Chapter 25: One Fist Shatters the Devil's Web
Her hands were very powerful and actually grasped Zhang Jun's arm, causing it to ache. The expression on her face was even more helpless, and anyone who saw it would feel pity for her.
Although Zhang Jun was shocked in his heart, he could still remain calm. He held the girl's wounded hand, trying to calm her down. The girl's hand was cold and wet, and when touched, it trembled slightly, then suddenly stretched out and tightly wrapped around Zhang Jun's neck. She sobbed: "I'm so scared, really scared. Please, save me, save me!"
She had her arms wrapped around Zhang Jun's neck, and her whole body was curled up in his embrace.
Everyone present was stunned. Zhuang Wen still thought that Xiaomei was having another episode, but after observing for a while, she found that Xiaomei gradually calmed down and soon fell fast asleep in Zhang Jun's arms.
Zhang Jun was extremely embarrassed, his body stiff, and his legs were numb from the girl's body pressing down on them. He could still clearly feel her jade rabbit pressing against him. However, when he saw the sweetly sleeping girl in his arms, he remained motionless to avoid startling her.
Taking this opportunity, he carefully observed the girl, hoping to find something this time. The position of this clairvoyance was mainly concentrated on the girl's brain, rather than her tempting figure. Even if he wasn't a doctor, he knew that nine out of ten madmen had problems with their brains.
His gaze swept across the girl's brow, and in a daze, he saw a wisp of black air. His heart stirred, and he concentrated all his spirit in an instant. Suddenly, his five senses and six consciousnesses miraculously left his body and entered a grayish space.
Zhang Jun's nerves suddenly became calm and he didn't feel surprised or scared, instead he calmly observed his surroundings.
In the fog, a girl stood quietly, her back figure very familiar.
"Huh? Isn't that Zhuang Wen's sister? Ah, yes! My clairvoyant ability not only allows me to see through matter, but also to penetrate people's spiritual consciousness. I must have entered her subconscious now." Zhang Jun thought to himself.
He thought, and his consciousness ran to the girl's side, seeing her expression fearful and confused, her eyes staring straight at the distance, as if there was a demon lurking there.
"Le Le, what are you doing?" Zhang Jun shouted.
After opening his mouth, he found that he couldn't hear his own voice, as if only his thoughts had been active just now. The girl's body trembled slightly, and she slowly turned around to look in Zhang Jun's direction, with a surprised expression on her face.
"Who are you? Are you here to save me?" she asked hopefully.
Zhang Jun didn't hear the sound either, but he knew what the other person was saying. This was a kind of exchange at the level of consciousness, mysterious and inexplicable. He was about to respond when suddenly a massive explosion occurred in front of them, sending a powerful shockwave that sent the girl tumbling wildly, her face pale with fear as she let out a loud shriek.
"Save me! Save me!" She looked desperate and hopeless, struggling with all her might.
Zhang Jun remained motionless, but he felt a warmth in his left eye, and suddenly the layers of fog were lifted, revealing a tall, ugly man with a strange smile approaching.
The monster was over two meters tall, ugly to the point of being nauseating. Its head was as big as a bucket, with bulging eyes like those of an ox, and its eyeballs were bloodshot. Its body was covered in thick green fur, and its fingernails were long and sharp. It also had a huge mouth full of unevenly arranged teeth that were fine and sharp.
What caught her attention was that he had a thick, bulging vein on his forehead, and a grotesque, evil-looking male organ as thick as a table leg. The monster laughed maniacally, with an expression of lustful cruelty on his face, quickly closing in on the girl.
Zhang Jun's head was filled with rage, and he finally understood why the girl would fall into a frenzied state every now and then - it was all because of this ugly monster. Without thinking much, he let out a loud roar and pounced on the creature.
The girl who was running desperately suddenly stopped, and to her surprise, a young man burst out with flames of golden light all over his body, illuminating the surroundings above and below, and in an instant, the fog around him dispersed.
At the same time, the young man stepped forward like a god of war and threw a fierce punch. In that instant, the girl seemed to hear the sound of thunder booming and mountains crumbling.
The fist flew out and hit the monster's chest, which was filled with a mixture of frustration and fear, and it burst into pieces with a loud crash.
The world suddenly became quiet, the mist disappeared, and so did the monsters. The girl seemed to be in a serene and peaceful starry sky, feeling calm and no longer afraid.
After punching the ugly monster to death, Zhang Jun felt extremely refreshed and turned around to give the girl a dazzling smile, causing her to be infatuated. Suddenly, he felt the sky spinning, the stars and moon hanging upside down, his consciousness returned to his body in an instant, and he opened his eyes.
It didn't matter that he hadn't opened his eyes, but when he did, he was startled. He found himself standing on the ground, with his left arm embracing a girl and his right fist clenched in front of him, staring at the window.
Zhang Jun came back to his senses and hastily let go of the girl, only to find that she had already woken up, with a slightly dazed expression on her face, as if she had just woken up from sleep, and probably still hadn't figured out what had happened.
He turned his head again and saw Lin Xian and Zhuang Wen with their mouths wide open, staring over in shock.
He rubbed his nose and asked with a bitter smile: "Did I do something strange?"
Zhuang Wen very thickly and in detail recounted the events he had just witnessed. It turned out that everyone had previously seen Zhang Jun silently observing Lele without saying a word.
Before long, the girl and Zhang Jun stood up one after another. At first, she was dazed, then suddenly let out a loud shriek, and in an instant became frantic, wildly scratching and biting, and continuously crying for help. Meanwhile, Zhang Jun's face showed anger, and he took a step forward, his left hand embracing the girl, while his right hand fiercely punched forward, as if fighting something.
After Zhang Jun punched out a punch, the girl miraculously calmed down, her expression calm and quiet, and then she opened her eyes together with Zhang Jun.
After listening to Zhuang Wen's description, Zhang Junruo was deep in thought and thought: "I can indeed see through people's spiritual consciousness, and what I did just now was done under the control of both parties' consciousness. It seems that her illness has been eliminated, and there is no big problem."
He thought for a moment and then let out a long sigh, smiling: "Wen Ge, Lele's illness should be better now, go talk to her."
Zhuang Wen was taken aback at first, then overjoyed. Without waiting for him to ask for confirmation, he rushed to the girl's side in two steps and asked loudly: "Lele, how are you feeling now?"
Lele's eyes sparkled brightly, she pouted her small mouth and complained: "Big brother, why are you yelling? My ears are almost broken from your yelling, I hate it." Only then did she notice the strangers in the room and curiously asked, "Brother, who are these people?"
Seeing the little sister's lively eyes and lovely appearance, Zhuang Wen knew she had recovered. He couldn't help but burst out laughing. He gave Zhang Jun a grateful glance, then said in a warm voice: "Brother will never scold you again, these two are my good friends, they came over today to visit you."
Lele's gaze was fixed on Zhang Jun's face, and for some reason, when she saw this face, a sense of intimacy arose in her heart, as if she had met the most trustworthy person in the world.
Zhang Jun also looked at her calmly, he was not sure if Lele remembered what happened in the conscious space. The latter tilted his head and asked doubtfully: "I always feel like I've seen you before, do we know each other?"
