Sophia's POV 'This pce is so majestic,' I said to myself saying as I walked through the forest in awe of the vibrant colors. The leaves, trees, and flowers were in a variety of colors like something straight out of Avatar and the sky was a purple-pinkish hue with the consteltion shining brightly. The noises of owls and other night creatures filled my ears with their sweet melody that rexed me. I then saw two bright piercing yellowish-golden eyes glowing in the shadows of a nearby cave. It let out a deep growl then images started pying in my head, I was upside down, bleeding, and in pain, it was like every bone, muscle, and nerve was on fire but it felt like I was getting stronger, refined you'd say. It walked out revealing itself to be a beautiful white wolf with patches of grey fur on the ears, forehead, nose, and tail. It was slightly rger than regur wolves, more powerful and proud. Suddenly the wolf pounced on me pinning me to the ground, I closed my eyes waiting for it to kill me but death didn't come. I slowly opened my eyes only to be met with, myself, only her eyes were glowing like the wolves. At that, I flew up fully awake holding my head"Oh, honestamente, realmente necesito dejar de ser noqueado tan a menudo." Shaking my head I took a look at my surroundings. It was a neatly decorated room with a mix of modern and antique styles of furniture. I don't know how this person blended the two styles but it works. I got out of bed and quietly made my way out room into the hallway towards the kitchen where I heard a noise coming from.I entered the kitchen to see a well-built light-skinned man around the stove, humming the song Selfish by PNB Rock. I noticed a rge cooking knife and quickly walked to the counter, grabbed it, and held it toward the strange man. I don't know why but something about him seemed familiar I have a hard time trusting people so I advanced until the knife was at the back of his neck. He stopped humming, turned off the stove, and asked, "do you always try to stab the person who saved you?""Thank you. Now who are you and where am I?" steeling my nerves because of the absolute calm of this man like he wasn't in danger."You are at my apartment Little Redway. You are safe."That nickname. I haven't heard that nickname in a long time but only one person used to call me that. I stepped forward a little more, the tip of the bde now touching his neck."Answer my question. Who are you?""I doubt you remember me, after all, it has been seven years since the st time I saw you. You're not the little girl that used to follow me and your brothers around."My eyes widened in shock as I looked at Paul's older brother Theon Webster in front of me. And despite everything that happened only one question came to mind. "How are you alive? My parents told me you died when I was nine."He turned to me handing me a bacon and ham sandwich that he was preparing even with the knife on his skin, "There are a lot of things your parents aren't telling you."I took the pte and went to sit at his table watching every move he made. He sat across from me with a sandwich of his own, his face, unreadable. "What do you mean, they're hiding things from me and do you know that?" At this, I heard a crashing sound. I quickly covered my ears trying to block out the noise."Your ability to hear that is just a small piece of what your parents and everyone on the Reservation are hiding from you. And I know this because I can hear it too. What you're hearing is my neighbor's writing. That's the sound of pencil gliding on paper."I looked at him in bewilderment. How is this even possible?"Sophia, do you believe in werewolves?"I chuckled at the obvious foolishness that came from his mouth before I saw the seriousness in his eyes, "are you serious? What, next you're gonna say Vampires, Witches, and all that stuff is real?""Not all of it, but most.""So what you're saying I'm a werewolf? Yeah right.""Yes, you and everyone on the Reservation have the werewolf curse but only those with this tattoo have activated it," he then showed me a very beautiful but simir tribal tattoo.I stared at it for what seemed like forever, images and memories pying back in my head of all the times I'd seen that same tattoo. Mom and Dad said that it was part of a special trial and that only selected people are chosen to do that trial. Paul, Sarah nor Cole tell me anything, and Josh just pyed it off. "But how did this happen? I couldn't hear like that before.""What do you remember about st?"I tried to remember what happened but it was kind of fuzzy. "I remember one of the guys was over me, trying to rape me. Then I attacked the driver....... The van turned over. I was upside down. Then I woke up here. The details are a bit fuzzy."He exhaled heavily and I could tell what he was about to tell me was gonna be big. "Ok, first what you did was in self-defense. Second, if you have questions or if you need someone to talk to, I'll be here. For people like us that carry the werewolf curse, there is only one way to trigger it and that's to take a person's life. Directly or indirectly. And that's what you did st night. By the time I got there, the guy in the back was already dead, with a screwdriver in his neck. The other one was trying to get away but I took care of him.I abruptly stood up, almost knocking over the chair. Kill someone, I couldn't have. No, no, no this cannot be happening. But I do remember grabbing something while he was attacking me. Slowly the realization began to set in and tears started running down my cheeks. It was like a weight was suddenly on my shoulders and fell to my knees, the tears coming more heavily.'I killed someone, I killed someone.'That was all that was going through my mind. I didn't even realize Theon wrapping his hands around me. And I hugged him back, with no anxiety attacks. It felt nice (the hug and no anxiety, not the whole murder thing). After about an hour of crying, Theon got me cleaned up and took me to the police station to give our side of what happened st night (minus him killing the other kidnapper and setting the van on fire. So yeah my Saturday is off to a fantastic start.)Joshua's POV I got up early to a barrage of messages from the gang, asking about Sophia but with no information from the pack or police there was nothing to tell. Last night after Aunty Theresa and I left the accident site I went to the hospital to check on Kairi who was a complete mess and what I told her and the gang didn't make things better. With Uncle Tommy out of town, I decided to stay with Aunty Theresa. I got off the couch and went to the bathroom. The bags under my eyes just reminded me that she was not there. It was Saturday morning and the big house was quiet as a tomb. Sophia would normally be up by now (she was always a morning person) pying the mix tape of Chris Brown and Latin artist Cole made her. I would make fun of her taste in music (mostly because I can't speak Spanish or Portuguese) and she would go on and on about how Becky-G was a Goddess before leaving to down to the old factories in town with the rest of the artists to do their thing. I went into the kitchen and whipped up some sandwiches for me and Aunt Theresa just in time to see her walking into the kitchen wearing jeans and T- shirt, with car keys in hand. We got into town twenty minutes ter and pulled up Miss D's Herbs and Spices. A small shop in the middle of town. We walked and immediately we were sent to a secret room in the basement by one of the workers. The shop had a mixed smell of different herbs, spices, and incense. Jasmine, Lavender, Jade, Seasoned salts, Monkswood, and a ton more. I walked in behind Aunt Theresa to see two beautiful dark-skinned women standing around an Oak table with a map."How did you know we were coming, Dawn?""I knew you were coming for Locator Spell since st night, Delphine saw a vision of the accident.""I'm sorry Mrs. Redway but I didn't see any sign of Sophia," the much younger female said. "I was at the party st night no other Supernaturals besides Josh and Cole were there. Everything seemed ok so I left, if only I'd stayed.""It's not your fault D, it's mine, Aunt Terry asked me to keep an eye on her but I didn't," I spoke up putting a hand on Delphine's shoulder."It's no one's fault but the ones that took her and they are dead. Let's begin, can my blood work?" Aunt Theresa asked sticking out her hand."Yes has her mother her blood is connected to hers and if Sophia is alive we'll find her," Dawn replied with a knife in hand."She's alive, she has to be?" my voice stern and a bit cold with worry."Let's hope so." Dawn then slit Aunt Terry's palm and blood dripped onto the town map. Has the blood fell on the map Delphine and her mother began the incantation. I could never understand why spells are written in Latin and other dead nguages but I'm not a Witch so I'll leave that to them. The blood started moving slowly until it stopped, encircling the Police Station."Oh thank the Goddess she's ok," a sigh existed Aunt Terry's lips. But the look in her eyes said something else."You're nervous. You're wondering if she might have triggered the curse?" Dawn asked. "I'm an empath Theresa and anxiety is coming off you in waves.""Can I ask you a question Dawn? Do you think it was a good idea not to tell Sophia about the Supernatural World?""You made a fatal mistake, both you and Thomas. This world is dangerous and cruel. The more you try to run from it, it's the more it will hunt you down.""We just wanted her to have a normal life, she's already had to go through so much so early.""A normal life. Honey, she's the daughter of two Pure-Blooded Alphas. And with her family's background, you should have known this life would come for her." Dawn then walked up to Aunt Terry and pced a hand on her shoulder. "Although the 'incident' was a rough time for Sophia, it did toughen her up somewhat for this world of ours." I walked over to where Delphine was, watching as she cleaned the map. Her once-long brunette hair was cut short (at least the back was) made her brown eyes pop. "I didn't you come to find us at the party?" I asked Delphine who had a shy look on her face."You know I like to keep a low profile. You have your crew and I have mine. Witches like to keep to their Coven the same way Wolves stick to the Pack."I smiled at that comment which she took notice of, "I can't argue with that logic." Aunt Theresa then walked over signaling that it was time to face the music. Fifteen minutes ter we walked into the Police Station and my heart froze. Sitting beside Sophia with a hand on her shoulder was Theon Webster. I looked at Aunt Terry who had the same shocked expression that I had. This can not be good for so many reasons. Aunt Terry walked over to the front desk and began talking to the officer present. I zoned out looking back at Sophia her face was unreadable which unnerved me even more."Theon how are you doing," Aunt Terry said in a sarcastic voice."Aunty Theresa, I'm doing ok, for someone who is supposed to be dead," he replied in a sarcastic voice of his own. "But we'll have time to catch up, Sophia should get home and rest." Without a word, Sophia got up and walked toward the exit emotionless like her mind was somewhere else or in lockdown mode. She was about to walk past me when I reached out and touched her arm. Her usually bright blue eyes stared back at me with an intense cold expression that sent shivers down my spine. I immediately let go of her arm as she continued toward the car. I stood there feeling a mix of fear and anxiety, Sophia has never looked at me like that before. Turning around Aunt Terry walked off with a stunned look, leaving Theon seated in the Station.
