I sat on top of the AA, wondering what to do. I felt a mana burst and activated Elgards eyes to find out where it was coming from. It was coming from quite far away but I recognized it as Raishin’s mana burst from when he goes 6t mode. I never noticed this, but it seems Raishin doesn’t cover this up like Greg and I do.

  Greg and Raishin were fighting against the snake fairy. It had gotten time! Now they just need to kick her ass and we can live happily ever after. Kind of. I took some popcorn out of my dimensional pocket. I get to do nothing and the problem will solve itself! Well, my buddies solve it, but I am allowed to slack now. I would get sent away anyway if I appeared now.

  Raishin had a lot of tiger clouds around him, and he went into Raijin mode. I don’t think this snake fairy will live for long. Frost magic is the only counter to that Raijin mode as far as I know. They seemed to have found an effective way of fighting with the two of them. Greg would catch the excess energy Raishin created, and he would directly send it to the dimension. It also helped him charge his abyss magic.

  Raishin had launched the snake fairy into the Penumbra mountain range and Greg was in his 3t mode keeping all the smaller fairies in check while his [Shadowcat] was assaulting her. An enormous black lightning spear appeared above the Penumbra mountain range, which half the continent could see. Raishin was going all out. It also so happens that fairies don’t do so well against lightning magic unless it’s a specific type.

  The lightning spear dropped, and it sent shocks and shockwaves through the area. The fairy was spewing poison blobs at Raishin, but they all went straight through him. That idiot! Doesn’t he realize that those will land somewhere else? At least Greg was on it and caught the poison with his shadows. Greg should have a decent matchup against poison.

  Greg sent his own poison to the fairy. It has been a while since I’ve seen Greg use poison. He also used nature energy and elven magic. Well, color me surprised; fairies seem to be weak against that.

  Wait, doesn’t this make sense? Aren’t elves their natural enemy or something. Note to self: Blast the next fairy with nature energy.

  Multiple spirits were helping them to fight the swarms of fairies. They might not realize it, but they’re in the midst of a war. 5 familiar faces appeared later on. Elliana, Boshi, Cee Horze, Starbolt and Bywen.

  They took lead over the spirits and the spirits started to get more organized. Boshi, Starbolt and Cee Horze were still moving around clumsily though. It seems they still don’t need my help. However. I saw a guy in a big car arrive. He got out. I couldn’t hear what he said, but it seemed to piss of Greg, Elliana, Bywen and Boshi. He then waved something that I recognized as a Dimsha.

  Why do all these things keep popping up? Aren’t these things supposed to be rare?

  I went through my archive. ‘Dimsha attract other Dimsha’. Did Bywen come with the horn? I don’t see it on her. I also realized that new ones might have been created after the recent dimensional collision. What a pain in the ass.

  His Dimsha glowed and it put some spirits under his control. Great, another guy practicing spirit slavery. It started to turn into a 3-way battle. This guy tried to catch more spirits. Greg and Elliana’s team now had to protect the spirits from this lunatic and deal with the fairies. I suppose this is where I come in to help. But then the Mikazuki vixens, my so-called cousins, arrived. It seems my help isn’t needed. It's best I stay away from them.

  I noticed that the concentration of charm mana had increased on the battlefield. The lunatic caught one of my cousins. This pissed off the other cousins. This guy is so dead. I would appreciate it if all the things that are strong against 9t could take a hike and stay away. I miss being overpowered.

  I had slowly started to realize that the easy part of my life had passed. Anything I thought was difficult is nothing compared to my problems now. It felt as if everything up till now was some sort of tutorial. The tutorial probably ended before we accidentally unsealed Zack. Everything went downhill from there.

  Greg did something strange. His color palette swapped. He had dark skin with white hair and a white suit. He was still using shadow magic but also light magic. Did he finally do it? His attribute swap?

  Since he normally can use dark, shadow, water, and earth magic, it should have swapped to light, fire, and wind. He probably can also mess with this thing's attack and defense now. Fighting Greg is so unfair now. I wonder what he would call it. Maybe something like ‘Monochrome Duality’ or something.

  Every attack that landed on the snake fairy seemed to do an insane amount of damage now. I think Greg is close to what his mother once did. Swapping whatever value her defense has with the lowest other value she has. Supposedly speed. This snake lady wasn’t very fast. She seems faster now but was taking a lot of damage.

  Raishin kicked a rock at her to test out, and it was as if she took a laser. Of course, Raishin started to mess around and kept kicking rocks at her, but it was doing lethal damage to her, so I don’t think it mattered. Greg made a [Lightcat] I assume, which merged with the [Shadowcat] and became ehh. A light and dark cat, it looked edgy, maybe it’s an [Edgecat].

  He enjoyed throwing fire magic around but he was bad at it since he never practiced it. I suppose that’s his current weakness now. He sucks at light, fire, and wind magic because he never used it. Greg used [Shadow Tendrils] to pull all the fairies in range to the ground, [Shadow melded] all the non-flying fairies and let out an enormous burst of light, eliminating the shadows that weren’t his. The snake fairy was the only fairy left now. The spirits had fought off this random dude who was now harassing Elliana. Did he fall in love with her?

  Raishin was still kicking rocks… The snake lady started to do something I didn’t like. My cousins were busy freeing the spirits from the Dimsha’s control so they probably didn’t notice, but the snake lady made a small tear in the dimensional fabric and she was about to rip it open.

  Greg sent his [Liberation] at her which punched a hole in her gut. She screamed and tore open the dimensional fabric. I got a bad feeling, so I grabbed Nilah and started to chain teleport over to them.
