If you were to ask who is the fastest in the world of Naruto, many would immediately think of the Sed Hokage, Tobirama Senju, and the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, both masters of the *Flying Raijin Jutsu* (Flying Thunder God Teique), a space-time ninjutsu that is practically a cheat code. However, people often overlook the Raikages and Killer B, both protected by the *Lightning Release Chakra Mode*, whose speed rivals that of the *Flying Raijin*. In the manga, Killer B, using the *Lightning Release Chakra Mode*, oched Minato Namikaze, who was using the *Flying Raijin*, in a head-to-head speed test. However, the *Lightning Release Chakra Mode* has always been a closely guarded secret of Kumogakure (Hidden Cloud Vilge), and mastering Lightning Release requires ialent.
But for Jinghang, a transmigrator, these issues are no longer problems. He may not know Lightning Release, but he does know *Mag Release*.
The great physicist Michael Faraday had long expihe retionship betweericity and magism. When a ductor in a closed circuit moves through a magic field, aric current is induced in the ductor. This phenomenon is called eleagidu, and the resulting current is called induced current. With this theory in mind, the rest was simple: form a closed circuit using iron sand, then have ic iron sand frantically cut through the magic field. Voilà—a high-quality imitation of the *Lightning Release Chakra Mode* was born.
As Jinghang sped through the desert, he donned a headscarf and goggles. The blue glow of his pseudo-*Lightning Release Chakra Mode* emitted a sharp hum. Truly, it was a dazzling dispy of sparks and lightning.
"This *Lightning Release Chakra Mode* is incredibly useful, but it es a lot of chakra. Looks like I’ll o catch my breath and recover before reag the Lishi Fortress."
pared to other ninjas his age, Jinghang’s chakra reserves were undoubtedly terrifying. Ever since graduating from the ninja academy, he had been tirelessly training to increase his chakra capacity. Everything else could be g, but not his chakra reserves. The Sed Shinobi World War had just begun, and the Third and Fourth Wars were still decades away. Who knew how many tough battles y ahead? Without enough chakra, how could he even fight? Only someone like the Third Raikage, who could hold off ten thousand enemies for three days and nights, could be sidered truly formidable!
Through his training, Jinghang discovered that increasing chakra was simir to building physical strength—only by repeatedly pushing past one’s limits could growth be achieved. As a result, the training grounds of Sunagakure (Hidden Sand Vilge) often saw a blue-haired figure tirelessly sweating away. This dedication did not go unnoticed by the Sed Kazekage, who often observed the vilge from a distance. "Hmm, this blue-haired young man is not bad. What’s his name again?" And so, Jinghang’s ered the radar of Sunagakure’s upper echelons. After pleting tless S-rank and A-rank missions and achieving signifit victories in border skirmishes, the Kazekage, Shamon, decided to promote Jinghang to personal guard. A young man who could fight, strategize, and charm others with his sweet-talking (a skill honed from his previous life as a civil servant—basic survival tactics to avoid pints) was a rare gem. Handsome, tall, and possessing a keen sense of the bigger picture, Jinghang quickly gaihe favor of both the militant and servative fas within Sunagakure’s leadership. In just a few years, he was regarded as a "prin-waiting." Even when Jinghang proposed using the vilge’s "nuclear on"—Shukaku—for training, Shamon didn’t bat an eye befreeing. To be able to wrestle with a Tailed Beast, Jinghang’s chakra reserves were undoubtedly among the top five in the shinobi world, if not the top three. However, even with such immense reserves, sprinting through the desert with a pseudo-*Lightning Release Chakra Mode* for aire day and night was still draining.
"Looks like I’ll o study Sage Mode someday. That’s like having a cheat code. But where should I learn it? Mount Myōboku? Shikkotsu Forest? Ryūchi Cave? Or perhaps some other summoni’s domain? Speaking of which, maybe I should sign a tract with a summoni." Jinghang pondered as he raced forward.

Akasuna Guimu opehe orders delivered by the fal sent from Sunagakure. The small slip of paper tained only three short sentences:
"The Sed Kazekage has fallen. Jinghang will succeed as the Third Kazekage. Konoha’s White Fang will invade Lishi Fortress at noon oh. The Third Kazekage is on his way. Hold the line."
The note was dated the night of the 25th.
The orders were written in pin nguage, suggesting that the situation was dire and there was no time for encryption. Though brief, the message hit Akasuna Guimu like a whole pig leg swallowed whole—it took him a while to digest it all.
"Sigh. Inform the brothers stationed outside to abandon all outer defenses. Set more traps within the fortress and trate all forces on defending the tral stronghold. Tell Yura to prepare to bury the wells at a moment’s notice. Burn all dots with writing on them." Akasuna Guimu issued ands while passing the o his wife, Akasuna Shuki.
Shuki took the note and immediately widened her eyes.
"Don’t just stand there—go rey the orders. Konoha’s White Fang will be here by noon. We o buy more time for the vilge, for the Third Kazekage, and for our son, Sasori." Guimu smiled faintly at his wife.

"Order the troops to rest in pce for ten minutes. After that, unch a full-scale atta Lishi Fortress. All jonin bat squads are to head straight for the tral stronghold. Ighe outer defenses—leave those to the in and genin to up."
In his prime, Sakumo Hatake stood tall and resolute, his face chiseled and his demeanor decisive. He wasted no words and made no unnecessary movements. Every muscle in his body seemed perfectly banced, and his entire presence exuded the sharpness of a finely honed bde, cutting through the air and anding attention. No one dared question his orders; they simply obeyed without hesitation.
This westward assault on Sunagakure had been Sakumo’s idea. Based on his meticulous analysis of intelligence, he deduced that most of Sunagakure’s main forces were tied up on the frontlines in the Land of Rain. The western region of the Land of Wind, due to its separation from the Land of Fire by the Land of Rivers, was left with only minimal defenses. Most of the elite jonin stationed in the west had been redeployed to the Rain frontlines, leaving Lishi Fortress with just over fifty defenders, few of whom were jonin. Sakumo immediately seized this opportunity, proposing the pn to the Third Hokage. Newly asded and eager to make his mark, the Third Hokage quickly approved the pn, reizing it as a ce to elimihe western threat and potentially bring Sunagakure to its knees. Within a day, the diplomatic hurdles with the Land of Rivers were resolved, and Sakumo oio lead an 80 ninja force as the vanguard for the westward campaign, with heavyweights like Chōza Akimichi and Mito Kurenai following as reinforts. If the pn succeeded, Sunagakure’s future looked grim.
"Report! The tral stronghold of Lishi Fortress has been breached by our front-line forces using *Fire Release* and explosive tags. The remaining Sunagakure forces are mounting a fierce resistance, with two puppet masters proving particurly troublesome."
"Let’s go, Team Seven. Follow me." Sakumo grabbed his family’s heirloom bde, with two ninjas shadowing him closely.
The tral stronghold of Lishi Fortress, standing amidst the desert sands, was theoretically a circur structure. Now, however, half of it had been blown to rubble. Smoke and dust still lingered in the air, and scattered arouhe corpses of Konoha and Sunagakure ninjas, broken kunai, and damaged shuriken. The battle had clearly been intense and was nearing its end. Hundreds of Konoha ninjas, green bat vests and armed with ninja tools, stared ily at the remaining enemies. Akasuna Guimu and his wife, Akasuna Shuki, each trolled two puppets, blog the way. Both were covered in wounds and blood, their chakra and stamina clearly depleted. Behind them were seven ht other Sunagakure ninjas, equally battered and exhausted.
"The oute is decided. Resistance is futile. Surrender now, and I’ll spare your lives. I’ll only say this once." Sakumo stepped forward.
Akasuna Guimu didn’t reply; he simply smiled faintly at Sakumo.
"Then don’t bme me." Sakumo uhed his short bde.
In an instant, the room was filled with blinding white light, the gleam of Sakumo’s bde fshing in all dires. His movements were so swift and ghost-like that the eye could hardly follow.
"Swish, swish."
With just two strikes, the four sturdy battle puppets were reduced to a pile of scrap wood.
Akasuna Guimu and Akasuna Shuki exged a helpless gnd closed their eyes in despair.
Sakumo wasted no time, stepping forward to deliver the final blow.
Just as his bde was about to slice through Akasuna Guimu’s throat, a small cluster of bck powder coalesced around the bde like flowing water.
The powder quickly exparansf into a bck iron rod. No matter how much force Sakumo applied, the bde couldn’t move an inch further. A seasoned fighter, Sakumo immediately performed a backflip, retreating seven ht meters and assuming a defeah his bde.
Akasuna Shuki’s eyes widened in shock as she stared at the bck iron rod that had appeared out of nowhere.
"This... This is Senior Jinghang’s... little flying stick!"
