Chapter 4: Oops, I Became the Main God of an Entire Civilization

Chapter 4: Oops, I Became the Main God of an Entire Civilization

  Kaito jolted awake.

His heart pounded. He had that nightmare again.

The nightmare of standing in a ruined wastend, the sky twisting violently from his sheer existence. Mountains had vanished. The nd had become craters.

And in the heavens, gods had watched in terror.

Kaito shuddered. "Damn it… That was just me walking normally. If I actually fought seriously…"

He shook his head, trying to forget the memory. He needed to focus.

Right now, he had bigger problems.

  ---

Kaito rubbed his temples as he floated in the middle of his newly created universe.

"Okay… So I accidentally made a universe. No big deal. I’ll just take it slow, maybe make a nice little house for myself, and—"

  > [Would you like to create life?]

  Kaito blinked.

  "Uh… sure?"

  > [ERROR! Your imagination is too powerful. Life creation has been upgraded to Mythical God-Tier Beings.]

  "Wait, what?"

The space around him shook as divine beings started materializing from thin air.

Radiant gods, celestial dragons, primordial titans—beings of absolute power—all bowed before him.

A stunning silver-haired goddess with golden eyes stepped forward. "O Supreme Creator, we exist by your will. Please, grant us your wisdom."

  Kaito stared.

"…I just wanted some normal humans."

  The gods all exchanged gnces.

The silver-haired goddess smiled. "Would you like us to create mortal life for you, O Supreme One?"

  Kaito hesitated. "Uh… sure?"

The divine beings immediately went to work. Stars formed, pnets shaped, continents shifted. In mere moments, civilizations began rising.

Kaito just stood there, watching in stunned silence as an entire mortal realm was built in his name.

"...I think I just accidentally started a religion."

  ---

  Meanwhile, in the Divine Realm…

The gods, who had been closely watching Kaito’s actions, had long since given up trying to comprehend him.

The god of fate sighed. "First, he destroys an entire ndscape by accident. Then, he casually creates a universe. And now, he’s unknowingly become the main god of an entire civilization?"

The goddess of wisdom clutched her head. "This is beyond absurd. Does he even realize what he's doing?"

The god of war grinned. "I kinda like him. He's got that ‘I have no idea what I’m doing, but it works’ energy."

The god of creation sighed. "At this rate, he’ll become the Supreme God of the Multiverse without even trying."

  A silence fell over them.

  …Wait.

  Was that actually possible?

  The gods exchanged nervous gnces.

  This was bad.

  This was really bad.

  ---

  Back to Kaito…

He sighed, rubbing his temples again. "Okay, okay, at least everything seems peaceful—"

  > [URGENT! Civilization has decred you as their Eternal God-King.]

[Your mortal followers have begun constructing the Grand Temple of Kaitos.]

[Your name is now being worshipped across the realm.]

  Kaito: "…"

This was getting out of hand.

He just wanted to rex… How did this turn into a whole civilization worshipping him?!
