PROLOGUE

  Dartkness

  The world around me was dark, not like the darkness of a night with no source of light but like something that was untouched by light. I don't know how long I had been there, my last memory before waking up in this place was of having a nap in my college dormitory after my project defense. 'Do you want power' a voice echoes around me breaking my thoughts.

  'Do you want to live forever to have the power to decide your fate, agree to the contract and all will be yours' the voice continues. Now I know there is a major problem. This sounds like all those novels I read when I was bored where the Mc is transported into a never ending cycle of world hopping , completing missions of no apparent value for some unknown entity.

  If I follow this reasoning then how come I wasn't asked if I wanted to join before been brought to this place. " sorry Mr. Voice but there is no way I am going to join whatever game you are playing so just send me back to my bed" I yell into the void.

  Silence greets me after that yell and I begin to hope that I will be sent back home to my bed. That is until that hope is shattered by the glowing box appearing before me. 'Welcome to the Infinite World Games' I read from the box before a blinding flash of light emits from the box and I lose consciousness.

  I don't know how long I was unconscious for but when I woke up I found myself on the floor of a moving truck with six men and three women on the floor of the truck in various forms of sleep all of us wearing green army uniforms.

  Soon the others awaken and I can see confusion on their faces. "Hey kid, do you know what is happening here" an Asian man beside me wearing glasses asks me. "the names Hector and no I just woke up here some seconds ago" I reply just as the blue box returned.
