  Mandatory Oracle sultation:

  3.1 Requirement: All newers sidering being a resident without having suffit skill and/or training must sult an oracle a the results.

  3.2 Timeframe: The sultation must occur within five (5) days of entry into the city.

  3.3 Objectives of sultation:

  Assessment of Abilities: Read possible paths and their potential tributions to the city and the war.Guidance: Provide personalized reendations for what groups, guilds, or training the newer should join to provide the most be and have the best hope of success.

  Iion Pathways:

  4.1 Diretry: If a newer is found to have suffit skills and/or training to join a group, they are required to do so until such a time as they trao their preferred group.

  4.2 Oracle-Guided Pt: Those without suffit skills and/or training will be guided by an oracle to:

  4.2.1 Training Program: Enroll in an academy, school, program, or private tut as required to reach a minimum threshold froup, guild, or defense unit.

  4.2.2 Support Role: For those without the skill, potential, or will to join in the defense of the city. Crafters, teis, and other support and logistical staff are always in demand to help support the city’s infrastructure and those fighting on the front lines.

  4.2.3 Other: For those with unique abilities that may not fit into any roup, guild, or defense unit.
