Thoughts of the future

I actually had to look this up with the pokenav to uand it but apparently this was one of the greatest bes of having the royal variation. Royal pokemon not only are much rger than the normal members of their species with stats to match their size but they also get to keep each of the abilities they unlock via evolution. This means that when Gaia evolves into a Tyranitar she will have sand veil , shed skin and sand stream. This bination of abilities was extremely advantageous for her since sand stream summons a sandstorm whenever she ehe battlefield for free without needio waste time using the move herself.-

Add on shed skin that lets her shake off status afflis fairly easily and she is going to be stupid hard to take down. None of this took into sideration her over twenty foot tall body that was likely to intimidate oppos just to see. All in all I was quite happy with Gaia's evolution and I even got all three of the rewards from the quest as well. Vul had a bit of a gripe about how it o move the boulder by itself but other wise was also in a good mood.-

I let Gaia out of her ball ohe entrance en and she took up a siderable amount of space. Thankfully we had expahe cave so she still fit just fine and would still be able to move once she woke up. She erfectly healthy thanks to the evolution healing her but the exhaustion was no joke as betweeigue from the fight and the energy it took to evolve she was not going to wake up for quite some time.-

I sat dowhe Vul in the cave and accepted my rewards for the quest eagerly. Reag into my bag I retrieved the two exp tickets and fell into thought about what I should use them on. I khat regardless of what I chose I could in fact achieve the exact same result with actual training so it wasn't a matter of survival or anything like that. All exp tickets did was give me the experience of if I were to train for a certain period of time perfectly. With that in mind I was rather curious what would happen if I used them on the appraise ability.-

For my skills I could improve them by using them aing more skilled at them whereas despite using appraise regurly it was still at the novice level of mastery. Ripping the tickets in half I chose the appraise ability as their target and closed my eyes as about two months of experiences using the ability filled my head. Oddly I couldn't remember what the appraisals actually said for any of those uses. That said I did learn what I had been doing wrong this eime a like an idiot as a result.-

See the correct use of the ability was not to look for an overarg set of information about the target like I have been but rather to look for a specific piece of information. For example if I used appraise the way I have been on Vul I get a general set of information but the correct way to use appraise was to look for a specific thing such as it's age or he ao that first one was six months , twelve days , four hours and thirty seven minutes by the way. Yeah it stung quite a bit to think about the sheer amount of useful information I missed by not using the ability correctly.-

For example I wao know the optimal diet for Vul and using appraise I lear too. The ability was stupid useful now that I knew how to properly use it. The answer by the way about Vuls diet was not surprisingly one of high protein with a berry boaia oher hand simply had no diet at all because apparently her current evolutionary form did not require nutrients. The reason for this was because of the rge amount they ate as Larvitars being passively stored for exactly this evolutionary point.-

Anyways after getting fortable with the information I got by using the exp tickets I moved on to the two item tickets. Those ed me a great ball and a grade 4 hard stone which wasn't great but also weren't terrible either so I was satisfied with them. Finally though was the skill ticket and I was really praying hard tESUS for something good here. I wasn't ungrateful for the skills I had or anything as they all had their uses but my situation really made some of them pointless at the moment.-

RNGESUS did not smile upohis day however as what I drew was farming , yes the skill to pnt , tend , judge ripeness and harvest crops. This skill was once again one of those ohat were super useful in the right situation but for my current o ointless. I will not be remaining in this cave for very much longer , perhaps a week or two at most before rejoining civilization was my pn. I also didn't have the mo would take to write all my information on the skill down and start a farm with someone else as my farmer with me just pulling in profit.-

With a sigh I could only choose to ighe new skill for now and begin my aura meditation with Vul to pass the time. An iing thing I found out was that If both Vul and I train aura together it creates a sort of resoween us because of our bond that doubles both of our progress with the skill. So far I hadn't gotten much be from it sihe skill was a seriously slow burning o progress rogress so I was happy either way.-

At the rate Vul was mastering each of it's moves I imagihat there was no reason for us to stay here any longer once Gaia gets used to her new body. I was both nervous aed about the prospect of returning to civilization. I was nervous because despite how unique some pokemon characters were in appearance I didn't see a single ohat looked like a savage like me. For sure I was going to o get a new pair of shorts since my current ones were pretty much at the end of their life.-

My hair was also wild and fairly long at about two or three inches long and not well maintained so it was extremely messy. I was excited though because this worlds civilization is far different than the one oh and I was eager to fully experie for myself. For example pretty much every facet of life here was built with pokemon in mind and as such was both more advanced as well as less advahah in terms of teology. Pokemohe ultimate rulers of the world despite what some people may think as they were stronger , faster and more numerous than humans by a wide margin.
