Inside Hokage's office -
(Hiruzen's POV )
"Should I look into his memories?"
The thought liempting. It would be so easy—just a simple teique, a brief peek into the boy's mind. The truth, undeniable and clear, would be id bare.
A…
Hiruzen exhaled, chug softly to himself before shaking his head.
'No, what could I even gain from a six-year-old's memories?
Besides, there was another factor. The boy's soul… it was strong. To. F my way in could cause resistance—maybe even harm me in the process.
It's not worth the risk.'
"In the end, the Will of Fire is what matters most. If Kazeo truly carries it… then there's nothing to fear. "
With a final puff of his pipe, Hiruzen exhaled slowly, watg the thin trail of smoke curl toward the ceiling. Suspi still li the edges of his mind, but he pushed it aside.
There were greater matters to attend to—matters that could shape Konoha's influence far beyond its borders. If this novel had the potential he suspected, then it wasn't just a story—it was a on, a tool to spread Konoha's ideals, its culture… and, of course, bring in a substantial flow of wealth.
His lips curled into a small, knowing smile. The Shinobi world wouldn't know what hit them.

A Week Later -
Today, the first two volumes of Demon Syer novel are finally going public. It feels strange. I wrote that story in moments of boredom, trying to earn some money . And now, somewhere out there, people are going to read it. Maybe they'll love it, maybe they'll hate it.
But… I'll wait for the third volume's release before cheg their reas.
For now, I need something new. Something to break the monotony.
Academy will start teag taijutsu and basic jutsus in four months, so I 't just sit around. My training so far has been effective, but I'm getting tired of repeating the same Taijutsu drills without a proper oppo.
Without resistance, without challe feels meaningless. So instead of just physical bat, I thought I should start mastering Wind Jutsus.
But even Wind chakra training alone won't be enough. If I ti this pace, I'll probably be able to cut an irohin a month. After that? I'll need something else to practiside academy.
Another chakra nature.
( 3rd POV )
With that in mind, he started jogging towards the Konoha Library, two kilometers from his house. The m air was crisp, and the streets were bustling with early vendors setting up their shops. His house was close to the market area, so this route had bee familiar.
But uher times, his mind was focused ohing—what nature should I trai?
-------
Ihe Konoha Library -
The familiar st of old paper and wooden shelves filled the air as he walked through the library's aisles. His destination was clear—E-se, where elemental Jutsu scrolls were stored.
He ran his fingers over the scrolls, searg for Wind teiques, but before that, he wao see how other elements were trained.
'Maybe… just maybe… I could pick up another nature while training Wind.'
-------
He reached the Fire Jutsu se and pulled out a scroll detailing trainihods for Fire Release.
1. dle Fme trol
"The smallest fme holds the power of an inferno."
The training seemed simple enough. Light a dle. Manipute the fme using chakra. Expand it , shrink it and trol its form.
Yeah, because lighting dles in css wouldn't be suspicious at all.
2. Leaf Burning Exercise
"el chakra into a dry leaf, heating it until it ignites without turning to ash."
He imagined himself, sitting in css, setting a leaf on fire while pretending to take notes.
It wouldn't even st five seds before someone called the teacher.
3. Fireball Breath trol
"Store chakra in your lungs and exhale a trolled burst of heat."
He let out a slow breath.
'So either I breathe fire in the middle of a lecture et caught smoking like some idiot.'
He rolled up the scroll, shaking his head. Fire was a no-go. It was too fshy and too easy to get caught.Besides, fire leaves too many traces.
With that, he pced the scroll back.
--------
, he walked towards the Lightning Jutsu se. A yellowed scroll y on the lower shelf. He picked it up and unraveled it, his eyes sing through its first training exercise.
1. Shock Resistaraining
"Pass small electrical currents through your body to build resistance."
This required passing low-voltage currents through user's body using a battery and an ammeter. The idea was to build up a tolerance for electrical shocks so that, eventually, The user could handle high-voltage chakra without losing trol.
2. Static Discharge trol
"Rub your hands together, build static electricity, and trol the sparks."
Okay, this sounded doable—until he read the part.
"Repeated training may cause temporary numbness, involuntary muscle spasms, or minor burns."
Meaning? He'd either cause tiny explosions or zap himself every few seds inside css.
He stared at the words for a long time.
"Am I really supposed to electrocute myself… every day?"
The very thought made him wince.
He imagihe pain—the sharp, joltiion crawling up my arms, the involuntary muscle spasms.
'Pain is something I could handle. But deliberately frying my nerves every day? That wasn't training. That was torture.
If I trained in Lightning Release, I would have to endure daily shocks, rewiring my nervous system to withstand higher and higher voltages. A form of self-inflicted torture.'
He sighed, pg the scroll back.
"I'll learn it one day. But not now."
'Not until I absolutely . '
---------
Slightly annoyed, Kazeo reached for a Water chakra training scroll.
1. Water Surface Chakra trol
Find a small puddle, ke, or even a bucket of water.
Pce your hand on the surfad el chakra into it.
The goal is to keep the water still despite external movement (like wind or ripples).
2. Basic Liquid trol
Fill a all tainer with water.
Using chakra flow, attempt to lift a small thread of water into the air.
Maintain its shape and prevent it from spshing.
Advanced version : Try making the water twist or curl midair before dropping back.
3. Water Current Redire
Pour a small stream of water from a bottle.
Instead of letting it fall straight down, use chakra to alter its flow slightly to one side.
Try bending the water mid-air before it nds.
As he sed through the Water Chakra training scrolls, Kazeo's lips twisted into a frown.
"Damn it… all of these need water near me."
He sighed, running a hand through his hair. Every sihod required either a puddle, a bucket, or a visible stream of water.
He ched the scroll tightly before shoving it back, his fiwitg with irritation.
'This is impossible ihe academy. I'd either have to sneak into the training grounds or do this ih, and I don't even have enough free time for that.
Fet it—Water Release will have to wait.'
With a resigned sigh, he turned away from the Water se, heading toward the Earth training scrolls.
--------
He walked over to the Earth Jutsu se, sing the shelves for a chakra training scroll. His eyes darted over various teique scrolls—but nothied to chakra trol.
A frow onto his face. 'Did someone borrow it?'
After five minutes of fruitless searg, he sighed and approached an elderly librarian.
"Excuse me, do you know where the basic Earth Release training scroll is?"
The old man gave him a knowing ghen poiowards a different aisle. "Try the history se. Kids mispce scrolls all the time."
'History se? Who the hell leaves a chakra training scroll o records of the Warring States Era?'
With a sigh, Kazeo followed the dire. Sure enough, tucked between a battle records and hierarchies, he found the Earth scroll, its cover slightly dusty.
"So, It really is here." he muttered, shaking his head as he pulled it out.
He grabbed the Earth scroll with little hope. If Fire, Lightning, and Water were impossible… what were the ces Earth would be any different?
He opehe Earth Release scroll and started reading it.
1. Pebble trol
"Use chakra to make a small stoick to your skin. Gradually increase precision until you make it hover."
His lips curled into a smirk.
'Now this… this I could do. If I brought a pebble to css, I could practider the desk, in my palm, even in my pocket.'
2. Cy Molding
"Shape soft earth using chakra trol."
'Perfect. The academy had cy for art projects. If I borrowed some, I could pretend I was doodling in my notebook while secretly training.'
3. Ground Hardening
"Press chakra into the ground to reinforce its structure."
'I could do this right under my desk, unnoticed. No fshy movements. No weird noises. Just simple chakra trol.'
He let out a satisfied exhale.
Earth Release erfect.
It was discreet. Easy to practid best of all? It wouldn't get him noticed in css by teacher or students.
' Now, I just o find basid Jutsus to learn. '
-------
As he walked towards the Wind Jutsu se, he exhaled deeply.
This was the right decision.
'Fire was too wild.
Lightning was too painful.
Water was too situational.
But Earth? Earth was steady and subtle.
And Wind?
Wind was my nature.'
With renewed excitement, knowing he was on the right path.
His steps quied.
"Let's see what the Wind jutsus scrolls have in store for me."
