Acto III: Akiva
Pnet "Kuirt"
One day, when Akiva Frost was eight years old, he hacked the database of the armed forces and made a joke, sending to all communication devices a cartoon where a child stuck his tongue out at all the soldiers. Armed forces intelligence did everything possible to find the prankster, and they did.
They realized that he was just a prankster genius boy; however, the armed forces did not take it well and arrested him anyway. Akiva's parents were worried and wondering what would happen to their son. The judge sentenced him to two years in juvenile hall and to never touch a computer in his life. His parents were breaking down.
Military intelligence offered Akiva's parents a deal: "Enlist him in the military academy so that his skills would be useful in the future." The parents agreed, since the military academy was one of the best schools, and he was going to be able to use all of his potential.
There, Akiva met Caleb, Renn, and Orion, and they were best friends ever since.
Now he was taken to Pnet Kuirt. The inhabitants of that pnet were known for their technology development, and Akiva was in the best pce to enhance his gift.
The reality was that, unlike his friends, he did not enjoy his time at military school. He watched as his friends enjoyed their time there; they were passionate about learning to pilot and passing the most difficult tests. But he was bound as a sentence for a mistake in his childhood.
Akiva was in a pce called the Military Intelligence Agency "For the Defense of the Colonies." He was in charge of collecting information on technological capacity, communications, and advanced programming to create intelligent systems that could be used in military weapons, mobile suits, and spacecraft. Akiva never thought his skills would be used to create lethal weaponry.
That pce was a huge fortress, impenetrable with the highest security. It had 50 floors up and 50 floors underground, with workshops only for making weapons and mobile suits. To access the elevators and move from one area to another, you had to identify yourself with your DNA. In that pce worked 50,000 people: 20% earthling, 50% kuirting, and 30% gialing. The tter were the creators of the most dangerous weapons.
"Cadet Akiva Frost."
"Yes, sir," said Akiva with a clear and loud voice.
"Your performance is impressive. You have already finished the codes for two systems that we need despite the complexity. Keep it up, and you will be promoted soon."
"Thank you, sir, but I'm just doing my job."
The other cadets who were around appuded him and congratuted him for his work.
"Shut up!" said Akiva rudely.
"Your treatment sucks!"
Everyone ughed, as they knew that although Akiva was very rude when speaking, he cared about his teammates.
Akiva ughed too, and from the ughter, he was lost in his thoughts, which included many impure thoughts about looking for a way to break the security and flee from that pce.
