First Generation Dragon Radar and Searching for the Dragon Balls

  A power level of 8000!

Talot's current strength is now at least parable to Goku wheurned from North Kai's P iure.

Of course, this parison is only in terms of his normal state's power level!

After all, at that point in the inal woku could also use Kaio-ken. During his battle with Vegeta, his power level reached a maximum of 32,000!

In just two months, the progress has been tremendous.

Training under fifty times Earth's gravity brings signifit improvement almost every day.

It might not seem as extreme as Goku's six-day adaptation to 100x gravity in the inal work, but it's already quite remarkable.

Firstly, there's the issue of age and physique. Talot is barely over six years old, so he simply 't pare to Goku at that point in time.

Sedly, there's the differen strength. The gap is vast, and their trainihods are different. Goku was forced by circumstao push himself beyond his limits under intense pressure, experieng multiple severe injuries and recoveries. Talot, oher hand, is advang gradually and steadily.

In fact, if Talot really wao make more breakthroughs, he believed he could. Just one serious injury followed by a Senzu Bean would likely push his power level over 10,000.

However, instead of taking that approach, he prefers to stick to his own philosophy.

Wheime is right, when he's older and his body has developed to a certain degree, that will be the moment for a true breakthrough.

  ...

"Brother Talot, Bulma's Dragon Radar is finished!"

Suddenly, a voice echoed from the inter.

Talot, who had just caught his breath, quickly sat up upon hearing the news. Through the transparent gss, he saw Sari oher side, looking both happy and anxious.

It was obvious that she had rushed over to tell him as soon as possible.

He got up, and dragged his exhausted body to turn off the Gravity Device.

Ohe gravity's pressure faded, Talot let out a sigh of relief. He quickly pulled out a Senzu Bean, ate it, aored his energy.

After opening the door to the Gravity Chamber and exging a few words with Sari, the two hurried back to the estate's rge round room.

Bulma was excitedly testing the radar in various ways, while Giood nearby, staring ily as if afraid Bulma might disappear, taking the Dragon Radar with her.

Seeing Talot arrive, Bulma happily demonstrated the radar for him.

The basi of sing fon Ball signals had already been firmed two days earlier, so Talot didn't need Bulma to expin much—he uood it well.

"With this, I'll be able to gather the Dragon Balls in the shortest time possible," Talot said, gripping the Dragon Radar, his eyes gleaming with excitement.

Gine and Sari were also impatient.

Bulma, seemingly afraid Talot would leave her behind, immediately snatched the Dragon Radar from his hand and said, "The radar is mine. If yoing to search fon Balls, I'm ing with you."

Her headstrong attitude hadn't ged o.

However, Talot couldn't take her along on the Dragon Ball hunt—it would slow him down too much.

In fact, he had already decided that even Gine and Sari couldn't join him.

This was because the four-star Dragon Ball was lio Mount Paozu, where Gohan and Kakarot lived.

Until he was sure of Kakarot's head injury, Talot remained firm in his decision.

He knew Gine's personality all too well.

"I'm afraid I'll have to disappoint you, Bulma. I really 't take you with me this time on the Dragon Ball search."

"The sing range of the Dragon Radar is still too small. If it could cover the whole phen I could pinpoint the exact locations of the Dragon Balls and leisurely take you along to retrieve them.

"First, there's no guarahe Dragon Balls will stay in the same spot waiting for us, and sedly, if I take you, my flying speed will be too slow, making it harder to find them."

Talot expined calmly. He was trying to both reassure Bulma and share some facts with her.

Bulma, despite her young age, uood the reason.

But she had been spoiled from a young age and believed everything should go her way.

As soon as she heard Talot's words, her eyes reddened, and tears began to well up.

"Talot, no matter what, the Dragon Radar was made by Bulma. She put a lot of effort into it. Without it, we wouldn't even have the ce to find the Dragon Balls. So, since Bulma is asking to e along, why not take her? It wouldn't hurt to go a little sline said. Over the past few days, she had developed a good retionship with Bulma.

To Gine, Bulma was adorable and a smart young girl.

Even though she was ahling, that didn't stop Gine from liking her and treating her like family.

"Exactly, it's only Aunt Gine who loves me the most," Bulma cried as she hugged Gine, as if pining to her.

Sari, standing nearby, couldn't help but roll her eyes.

Talot, however, directly respoo Gine, "It's not that I don't want t her along, but I find the Dragon Balls much faster by myself. It should only take a day for me to circle the p and gather them all."

"By yourself? Talot, are you going to look for them alone?" Sari excimed in surprise.

This would mean leaving all of them behind.

Gine seemed to uand Talot's reasoning: "If what you're saying is true, you'll indeed be quicker on your own. With your current strength, it wouldn't take long for you to travel arouh."

  Talot nodded.

"I know, Bulma. You just want to go on an adventure. How about this: ime there's an opportunity, I'll take you with me, okay? Or maybe Aunt Gine and Sari take you on a trip to explore other parts of Earth," Talot suggested.

His words struck a chord with little Bulma.

The current Bulma was still quite different from the 16-year-old Bulma iure.

In the inal work, her reasons for wanting to collect the Dragon Balls were partly out of fasation with the legend and a desire to know the truth, and partly to wish for the perfect prince charming.

But at her current age? Her main pursuit was simply to satisfy her curiosity about the unknown.

"Alright, fine," Bulma finally agreed after thinking it over. She then hahe Dragon Radar back to Talot.

"It won't take long. Once I find the Dragon Balls, I'll return right away," Talot assured her.

Gine nodded, and Bulma had already accepted the arra.

Sari hesitated before speaking, "Maybe you could take me with you, Brother Talot? I keep up with you and won't be a burden."

Talot smiled and patted her head. "You should stay here with Aunt Gine. Searg fon Balls isn't all that fun."

With a few more words of reassuraalot tinued speaking with Gine and Sari.

Afterward, he asked Bulma for a backpad the West City.

In truth, for Talot, who remembered the events of the inal work, finding the Dragon Balls wasn't too difficult. However, sihe current timeline was set ten years before the events of the inal work, a few of the Dragon Balls would be hard to locate without the Dragon Radar.

He khe exact locations of some, like the four-star Dragon Ball at Mount Paozu, the seven-star Dragon Ball at Ox-King's pce, and the three-star Dragon Ball that Turtle Hermit had found at the bottom of the sea a hundred years ago.
