Jaco’s Distress Signal! We meet again, Tights! (Part 1)

Leaving P Yardrat, time flew by, and several days quietly passed.

Talot and Sari were traveling through the ic river of stars.

  This time, their destination Cereal!

His goal was clear, with two objectives.

First, he wao iigate Bardock's past experiences o Cereal aermine whether there were discrepancies iails he knew.

Sed, he sought to locate the surviving Namekian Monaito hiding on the p.

After all, the twon Balls he created were unique in the current era. Apart from the Super Dragon Balls scattered across Universes 6 and 7, these particur Dragon Balls were arguably more powerful than the Namekian ones.

However, the troubling part was that while these twon Balls were powerful, they came with a fatal fw: every wish made required the wisher to pay a corresponding price based on the wish's magnitude.

Take the Granoh Saga ier stage of the Super era as an example. Granoh and Gas both made wishes to the Eternal Dragon summoned by these Dragon Balls, granting themselves the power of the stro warriors in the universe. But the price they paid was grievous.

Of course, while such sequences might terrify others in this world, Talot wasn't too ed. In his view, sacrifig a rge portion of one's lifespan to bee the stro in the universe wasn't such a big deal.

It was like his previous life as an ordinary human—if one could bee the stro in the universe at the cost of their lifespan, who wouldn't be willing?

Even if it meant only living for a single day, tless people would willingly embrace such a trade.

  ...

  Aboard the spaceship.

In the cockpit, Talot and Sari hadn't been training for the past few days.

While trolling the spaceship, the two talked about various trivial matters, naturally discussing some of their iing experiences o Yardrat, and then reminisced about the past.

It had been over a year sihey left Earth.

Though they had grown aced to the long jourhrough space, they would still experience spontaneous emotions from time to time.

Especially as Sari grew older, she began to uand more and more.

Saiyans mature early, uher races. Otherwise, they would not be able to go on expeditions outside when they are young.

Fortunately, the advaeology of their spaceship allowed them to maintain tact with Earth at any time, which helped alleviate the boredom of space travel.

Actually, returning to Earth wasn't plicated; the journey would only take about half a month to a month by spaceship.

Why not use Instant Transmission, you say? Well, while it allowed for ielr teleportation, the distao Earth was too vast. Without log onto an aura, how could he teleport?

As for medium-less teleportation, it could only work over short distances.

For instance, while o Yardrat, Talot had attempted to sense Ragar's aura on Namek, but the distance was too great, and he couldn't deteything.

To sum it up, he was still too weak. His Ki Sense wasn't able to cover such a vast range.

As for returning to Earth, it wasn't time yet—there was still much to be doalot hadn't even located Raditz yet.

  Speaking of which, while they hadn't found any leads on Raditz, their ship had intercepted messages about Saiyan squads under Frieza Forbsp;

Thanks to Brief's modifications, their spaceship perfectly bihe greatest advantages of the Frieza Force spaceship and the Gactic Patrol spaceship. On top of that, Brief added his own framework to the outermost yer of the system, turning Talot's spaceship into a mobile tral server.

The ship's system could automatically intercept and receive transmissions from surrounding forces. Messages from Frieza Ford Gactic Patrol, the two huge forces, were being intercepted and analyzed.

The most impressive feature was the ship's automatic shielding fun, capable of blog all forms of ter-trag.

Of course, how effective this truly was remained ued, as they hadn't experie yet.

'With my current strength, as long as I don't fayoh a power level exceeding 100,000, there's no danger. Sari's power level has also surpassed 20,000. Since she has also learned Instant Transmission, she easily escape any danger.'

After finishing his versation with Sari, Talot closed his eyes to rest and fell into self-ption.

The reason he dared to head to P Cereal was simple: his strength was finally up to par.

Strictly speaking, as long as he doesn't run into Frieza, there's absolutely no danger.

  Even if he runs into the Ginyu Force, he would still stand a bsp;

By his calcutions, the popution of P Cereal should already have been nearly wiped out.

The remaining Frieza Force soldiers stationed o Cereal, along with the Heeter Force members, were also part of Talot's current targets.

"Brother Talot, there's a strange message—take a look!" Sari suddenly called out as the spaceship's system dispyed an urgent notification.

Talot opened his eyes and focused his attention on the message.

The message opened, dispying an encrypted on nguage of the universe, which was ultimately transted into prehensible text by the ship's system.

  ….

I am Jaco, a Sed Css Gactic Patrolman. While iigati invasions of life ps in the Rosa Gaxy, I have been trapped o Shaudi by a group of space pirates! The group's power levels exceed 10,000. Requesting support from First Css and Special-Css Gactic Patrolman. P Coordinates: 31445?64555…

After reading the message, both Talot and Sari froze for a moment.

  They'd read plenty of Gactic Patrol intelligence before, but this was different—because it involved Jabsp;

"Jaco... isn't he the Gactic Patrolman who once visited Earth but just missed meeting us? Dr. Brief even helped repair his spaceship," Sari's memory was impressive; she even remembered this.

"That should be him. Didn't expect to get his distress signal at a time like this. Should we call this luck… or fate?

"When we left Earth, Brief specifically asked me to look into Tights' whereabouts.

"Tights left with Jaco back then, so finding him might lead us to her."

As he spoke, Talot immediately maniputed the system, modifying the spaceship's course and ging the destination to P Shaudi.

"Brother Talot, are we really going to rescue him? His message said the enemies have power level over 10,000," Sari said.

"Don't worry. With our strength, enemies with power level ien thousand are nothing to us now." Talot smiled reassuringly.

Though Sari's strength had grown signifitly, she hadn't yet experienced a true bloody battle. As a result, she still cked fiden her strength.

Hearing Talot's words, Sari suddenly realized this as well and nodded.

  She had fotten—times had ged.

What was once sidered terrifying and insurmountable for Saiyans—a power level ien thousand—was no longer a big deal.

Her power level was now 21,000!

And her Brother Talot? His power level had reached 82,000!

In her mind, he was the stro Saiyan of all time.

"It's pretty close— in the same gaxy as us," Talot remarked in surprise after seeing the navigation system plot the shortest route.

Jaco had likely just sent out his distress signal moments earlier, and Talot, being the closest, had intercepted it almost instantly.

That guy Jaco always seemed like a bit of a "child of fate" in the inal work—his luck was eously good.

This time, his luck had led him into danger, but it also pced Talot and Sari nearby to rescue him.
