"Hey, Versailles... Actually, can I call ya' Vers? 'Versailles' is quite a mouthful." I asked for Versailles' affirmation.
she gave her consent. Her voice didn't come out of nowhere this time, she took the form of a small fairy. According to her, she separated part of her consciousness and took form. She seems to be classified as a familiar by the game(or so she says). Well, it's much better than before. If someone saw me talking with a voice in my head, I'm sure they'd question my sanity.
"Then Vers, d' you know where we are right now?" I asked her the first thing I was bothered with.
No really, she disappeared just for a second. Literally. I was expecting that she would take a while but it was really fast. I wonder how powerful she is? Well, she's technically the goddess of this place... I'd rather not get on her bad side.
Now that I look around, there really is an abundance of seafood around, especially on the merchant stands a few meters away. The smell of the saltwater found in the sea carried by the wind also shows that we're near the sea.
"Thanks... Well, lem'me try what ya' told me beforehand." I said, as I cleared my throat with a cough.
"Stats Window" I spoke out the command. A moment later, an impossible floating window suddenly appeared in my view.
'Ding!'
"Wha- It's really floatin'!" I leaked out a surprised voice.
I looked through the stats and noticed something weird.
"Ugh... Hey Vers..." I called.
"Where can I find Ability Power?"
"You know... Ability Power! AP."
"Urgh..." I grumbled. Afterwards, I explained to her what Ability Power is.
"Mhmm... I see..." I said while giving a slight nod to show my understanding.
I closed the stats window by pressing the 'X' Icon on the top right corner.
"Title Window" I gave another command.
'Ding!'
*Hmm... So my title is carried ova' here, eh?* I thought to myself. It's not like I don't like it though.
"Equipment Information" yet another command was spoken after I closed the title window.
'Ding!'
*Hmm, I neva' knew my clothes had these effect...* I silently thought to myself. Anyways, I've closed the window afterwards. Now, I'd like to see how my skills work over here.
"Skill Window" I've said the next command. My skill window appeared a moment after.
*Hmm... There's sum' changes with ma' skills... Probably got affected by ma' previous transfer.* I thought to myself after looking through the details on my skills.
Suddenly, the little pixie inside my vest's hidden pocket poked her head out. (Don't ask me why I have such a hidden pocket, a Gambler doesn't show his tricks.)
"Uh huh." I affirmed. "This is th' ability I've told you before. [Gate]. Ya' already know what I experienced to gain this power." I told her.
Vers already know how I've gained this power. I roughly explained to her my experiences in Runeterra. I still cringe whenever I remember the excruciating pain that coursed throughout my body when I've went through in that experiment of Dr. Rath...
Vers looked at my expression and said with a troubled voice.
*Friend, huh...* because of that word, a familiar face appeared on my mind. The first time I've met him, I found out our similarities. It was the first time I've met my match. Well, that was all in the past. Our bond was already broken when I've done that thing... I don't think he would ever forgive me. Vers would never learn of this story. There are things that are better kept in the dark.
I shook my head. Dispersing the thoughts that clouded my mind.
"Haaa" I sighed out. Afterwards, I've started to move around to get used with this new world.

-Inside a desolate tower on the Institute if War-
"Sir!" A panicked voice rang across the room. "There's an emergency!" the panicking man was calling an old man who was busy writing something.
The younger one was Bob Nashahago, a well known summoner and a journalist of 'The Journal of Justice'. The elder one, on the other hand, is a senior summoner and the editor-in-chief of the said newsletter, Ralston Farnsley.
"What is it?" Ralston asked inquisitively.
"Twisted Fate's gone missing! On the last place his mana was detected, a huge amount of mana could be traced!" Bob explained worriedly.
"What?! Th-That's gonna be a problem. The High Councillor must learn of this as soon as possible." Ralston nervously replied.
------------------------------------------
-A few hours later, on a forest near Demacia.-
A group of [Summoners] were wearing a worried expression. They were currently in the place where an abnormally huge amount of mana could be detected.
"Malcolm, Do you understand your mission?" the eldest among the group of cowl-wearing people spoke up. His appearance was a stereotypical Mage. Huge white beard and a walking staff.
"Aye aye." a bearded man indifferently answered back. Though, his wrinkled face showed his age, he possess a sturdy body comparable to people decades younger than his age.
"Good. Find him, and as much as possible, bring him back unharmed." The [Summoner] reminded him. As much as possible, they wanted to send someone else, but among the champions on the target's level, Malcolm Graves was the only one with time. Most are busy with other missions for the League.
The old man then turned back and said a few words to the other [Summoners]. They soon chanted some spells for the transfer.
A while ago, they tried summoning the Card Master using a summoning circle, but for some reason, they couldn't locate him so it didn't work. Now sending someone on his side to take him back was their last resort.
"Remember, take care of that ring. Activate it once you found him. If you activate it, we would know your location and would be able to summon you back. If that were to be destroyed, or get lost for that matter, even you would get stuck on that side." the old [Summoner] sternly reminded him with serious eyes.
"..." Malcolm Graves on the other hand, didn't say anything.
Soon, light appeared from his chest. It was a weird feeling, as if his body was getting sucked. He wasn't the type to use magic so he's not used to such experiences.
*Fate... It's time fer our destined reunion. I'll be sure to even it out with you. You better be waitin' fer me. Let's settle the score.* Graves thought to himself as he formed a crooked smile. He was slowly caressing his gun, 'Destiny'. Imagining it shooting off a leg or two from Fate.
The [Summoners] who saw him smile hesitated, but it was already to late to regret their decision. All they can do right now was trust on the Outlaw and his trusty Shotgun.

-Back to Fortunas City, Brent Kingdom-
"Hey Vers, are ya' alright?" I worriedly asked.
"well, if ya' say so." I've returned my concentration back into what I was doing. Fishing.
I've want to try out stuff since this is a new world. I've wanted to learn new skills, new abilities. And so, since this is a port city, what else could be a better one other than fishing?
It was rather easy, actually. The people around was friendly enough to teach me the basics. Though, to fish, I had to buy my own rod and baits. Luckily, I have some gold with me. It appears that the Valoran currency in my possession works as gold here.
'Ding'
"Whoa, Sonny. You've got talent! Would you like to become a fisherman?" a pirate looking old man asked me. Contrary to his appearance, he was quite gentle. He was the one who taught me the basics of fishing.
"Sorry sir. I already got somethin' in mind for my future... Gotta hit the trail now." I answered back.
"Hahaha, I see... Anyways good luck with yerr adventure." the old man gave a hearty laugh.
Afterwards, I sold the fishes I caught. I've decided to get back on track and reach my goal. The reason I've visited this world in the first place. To learn magic.
"Lady luck is smilin' " like that, I've begun my journey.

Author's Note(Grumblings):
Hello guys! It's me yet again. This time I've introduced another LoL character ---Malcolm Graves, the Outlaw and his trusty sidekick(not really), the BFG(Big F***ing Gun), Destiny.
I've altered TF's stats and skills a bit since it would just be too OP. Just think of it having a different system. That the exchange isn't 1:1. For his stats/skills to get accepted by RoyalRoad's standards.
On LoL, a Level 18 TF has:
Health- 1860
Mana- 886
AD- 105.81
Etc, etc... Wouldn't it be too overpowered for someone who only get 5 stat points per level up? A level 18 is still around the level where they hunt wolves(or probably the mob one level stronger than them) in a party(I think?)...
Edit: Nerfed the Amp. Ring... I just noticed how OP it was.
