Chapter One: The Fall of a Titan
The world was never fair. Some were born with power, others without. To most, the existence of abilities was nothing more than fiction whispers in the dark, dismissed as conspiracy theories. But to those who lived in the shadows, it was a terrifying reality.
And no one embodied that fear more than
Gooseby Fang.
He was a force beyond comprehension, the strongest ability user to ever exist. His name alone sent shivers down the spines of those who ruled from the shadows. He was a god among mortals, and the world’s governments had only one choice: destroy him before he destroyed them.
The first attempt failed horribly. A battalion of enhanced soldiers y lifeless, their weapons reduced to dust. The second strike came with nuclear fire, an entire city sacrificed to take him down. But Gooseby Fang walked out of the inferno untouched.
Desperation turned into a global alliance. Every nation, every secret organization, every st power that sought to control the world united against him.
The final battle took pce on the outskirts of New Crenza, the city of gss towers and hidden rulers. They threw everything they had elite ability users, technology designed to counter his strength, weapons forged to kill gods.
Gooseby Fang fought.
And he almost won.
But then came the Sable Chains relics from an age before history, crafted for the sole purpose of binding those who stood above the rest. As they wrapped around his body, drinking his energy like parasites, Gooseby felt something foreign: weakness.
The sky raged. The ground trembled.
And then he fell to one knee.
The world’s leaders watched from their safe havens, their faces filled with satisfaction. The titan had fallen.
But they had made a fatal mistake
Through the chaos, a boy Uburashi Nagata stood in the distance, just another face in the crowd. He was no hero, no one special. Just a nameless figure in the grand scheme of things. He had no knowledge of the battle raging in the skies above him. He only knew the world was about to change.
And then, Gooseby Fang’s golden eyes though miles away seemed to lock onto him. The energy in the air shifted.
“You…” Gooseby’s voice, clear but faint, echoed in Uburashi’s mind. “You are worthy.”
Uburashi froze. The world seemed to warp around him, the sound of his heartbeat deafening in his ears. His body tingled as though something unseen was pressing into his very soul. He could barely believe what was happening. The words weren’t from his own thoughts no, they came from somewhere far, far beyond him.
“Me?” Uburashi whispered aloud, though he knew no one could hear him. His heart raced, confusion and awe mixing.
Gooseby’s voice ughed, a rich, knowing sound. “Yes, you. You have potential.”
The air vibrated with an almost unbearable pressure as the final burst of Gooseby’s power erupted across the battlefield. With a strength born of pure defiance, the dying titan threw his head back and roared into the sky.
"I may soon part this world... but my existence will never fade! My power cannot be contained! It will not be erased!"
Uburashi staggered, the sheer force of the cry rattling his bones, his mind ringing with Gooseby’s words. It was as if the titan’s final will was being carved into his very being.
"Remember this!" Gooseby’s voice rang out, not just in his mind, but in the very air around him, like the echo of an ancient, unstoppable force. "Even in death, I will leave my mark! The weak will tremble in my wake!"
And with one final, glorious burst of energy, Gooseby Fang’s body disintegrated into light, the titan falling to the earth.
But his power his presence was not gone.
Uburashi could still hear the echo of Gooseby’s voice in his mind, like a whisper carried through time. "You… will carry it now."
