Lexus turned to Lucian, his eyes burning with command.
"Lucian, take Ignir, your dragon, and descend to the Great Tower. I want you to see what is happening near the Tree of Origin."
Lucian grinned, his crimson armor glowing in excitement. "Finally, some action. I was starting to get bored."
With a wave of his hand, Lexus summoned a White Gate—a celestial portal swirling with power. Lucian and his dragon stepped through, vanishing into the light.
Floor 50 - Battlefield
The portal opened onto a war-torn battlefield. Armies cshed, the air thick with the scent of blood and steel.
At the heart of the chaos stood a lone warrior cd in silver armor, a bck greatsword resting on his shoulder.
Uno, Leader of the Adventurer Cn.
Lucian let out a sharp ugh. "Oh? And here I thought I wouldn't have any fun."
Uno lifted his greatsword, his golden eyes burning with determination. "Lucian, Guardian of Wrath… your presence is not welcome here."
Without another word, they cshed.
Fmes and steel collided, shaking the floor itself. Ignir roared, unleashing a torrent of hellfire, but Uno dodged, sshing through the fmes with inhuman precision.
Their battle raged for hours, neither giving ground.
But in the end, Lucian stood victorious.
Uno knelt, his armor shattered, his body burned, struggling to breathe. "Damn it… what are you after?" he coughed.
Lucian looked past him, toward the Tree of Origin in the distance. He sheathed his sword, smirking.
"There's still nothing on that damn Tree yet. If I continued… I'd have wiped out the Queen's Army, along with the adventurers. That would've slowed its growth."
With that, he disappeared into the White Gate.
The King's Decision
Lucian returned to Lexus, still ughing.
"Still nothing, my King. The Tree is taking its time. If I had continued, I would have burned the Queen’s Army, along with the adventurers."
Lexus leaned back, tapping his fingers on his throne. "Then we wait."
Lucian raised a brow. "Wait? That’s not like you."
Lexus nodded. "Give me two more years. By then, I will have regained my true power. Let the Tree continue to grow… only then will I obtain the cure for this bite that torments me."
His golden eyes glowed as he gazed down at the Great Tower, watching… waiting.

A surge of mystical energy erupted from the Great Tower, ascending to the highest realms—toward the Heaven Floor. The sheer force sent tremors across the celestial pace, where Lexus, the King of the Heaven Floor, sat upon his throne of gold and obsidian.
The moment the energy touched him, Lexus winced, gripping his arm. The old wound, bound to the Tree of Origin, pulsed in agony. He exhaled slowly, muttering,
"Ah… this damn bite… it's itching again."
His golden eyes flickered toward the sacred tree’s image in the sky, sensing a shift in the world below.
"Something is happening… but I cannot confirm it yet. My power is still incomplete, and my Ten Heavenly Guardians remain locked beneath the Tower."
Without his greatest warriors, he was weakened. But he had another force at his disposal—one that even the gods feared.

But the moment they entered, they were met with an ominous sight—a man seated on a throne, his aura seething with vengeance. Two warriors fnked him: Lucian and Veyna.
