you to give them to me alongside the inheritance. Aren’t you sincere? Your Sister Bai Lin feels weak. Won’t you help me?”
Lo Jik silently stares at her.
“You can’t make me hurt you,” he replies after a moment. “Clearly state if you don’t want to do business. I will leave.”
He drags a chair and sits on it before closing his eyes. “I will leave after an hour if we don’t have any business to conduct.”
Bai Lin’s shoulder shudders as anger flows in her veins. She smacks the parchment away.
“Leave? Business? Hehe! It’s all a ploy! You and the Shang Cn want to harm me! You cim you’re going to leave, but you don’t. That’s what you did st time. Liar! Scum! I shall end your life and leave the stain on my past behind!”
Momentum gathers around Bai Lin as Lo Jik remains unmoved. His arms are still crossed, and his eyes are closed. However, he keeps the Eye Gu active and remains alert.
More annoyance builds in Bai Lin’s temper as she observes his calm state. His nonchance infuriates her.
“Die!”
Bai Lin punches forward at Lo Jik’s head. The punch is swift and fatal. Lo Jik WILL die with a crushed head. However, he seems ignorant of the attack. He is either supremely confident or downright arrogant in his charms.
Honestly?
Lo Jik merely trusts his skills more.
The punch stops a bare centimeter from Lo Jik’s face before Bai Lin allows her hand to gently stroke his cheek.
“You expect me to always coax you into staying. But you won’t do the same when it’s your turn?”
Lo Jik’s body shudders as Bai Lin whispers.
“I begged you to stay and lied to you. I asked you to spend another day with my kids. But did I not speak the truth the next day? I wanted you.”
He tries to move away from her touch as Bai Lin leans down. “Are you so stubborn that you won’t even let me vent? My Brother Unchained was more understanding.” She coos on his lips. “He was more loving.”
Lo Jik slowly opens his reddened eyes, meeting Bai Lin’s tearful orbs.
“That day,” Lo Jik whispers. “Bai Ning Bing only needed a day to collect all the Inheritance. I should not have stayed, Sister Lin. I should not have…”
He averts his gaze.
“How can I coax you? What right do I have? I had no reason to stay. Don’t you understand? I… I don’t know why I did that. I think I lied to myself. After all, Unchained Vagabond was a liar.”
Bai Lin’s body quakes as she sits on him. Her hands stroke his cheeks and slide onto his chest.
“Then why doesn’t Brother Lo Jik stop me?” She feels his lower half stirring against her crotch. “Leave,” she whispers. “I won’t stop you, not this time.”
Lo Jik stares at her before moving away. His actions surprise Bai Lin. She loses her footing and stumbles on the floor while Lo Jik turns around and reaches for the door.
Bai Lin’s expression worsens. Her heart almost shatters. However, Lo Jik stops. He grips the handle and quivers.
“I’m sorry,” he whispers. “I can’t lie, Sister Lin. I had a wife. I may have lied about a child. But I did love someone before. When she died…”
His shoulders slump in defeat.
“I have all this power. But what’s the point? To be with you for a few hours? I’m alone. I will die one day… and you will move on. No. You’re a Cn Leader. You might marry someone ter for the Cn. I can’t be anything more, Sister Bai. I can only be a trader.”
“Besides,” Lo Jik looks back at the dazed Bai Lin. Her heart shudders when she sees tears spilling from his eyes. That gentle smile threatens to tear her heart into several pieces. “I don’t think it’s appropriate. Haha. We might wake others up. What about your reputation? You already risked it before. I don’t want you to do it again.”
“So… I cannot coax you, Sister Lin. I want to repay the favor and persuade you three times. I want you to be with me for days if I have to! But… it cannot happen.”
Bai Lin puckers her lips. She knows about Gu Yue Lo Jik and his wife. Bai Lin paid the Tie Cn for the information. But now?
How can she not feel terrible?
But…
Bai Lin’s heart reveals an ugly emotion as she hisses, “A man would stay and make things right! Were you like this with your wife?!”
Lo Jik’s expression changes. Although tearful, his aura changes, and he stares at Bai Lin. “Careful, Sister Lin. I will forget our past if you insult my marriage.”
“You?” Bai Lin straightens her back. “What can you do? I toss myself at you, but you fear making noises? Could it be you never took your wife? Was she always silent?” She smirks. “Did your wife have a shred of my vigor?”
Lo Jik grits his teeth as he turns to lock the door. He turns around and gres at Bai Lin.
“You?” he sneers. “You think you hold a candle to my Yan? She knew how to conduct herself. She was mine! What about you? Could days compare to years? Yan’er might not have possessed your power, Sister Lin. But I knew her heart.”
“Is that all?” Bai Lin sneers. “Shoo. I lost my interest. I don’t need your dogshit Inheritance. I will attack you for real this time.”
“Try me,” Lo Jik narrows his eyes as he approaches her. Taller than Bai Lin, he lowers his head and looks down on her. “Don’t mistake my respect and affection for weakness, Sister Lin. I don’t fear making noises. I’m only afraid you won’t be enough. After all, what is a Bai Lin to my Mo Yan?”
Bai Lin’s expression turns cold as she matches his gre. The woman snaps her fingers as a light enters the ceiling.
“You should run. I called my Elders.”
“Good,” he whispers. “I will get to see if you fear the loss of your reputation, Lin.” He lowers his lips and catches Bai Lin’s lips. Her eyes momentarily widen before she quickly pounces on him. Her arms and legs coil around his body as she grunts, “I got you, you fool! You’re mine!” Bai Lin moans as Lo Jik lowers them on the bed.
“Yours?” he sneers. “We’ll be here for days. I will have to use you,” He grabs Bai Lin’s breasts as her body shudders. “You don’t have days with me, Sister Lin. Your Elders are approaching, remember?”
Bai Lin smirks.
“You thickhead,” he tears his robes from behind, tching onto his skin. “That was the Gu to keep the noise from escaping this room. I paid for a month. Hmph. I only need to communicate with the elders once daily.”
Lo Jik hesitates, “A month?”
His eyes widen.
“Y-You pnned this!”
“Do you think only the Unchained Vagabond lies?” Bai Lin bites his bottom lip. Her crotch grounds against his throbbing mast. “I will make you mine.” She whispers. “How could I ever hate someone who saved my cn? You fear my heart shall waver?”
Bai Lin moans as Lo Jik tears her top away. “Give my body a reason to remember you.” She huskily demands. Her heart shudders when she feels the hot, twitching tip entering her slick folds. She presses into Lo Jik, grunting, “You know how you can make me yours!”
Lo Jik blinks before he starts thrusting into Bai Lin.

Since the Elders are in different buildings and cannot meet, they are bored!
“Hmph! That Lo Jik is a tough opponent. Even Cn Leader cannot win in negotiations.”
“Too bad he has a Purple Thorn Token. It’s useless outside, but we cannot harm him.”
“The Shang Cn cannot be easily offended.”
<<<>>>
“Y-You naughty man!” Bai Lin gasps. Lo Jik spreads her cute butthole as Bai Lin rubs her creamed entrance, squealing. “You prepared so many Gu Worms! You wanted to be with me, too! Liar! Scum!”
“I did,” Lo Jik grunts in her ear as he tightly holds her while fucking her like an animal. “I always did.” He pecks her earlobe.
“W-What about your wife?” Bai Lin orgasms as she questions.
“I love her,” he whispers. “And you stopped me.”
He grunts and ejacutes inside Bai Lin. The woman shudders and gasps. “Wait!” she speaks. “I have to communicate with the Elders again.”
“They can wait another hour,” Lo Jik slides his cock against Bai Lin’s butt cheeks.
<<<>>>
“Hmm. Lo Jik threatened to sell the Inheritance to the other cns and incite their greed! That Bastard!”
“He wants to fuck the Bai Cn from behind!”
“Cn Leader is working hard to diffuse the situation.”
<<<>>>
“Sister Yan sure left me a coddled mess,” Bai Lin smirks as she rubs her feet against Lo Jik’s erection.
Lo Jik smirks and averts his gaze. “I just wanted to try it.”
“You were clearly excited about it,” she scoops Lo Jik’s cum between her voluptuous chest through her index and licks her finger. “We truly did it for days.”
“Now,” she retracts her feet. “Let’s talk business, Brother Jik.”
Lo Jik sighs. “If only I hadn’t joined the Battle Zone.”
Bai Lin giggles as they dress. “Hmph! You pnned to wait out the elders for the entire month?”
“Of course!” Lo Jik blinks. He looks around at the ruined furniture. Lo Jik and Bai Lin spent the st two days on a soiled cultivation mattress. “I…” he smiles. “I will try and return.”
“You better,” Bai Lin’s eyes brighten. “Now!” Her gaze turns sharp. “You want 700000 Primeval Stones for the Inheritance that will btantly become the Bai Cn’s core? And you also threatened to sell it to my competitors! Hmph! How dare you? Now you have the gall to ask for 1 million Primeval Stones?”
Lo Jik’s expression changes, and he shakes his head.
“You don’t need to do that, Sister Lin. Gu for the Strength Path is expensive due to its rarity, but I will steadily save funds through Battle Zone. I—”
Bai Lin reaches for Lo Jik’s hand and warmly smiles. She guides his hand to rest on her abdomen. “You have the Thousand Li Earthwolf, Blood Torrent Python, and the Essence Cloud Elephant King. Don’t keep me… us waiting, Dear. Grow as much as you can in the Shang Cn. It’s good for you. But don’t forget where you can return.”
Lo Jik’s gaze turns soft and tender.
“I will do my best, Lin.”
They share a kiss before Lo Jik turns around and leaves.
As he leaves, Bai Lin sighs. It would be a lie to say she didn’t feel moved by his talent. He could become a pilr of support for her. But also…
She touches her abdomen. Sincere joy fshes in her eyes. Bai Lin has never felt this way. She likes the butterflies in her stomach.
‘Too bad the wooden floor could not support the Little Giant Transformation… could I take him after using some Gu?’
Bai Lin buries her illicit thoughts and leaves the inn after destroying the furniture to remove traces of their acts.
<<<>>>
“You managed to sell it for 650000?” Bai Ning Bing whistles. “But you were also gone for 8 days. Did you have fun?”
Lo Jik scoffs. “Fun? I worked myself to the bone for these 650000! Why don’t you try negotiating with a Cn Leader? Here, your half.”
Lo Jik leaves a rge pile of Primeval Stones as Bai Ning Bing’s gaze brightens.
325000!
How can he not become happy?
Since Bai Ning Bing doesn’t cultivate to prevent his Extreme Physique from recovering quickly, he has other needs for Primeval Stones. There are several rare Gu that can seal Aperture and whatnot. He wants to buy these options after using the Yin Rotation Gu. Like Lo Jik, he has several considerations.
“You should fuck other female Cn Leaders, too,” Bai Ning Bing sighs. “We’d be filthy rich.”
“You got a dick, right?” Lo Jik ughs. “Try the eight-day marathon before having these dreams. I think mine is about to fall off.”
He waves his hand. “I’m going to sleep.”
Bai Ning Bing nods. Once Lo Jik leaves, Bai Ning Bing’s casual gaze sharpens. He collects the Primeval Stones while musing.
‘Lo Jik isn’t the kind to share things so openly. He must have sold the inheritance for more than 650000. Maybe 700000. But it’s acceptable. He did most of the heavy lifting, and I benefitted without doing much.’
Bai Ning Bing underestimates the power of a good fuck.
Lo Jik clenches his fist in excitement once he enters the secret room.
The 675000 Primeval Stones are the icing on the cake!
‘I specifically chose a Mortal Hamlet outside the Shang Cn where the value of the Purple Thorn Token is the least. It worked. Bai Lin still gave me Gold Achievements. But she also surprised me. To think I got a chance to farm Silver Rewards!’
Since Bai Lin had to communicate with the Elders, she would dress and leave the room for an hour. Lo Jik took the time to summon 13 Silver Rewards, not including today’s Achievements.
13!
He can’t help but ugh loudly as he sits. Since Lo Jik and Bai Ning Bing’s growth and path are simir, Lo Jik received several Strength Gu. Most of these were on the same level as the Little Giant. Heck! Lo Jik got an additional Little Giant Gu!
But he also lost two of these rewards.
Since Silver Rewards tend to summon higher-ranked weakened Gu, Lo Jik lost a Rank 4 Kunlun Bull Strength and a Rank 4 Green Mountain Remains.
But—
2x Rank 3 Silver Relic Gu.
Rank 3 Little Giant Gu.
Rank 3 Soothing Mist Gu.
Rank 1 Bookworm containing the recipe for a few Refinement Path Gu.
15 Liters of a Rare Wine used in the Refinement of Gu.
Rank 3 Half Effort Gu.
Rank 4 Golden Blood Gu.
5 Kg of Desote Rock Soil.
Rank 4 Refinement Fme Heart Gu.
Rank 3 Eat Strength Gu.
Lo Jik intends to sell the Silver Relic Gu. They are not usable. Selling them will allow him to earn almost 80000 Primeval Stones. Lo Jik would have had to refine another Little Giant Gu to advance it to Rank 4 Little Giant King Gu. So he welcomed such a reward.
Soothing Mist Gu covered one of his weakest points. It’s a rare Healing Gu held by a few Refinement Masters to heal one’s soul and spirit should the backsh from Gu Refinement harm their souls.
The Refinement Path recipes belonged to an unnamed Gu Master. It didn’t come from Imaginative Strength Immortal. Some recipes were intriguing. But it’s temporarily of low value until Lo Jik gets around to building a Refinement Path around his Second Aperture.
Rank 3 Half Effort Gu has the same value as Liquor Worms… only better. Anyone with enough experience realizes that the Aperture’s slow absorption rate of Primeval Essence limits one’s cultivation speed.
Gu Worms, like the Liquor Worm, enhances the quality of Primeval Essence. So, even a small amount absorbed has a better effect. It halves the effort needed to cultivate for the Gu Master compared to their peers. However, the Liquor Worm doesn’t enhance the Primeval Essence’s quality outside its corresponding rank.
For instance, Rank 1 Liquor Worm does not convert Peak Stage Rank 1 Essence into Red Steel Essence. Conversely, a Rank 3 Liquor Worm does not refine Snow-White Essence from Red Steel Essence.
So, why is the Half Effort Gu a Silver Reward, not a Bronze one like the Liquor Worms?
Like the Liquor Worm, Half Effort Gu only works on the Aperture of its complementary Rank. So, a Rank 3 Half Effort Gu will only work for Rank 3 Gu Masters. However, its use is to enhance the Aperture Wall’s absorption! Half Effort Gu and the Liquor Worm have the same intended use through opposing executions.
This allows Half Effort Gu to dispy a unique use.
Since it affects the Aperture’s Wall, even the Peak Stage Gu Master’s Crystal Wall absorbs twice the amount of Essence than usual. It allows a Gu Master to halve the effort and time to advance to Rank 4!
‘If only I can find the Rank 4 Half Effort Gu Worm’s recipe,’ Lo Jik licks his lips. He didn’t think he would get a cultivation-type Gu from Bai Lin.
Continuing, the use of Golden Blood is apparent. Unlike most Rank 4 Gu, the Golden Blood’s value is slightly lower in the grand scheme due to its expendable nature. So, Lo Jik got a healthy Rank 4 Golden Blood.
Desote Rock Soil is not a crucial material for the Self-Strength Gu. However, adding it to the process increases the success rate by 20%!
The Rank 4 Refinement Fme Heart is slightly different. It’s a consumable Gu. So, Lo Jik got a healthy Rank 4 Gu. It’s used to refine one’s heart. A Refinement Master can use their heart’s blood to repce crucial Gu Materials. However, it’s useless for Lo Jik. He used the Blue Blood to refine his Organs. A better path for him is to use the Golden Blood and then Purple Blood Gu. He may even experience a conflict in the Dao Marks and die if he uses the Refinement Fme Heart.
But this Gu should net him 80000 Stones.
Finally, Rank 3 Eat Strength Gu.
It’s good.
TRULY good!
This Gu allows the Gu Master to consume Strength Path Materials and convert them into Strength Path Dao marks on the body, directly increasing one’s strength.
But it’s useless for Lo Jik. First, he has the Fickle Heart Strength Gu. Its use is almost the same as Eat Strength Gu. Second, Lo Jik cannot add more strength to his body. When he uses the Body Refinement Gu, he will advance the Beast Strength marks on his body. Third, Fickle Heart Strength is exponentially more efficient than Eat Strength Gu.
Imaginative Strength Immortal took Eat Strength Gu as an inspiration for the Fickle Heart Strength Gu.
“Fickle Heart Strength suits my mortal body. It would be another matter if I were an Immortal. Heh. But that’s too far away. I will fuse the Strength Qi, Eat Strength, and other materials for the Rank 4 Strength Qi Gu.”
Lo Jik shakes his head.
His gaze then brightens as he opens the list of untouched rewards.
