93. A Lovely Romance

Wu Cn’s sudden attention momentarily threw Lo Jik off his game, forcing him to stop shortly after clearing all the traces from the previous battlefield. There was still some distance between the resting duo and the San Cha mountain as Lo Jik unsuccessfully brainstormed the reason for the ambush. Despite recently climbing the steps of becoming a Wisdom Path Master, Lo Jik understood he knew too little about the circumstances despite their severity, and learning the truth aside from interrogating the knowing Wu Cnsmen was a lost cause. So, he needed to take the next step, focus on getting ahead of this mess, and hopefully use it to better shroud himself from the Shang Cn once Chen Jiu’s jig was up.

Aligned with the agreement, Lo Jik enjoyed much-needed privacy after 10 p.m. What little Lo Jik knew didn’t put him at ease since a Wu Cn Elder already existed in San Cha Mountain—Wu Shen Tong. He would have pced more emphasis on the Wu Cn had he known about the ambush. However, how could Lo Jik keep track of everything? His benefits aside, none of the Super Cns were to be messed with!

Not to mention that the Wu Cn will send another, possibly higher-ranked, Gu Master should Lo Jik deal with Wu Shen Tong. The best response to the situation would ordinarily be to communicate with the Shang Cn and use the benefits of the Purple Thorn Token. However, Lo Jik needed to stay away from their gazes, too. Anyway, entering San Cha Mountain without a pn was less than advisable.

  What next?

The thought of ignoring San Cha Mountain and beelining for the Central Continent fshed in Jik’s head more than once. However, Chen Jiu represented benefits for the Shang Cn’s Immortals. Immortals have mysterious means, and Lo Jik couldn’t expect safety despite skipping nds. Before leaving, he had to tie up all the loose ends in Southern Border. He HAD to clear his name of all doubts for the time Chen Jiu’s cum-stained corpse exploded in Shang Yan Fei’s face. As glorious as the sight would be, Lo Jik needed to form a better pn to tackle the Wu Cn’s sudden animosity.

‘Well,’ Lo Jik leaned against a rock. ‘The Wu Cn will soon realize their team of two Elders died. Sure, Wu Rong and Wu Hui were the best combinations to capture a Strength Path Gu Master, but they severely underestimated my growth and skills. Yet, these two elders weren’t the meanest of the bunch. Wu Cn is publicly crowned as Southern Border’s number one Super Cn above all other Super Cns. Compared to other cns, the Wu Cn also has more Rank 5 Elders to spare.’

‘I need a scapegoat. Entering San Cha Mountain is inevitable, or it will leave traces. However, I can use the Wu Cn’s ire from there and quickly escape. No.’ He suddenly shook his head. ‘The most reasonable pce to hide from the Wu Cn would have been the Shang Cn, and that route is a dead end for me. I cannot ‘escape’ from San Cha Mountain. I need something more permanent.’

Still! Lo Jik was a treasure mine of devious schemes as a smirk crept on his features.

  <<<>>>

San Cha Mountain was initially untouched by others—a location where the Che and Zuo Cn aired their grievances before entering epic, mortal cshes. Everything changed after the appearance of Three King’s Inheritance. The mountain became lively, housing several figures from the Righteous and Demonic factions as their numbers increased! Battles ensued at every corner, ciming several lives from the two factions. Past enemies encountered each other, and new enemies formed simultaneously.

“What’s with the headband?” one of the two figures approaching San Cha Mountain’s foot questioned.

“A fashion statement,” replied the other of the duo. Verdant bushes and sparse bamboo growths fnked the man made path as they walked peacefully. Fresh air filled their lungs and roused their spirits. Yet, there was something else in the air. A strange tension hung in the duo’s surroundings. One could notice dried blood at the base of a bamboo shoot, a strip of cloth snuck from the nearby bushes, a few strands of hair resting on a tree’s branch, and the corpse of a Gu Master hanging from a tree standing tall in a small clearing.

  Such peace.

How could it not be peaceful for Lo Jik and Bai Ning Bing? The aura of their Rank 4 cultivation was on full dispy with no concealment gu worm to hide it. Nobody found trouble with the duo as they finished the st of their journey on foot, eventually reaching San Cha’s foot. Their gazes lingered on the mountain’s mighty form as it branched into three conspicuous peaks with spacious clearings.

  ‘Who are they?’

‘So young and already Rank 4 Gu Masters?’

  ‘Huff! I almost intercepted them.’

‘Let’s wait for these two to climb the mountain.’

The duo wasn’t alone. The brown headband around Lo Jik’s head hid a lifelike horizontal third eye that informed the user about the several Gu Masters in hiding. Most Gu Masters around San Cha Mountain possessed Rank 3 cultivation. Among them, Lo Jik discovered a few intriguing individuals—valuable gu masters he could manipute. His objectives didn’t change despite Wu Cn’s attention.

  Survive!

A strange sight greeted the duo as they set foot in San Cha’s territory. They heard loud, boorish hoots and witnessed a crowd of righteous and demonic factions. It wasn’t rare for these groups to collect as such. They often crowded anything remotely intriguing. Most of the time, they spectated ongoing battles. So, Lo Jik’s and Bai Ning Bing’s appearance attracted little attention as they watched a group of nine men, every single one of them built like a log, having turns at a pitiful female gu master.

These men might look thick-headed, but they pyed with their prey, overwhelming the woman with constant attacks from every side as she struggled to defend herself.

“Run! Where else are you going to run?!” One of the men ughed savagely. His muscles rippled under his tanned hide as he attacked again.

“Hehe! She’s got a nice ass. Just stop resisting, girl! We just want to have some fun and kill time.”

Another attacked, successfully yanking a strip of the woman’s skirt, revealing her healthy thigh. The sight instantly made several spectators whistle and howl like beasts in heat. Meanwhile, those from the righteous faction clenched their fists and looked indignant.

“Please! Someone save me!” The woman begged the crowd. The group of men and women pulled back wherever she reached, unwilling to enter this mess.

“I have 30000 primeval stones!” the woman screamed. “Help me, and I’ll pay you!”

The idea roused a few ‘courageous’ souls until one of the assaulting men roared.

“Nobody moves! We’re the Ten Tyrants from Nan Mountain! Hahaha! We just want to have some fun with her. How about this? You guys can take turns and share the primeval stones with yourselves after we're done.”

Those from the righteous faction held each other back. They knew about the Ten Tyrants and their savagery. More than that, a well-established Rank 4 Demonic Gu Master backed these nine lustful Rank 3 monsters. Nobody wanted to offend Nan Mountain’s Tyrant for another woman from the demonic faction.

The spectators from the demonic faction were more than pleased as they would push and kick the woman back to the tyrants, forcing her to continue her struggle.

Many from the two factions took discreet delight in this ‘forepy.’ They loved watching a weak party’s struggle as the female gu master accumuted more injuries. Her dress grew more disheveled and revealed tears from several pces, exposing her creamy shoulders, the slope of her breasts, the curves of her waist, and the dimples above her hips. She wailed loudly while putting up vigorous resistance until she accidentally knocked over the two individuals who didn’t move from their spot, unlike the other spectators.

“My lords!” the woman’s gaze brightened with hope as she looked at the brown-haired ‘womanizer’ and the white-haired ‘prince.’ The more muscur of the duo wore a loose brown robe with a plunging neckline, exposing a chiseled physique. A brown headband covered his forehead as his wild locks scattered about. Meanwhile, the white-haired youth wore his hair long and neat, appearing like royalty among men in those pristine white-blue robes showing a sapphire snake’s imprint coiling around. The immediate attention on the duo paled the nine Tyrants as they felt their Rank 4 aura.

“My lords,” the temporary leader of the Tyrants cupped his fist. “We hold no ill will against you. Please don’t fall for this woman’s schemes. She openly seduced us and is now pying the victim.”

The woman anxiously retorted. “They are lying, Seniors! I did no such thing. These men are vile and debauched, openly victimizing several other women ever since they stepped on San Cha Mountain!”

Meanwhile, others cast doubtful gnces at each other.

  ‘Who are they?’

‘They look like talents from a cn? But why haven’t we heard anything about them?’

While Lo Jik and Bai Ning Bing held fame in the Shang Cn, it wasn’t anything worth mentioning in a deep whirlpool as the collection of Gu Masters in San Cha Mountain. Also, there were few survivors from the Shang Cn on the mountain. Only a few individuals recognized the duo, tongue-tied at Lo Jik’s Rank 4 cultivation as they hurriedly shared the information with their brethren.

Lo Jik tilted his head as he gnced at the woman. His gaze was invasive and vile, instantly making many spectating women grit their teeth. Even their white-haired prince looked unamused, instantly identifying the duo as the rising members of the demonic faction.

Noticing this, the previous speaker from the Tyrant’s group smiled. “If it pleases, senior, we can gift you this woman.”

“It’s fine,” Lo Jik spoke for once. His clear, jubint voice was distinctly different from the deep and gruff voice others imagined. “I don’t rape women. Just leave the 30000 primeval stones for me, and I won’t pursue this matter further.”

The woman begging on her knees revealed a stupefied expression as she gasped, “Seniors! Please! I’m willing to be your concubine. Save me!”

“Hahaha! You heard our Seniors!” The Tyrants ughed as they surrounded the woman before dragging her struggling body. They showed lecherous expressions on their faces as two from the group held the woman down by hands and legs. One of them climbed atop the woman, eagerly rubbing his palms together as the female gu master’s breasts threatened to escape from her robes due to her writhing and squirming.

“So big ~ !” he whistled.

The woman cast Lo Jik a desperate gnce, forcing him to sigh.

“Wait!” His sharp voice stopped the group as the few eager spectators groaned.

“S-Senior? What is it? Do you want to do the honors?” One of the Tyrants questioned with a puzzled expression.

“I changed my mind,” Lo Jik crossed his arms. “Fuck off.”

Bai Ning Bing held his surprise. Lo Jik wasn’t a saint and had been ponderous since Wu Cn’s ambush. He would never create more issues for himself without a pn. However, it didn’t matter to the proud male specimen that Bai Ning Bing represented. After the ambush, he cut another deal with Lo Jik and wore him down for Frost Profound Zombie Gu Worm’s recipe. This gu worm represented Bai Ning Bing’s survival. However, refining it and collecting its material was another matter.

Lo Jik’s blunt words made the woman hopeful. Meanwhile, the nine tyrants looked gloomy, and one of them couldn’t help but excim, “Senior, Brother Heng Mei will be displeased!”

“Heng Mei can suck me off,” Lo Jik waved his hand, shocking the nine men. “Now, fuck off. I won’t repeat myself.”

The nine men gnced at each other, appearing reluctant. Yet, their dicks didn’t dictate their survival as they left the area with cold expressions. Meanwhile, the woman hurriedly sat up and kowtowed.

“Thank you, Senior! Thank you! You saved my innocence. I never wished to endure such a thing after witnessing it upon my mother. This Er Hu’s life is yours. I always keep my word, Senior.”

“Er Hu…” Lo Jik stroked his chin before shrugging. “Do whatever you want.”

The crowd dispersed with disappointment. Meanwhile, those moved by Er Hu’s beauty couldn’t help but curse Lo Jik’s luck.

  <<<>>>

“We found their information, Boss!” the group of familiar men entered a cave with awkward expressions as they greeted a tall, bare-chested man whose torso was covered in thick bck hair. This gu master resembled a bear more than a man.

“And?” Rank 4 Tyrant Heng Mei raised an eyebrow. “What did you find?”

“Those two are Gu Yue Lo Jik and Bai Ning Bing,” one of them replied. “Both of them defeated Ju Kai Bei and Yan Tu in Shang Cn’s battle stages before arriving here. However, Lo Jik must have recently broken into Rank 4 because others didn’t know about it.”

“Kai Bei? Yan Tu?” Heng Mei frowned. He knew about the leaders of the Shang Cn’s battle stage. Both of them boasted Rank 4 initial stage cultivation. Among them, Heng Mei took particur notice of Ju Kai Bei since both were strength path cultivators.

“Tell me more about Lo Jik.”

Heng Mei grunted as he perched on a boulder within a cave before fishing out cooked meat from his storage gu. Beside the boulder were strange skeletal remains. Its skin and flesh were neatly stripped, dispying an infant’s skull and small, broken limbs. Heng Mei sniffed the cooked infant’s meat before taking a huge bite!

The nine men gulped, feeling their stomachs rumble in hunger. Yet, a cold gre from Heng Mei broke them out of their daze.

“Lo Jik is said to have experienced an ancient strength path’s inheritance since he obtained and refined Little Giant King Gu! He also snatched an All-Out Effort Gu from Li Ran we heard about.”

Heng Mei’s gaze glittered with greed as he worked his jaw.

“And that punk stopped you from having the woman you wanted?”

The nine men nodded with aggrieved looks.

Ordinarily, Heng Mei would sp his men and caution them against acting like ruffians in San Cha Mountain. It was a whirlpool of experts! However, Nan Sha’s Tyrant couldn’t help but sniff an opportunity!

  Little Giant King Gu!

  All-Out Effort Gu!

Any of these two gu worms would exponentially increase his strength. Even if he doesn’t get it, Heng Mei couldn’t let it rest in a nobody’s hands and risk letting it get snatched away by his competitors!

Demonic Gu Masters wouldn’t use ‘reasons’ to mask their intentions. However, Lo Jik sounded passive and righteous. It was better to attack such a gu master’s will alongside their body!

  <<<>>>

Lo Jik and Bai Ning Bing settled inside a cave they snatched from a Rank 3 nobody around San Cha’s foot. They could acquire a residence closer to the Inheritance’s entrance, whether San Cha’s waist or peak. However, Lo Jik had other considerations. First, Wu Shen Tong was situated near the Inheritance’s entrance. Second—

  “B-Brother Lo Jik!”

A sweet voice stammered, attracting Lo Jik’s and Bai Ning Bing’s attention.

A dark-haired woman walked out of the cave with a change of clothes. Er Hu wore her dark hair in a knot, sporting a green dress that was as unblemished as her skin.

So, she also held a Healing Gu—Lo Jik idly observed.

“Shouldn’t you be going?” He ignored Bai Ning Bing’s strange gazes while addressing the woman. “Gratitude aside, I was after your wealth.” A wicked grin spread on Lo Jik’s features. It was already evening, casting a blood-red shade on the trio. His words froze the surprisingly moral stranger as she held the hems of her skirt before lowering her head.

“You saved me, Brother Lo Jik.”

“Just because I have a weak spot for sexually assaulted victims doesn’t mean I won’t rob you,” Lo Jik snickered as he lied. Truthfully, he didn’t give a damn about crimes in this world. Just because he had a bottom line didn’t mean others shared his ideals. And the only way to live a blissful life in any world was to mind one’s business!

“30000 primeval stones in exchange for my life is fair, Brother Lo Jik,” Er Hu smiled with a tinge of sadness. “I traveled to San Cha Mountain to become a better Gu Master. However, its tributions almost crushed me. You… gave me hope when I despaired. Thirty thousand primeval stones feel like a bargain to me.”

Lo Jik and Bai Ning Bing gnced at each other before the former sighed.

“Don’t make me kill the person I rescued,” Lo Jik grunted. “Screw off.”

“Please! Accept me!” Er Hu began again. “I will do anything!”

“Anything but leaving us the fuck alone,” Bai Ning Bing ughed coldly.

“You do not understand!” Er Hu whispered as she watched Bai Ning Bing and Lo Jik enter the cave, leaving her alone. “Those Ten Tyrants killed my mother.”

Her words made the duo pause as she continued. “They were speaking the truth. I tried to lure them away into a trap to kill them. I pnned to kill that bastard Heng Mei!” She clenched her fists. “And yet… I almost suffered the same fate as my mother. Heaven must be ughing at me.”

Tears formed in Er Hu’s eyes as she looked straight at Lo Jik. “I wished to seduce you, Brother Lo Jik, so I could use you as a butcher’s knife and kill Heng Mei. But you must have seen through me, right?”

  She knelt.

“I understand I must offer equal rewards. Please ask me anything! Help me avenge my mother!”

Lo Jik frowned while Bai Ning Bing restrained his urge to ugh as he indifferently entered the cave without care.

After a few moments, Lo Jik refused to demand anything and entered the cave, leaving the woman kneeling.

The duo wished that was all there was to it. However, loud shouts soon attracted their attention as they stepped out of the cave. They noticed Er Hu barely defending against the men from Ten Tyrants as the nine men brought one unfamiliar face.

“Brother Lo Jik!” She gushed, quickly nearing the duo as Lo Jik observed the group before noticing the hidden gazes surrounding the group. As a Rank 4 Middle Stage Gu Master, Heng Mei was a prominent figure on San Cha Mountain and attracted everyone’s attention when he made any moves.

“You’re Gu Yue Lo Jik?” Heng Mei began with a deep, rumbling voice. He watched the youth less than half his age raise an eyebrow.

“Take her if you want,” Lo Jik shrugged and looked at Er Hu, annoyed. “I told you to leave.”

‘But you never attacked her,’ Bai Ning Bing thought. He already understood there was more going on than it met his eyes.

Such a response instead delighted Heng Mei as he crossed his arms. “Oh, we will. Consider that woman ours. But you had the galls to interrupt our fun? Do you know who I am?”

“Why?” Lo Jik smiled. “Don’t you?”

Heng Mei’s expression stiffened before he snarled. “How dare you insult me?! You pathetic wimp! I’ll give you one chance to apologize. Kneel and give me your gu worms!”

Ordinarily, this was the point at which Lo Jik would have already killed Heng Mei. No. Lo Jik would have killed Heng Mei the second his men made a din outside his cave. As much as he was indifferent to murdering others, he understood that maintaining a cruel reputation often saved Gu Master loads of hassle. Yet, he had other pns.

“My Gu Worms?” Lo Jik’s expression turned gloomy, and he frowned deeply. “Are you out of your mind, Heng Mei? You might be Nan Sha’s Tyrant, but making you my bitch won’t take more than a few moves. I’m giving you a way out. Leave and take your whores with you.”

He pointed at the nine men. “And I meant those dick-for-brains whores.”

Veins popped over Heng Mei’s temples. When had anyone bruised his ego by insulting him, much less standing against him since he lorded over Nan Sha?

Yet, Heng Mei was also cautious of Bai Ning Bing. He knew about the tter’s disastrous killer move and feared its destructive capacity.

“Are you saying you can fight me alone?” Heng Mei sneered. “You want to anger me to fight me. Is that it?”

Lo Jik discreetly gnced around as if only being made aware of the audience now. He hesitated before gring at Er Hu. Clenching his fists, Lo Jik couldn’t help but reveal a vicious grin. “I might as well accept my rewards if I’m going to have to kill you.”

Still standing beside him, Er Hu gasped in surprise when Lo Jik pulled her and pnted his lips against hers! Her body froze as she felt Lo Jik’s arm around her waist and his warm breath on her lips.

“Don’t let me catch you lurking around after I’m done with Heng Mei. It’s your st warning.” He whispered before letting the woman go.

“You’re still here?” Lo Jik gnced at the dumbfounded Ten Tyrants.

“W-What just happened?” One of the nine subordinates whispered as Lo Jik sighed before untying his headband. He stuffed the headband in Bai Ning Bing’s hands before calmly walking toward the group.

Lo Jik’s height grew by a meter, his brown hair turned long and bck at a pace visible to the naked eye, his frivolous brown orbs turned harsh green, and his muscles ballooned up, forming white ancient scars as he finally fit into his loose robes. A wild, ancient aura hung around Lo Jik, secretly causing the spectating Er Hu’s breath to hitch. A terrifying, beastly snarl accompanied every breath of Lo Jik’s as he towered over the nearest men. The nine men marveled at the savage transformation. However, Heng Mei’s expression changed.

  “Move! You idiots—“

  *Discombobute*

Lo Jik’s speed was swift and vicious as his palms struck each other with the Gu Master’s face in between. Blood, brain matter, bone shards, and jelly-like eye goop spttered at once, causing everyone’s expression to change as Lo Jik held the corpse’s hand before bellowing a massive roar to the sky!

His attack was more than vicious as he instantly struck another Ten Tyrant member with the corpse. This time, the target managed to activate his defensive gu. Yet, it was all for naught as the corpse broke against the defensive barrier, spttering with blood everywhere—hiding Lo Jik from the target’s sight as his fist tore into the barrier before crushing another head with a hand!

The other members paled while Heng Mei roared in anger. His body enrged, too. The hair on his chest thickened, and his fists grew massive. Heng Mei boasted a set centered around Rank 4 Violent Strength Gu! The angrier he felt, the stronger he got! Two giant men struck each other, allowing their fists to csh before falling a step back! Next second, Lo Jik grabbed the nearby corpse before swinging and hurling it against the furious Heng Mei!

  “You dare?!”

Lo Jik didn’t issue any words. They served no other purpose. Instead, he momentarily considered his options. He was a treasure trove of Strength Path methods but only revealed Little Giant Gu and All-Out Strength Gu. However, he also possessed Self-Strength, Borrow Strength, Strength Qi, and more! Any of these gu worms would cause Shang Cn’s market to explode in an uproar. Lo Jik could safely dispy the Bitter Strength Gu amongst them. He hadn’t snatched it from Ju Kai Bei. But Lo Jik also possessed this gu worm. It was retively rare, but it could be refined by oneself. It also appeared in the market every now and then.

All of it depended on how far Heng Mei could push him.

Their csh was nothing to scoff at. Despite being a Rank 4 Middle Stage Gu Master, Heng Mei was slightly weaker than Ju Kai Bei when the tter used his killer move. It was a crucial detail because the difference in minor realms in Rank 4 and 5 grew exponentially. It was all due to the consumption of essence by the top gu worms and how one’s essence reserves wildly multiplied at every minor breakthrough. It was all part of Gu Mathematics 101.

Other spectators in the shadows felt numb as they watched Lo Jik expertly destroy Heng Mei. All Lo Jik needed was ONE Rank 4 Little Giant King Gu. Yet, many were experienced. They noticed Lo Jik’s deep foundation, which allowed him to stay in this transformation for so long. Several strength path body refinement gu worms refined his body, bestowing Lo Jik with ridiculous resistances, especially the Rank 4 Golden Blood Gu—increasing his immunity several times and raising his five senses!

‘How could he be this dangerous?’ Heng Mei felt terrified after a few rounds. He tried using the terrain to his advantage. After all, Heng Mei rose to prominence after battling his entire life and knew the significance of using one’s surroundings. Yet, Lo Jik was one step ahead at every turn. He had already killed another one of Heng Mei’s subordinates before the rest ran away in fear—injuries piled on Heng Mei’s and Lo Jik’s bodies alike. Yet, the tter hadn’t used any of his Beast Phantoms!

When it came to Strength Path, others rose to their peak using fragments of ancient inheritance. Lo Jik was blessed with almost every core gu wore necessary for a strength path gu master!

  *Roar*

  *Prrrrnnntttttt*

Two phantoms appeared behind Lo Jik—Infernal Ape and Lightning Dragon Elephant!

  ‘That’s—’

Heng Mei’s eyes widened, but it was too te. Lo Jik was shrewd and cruel to his enemies. Even if Lo Jik wanted to reveal a few things, he did so for the spectators, not to give Heng Mei a breather!

His kick to Heng Mei’s side grew several times more ferocious as the tter’s body twisted from the waist with a sickening crunch. Ribs tore from his flesh, revealing a bck iron color—the use of rank four essence iron bones gu worm. Heng Mei’s body shuddered as he let out a pained roar, only for Lo Jik to rouse two beast phantoms using All-Out Strength Gu and Bitter Strength Gu to sm his fist on the man’s shoulders as he BROKE Heng Mei!

  *Pchhht*

Heng Mei’s corpse colpsed on the ground as pierced organs and intestines jutted from the breakage.

Others inhaling sharp breaths echoed around Lo Jik as his body reverted to its usual self. His blood-soaked garment stuck to his body as his fingers slicked back his bloodied hair.

He calmly stared at the littered corpses before he turned on his heels.

Lo Jik’s calm expression made Er Hu shudder as she couldn’t look away. Gritting her teeth, she crossed the distance under Lo Jik’s cold gre before retrieving a strip of cloth from her storage Gu worm to wrap it around his right hand.

“You were bleeding, Brother Lo Jik,” she whispered. “You fulfilled my revenge. It must be hard to trust my sincerity. It’s alright. Even I wouldn’t trust myself. But I’m now just a hunk of flesh without any objective. With my vengeance achieved, I have no sorrow, regrets, or fears.”

Her voice was almost magical as Lo Jik couldn’t help but lean onto the woman. His fingers twitched as she raised her head to meet his cold expression.

“Kill me before I commit another sin, Brother Lo Jik. I don’t intend to lose you. Who would not fight for their greatest fortuitous encounter?”

She stood on the ball of her toes as Bai Ning Bing watched everything while chewing tender chicken.

“Touch me, and you’re dead,” Lo Jik warned softly.

“You gave me a new lease on life. It would be just for you to take it away,” she whispered before closing her eyes and bridging the gap, unfazed by the bloodied scent around him.

Their lips met again, this time out of a primal hunger for each other compared to Lo Jik’s previous frivolity.

Meanwhile, others ignored the gut-wrenching romance, almost losing their minds on what they witnessed!

  Heng Mei was killed?!

They needed to know more about Gu Yue Lo Jik!

Nobody expected the newcomer to be so fierce! Tyrant Heng Mei built his reputation on countless vicious crimes and a hill of infants’ corpses! He was a beast in a human’s flesh that hid little about his urges and ruled Nan Sha with an iron fist! He was one of the most renowned Strength Path Gu Masters in San Cha Mountain—

  And somebody killed him.

  No.

  Lo Jik butchered the man!

  Little Giant King!

The name instantly spread in San Cha Mountain, bringing attention to the Little Giant’s companion—Frost Devil.

  <<<>>>

It was around 9 p.m. as Lo Jik left the sleeping Er Hu and gnced at Bai Ning Bing before walking out of the cave for a breather. Er Hu fell unconscious after their kiss.

“You should have walked the Enchantment Path,” a cold cackle emerged in Lo Jik’s mind as he smiled.

  “You overestimate me, Senior Chen.”

“Senior? Bah! Everybody would refuse to become your senior if I revealed what I experienced!” Chen Jiu sneered before growing serious. “You have to be careful with that vixen. She’s adopted the alluring minx set compared to my divine beauty set.”

“Hmm. My body refinement pnted many strength path dao fragments on me. I can still resist her charms.”

“Are you sure about using her?” Chen Jiu whispered with a concerned tone.

“She’s one of the threads I pn to follow, Chen Jiu,” Lo Jik mused. “She will reveal her true colors soon if I py along. I need to ensure I act my part correctly.”

“I can’t ever see you being distraught over love,” Chen Jiu chuckled as the corpse of Mo Yan, Shen Cui, and another petite woman fshed in his mind before he smirked.

  “Me neither.”
