Chapter 1: Prologue

  Chapter 1

  Up high in the sky.

We see a humongous castle surrounded by clouds of storms and lightning. It was rge, rger than any building. Towers and walls were all around it. They and the castle appear to have been made out of some bck, crystal, ss-like rock, almost like obsidian. The walls were rough, looking like chipped sto made of the unknown bck material.

Ihe castle, we see a giant room, with a gateway undescribable in size at one end and a throne so magnifit it would blind a mere mortal at the opposing end.

The room was filled with pilrs, reag to the skies. These pilrs were also made from the obsidian-like material. But they were ced in the gold lining, runes radiating in power etched into each pilr. Creating an image of near-divine royalty.

The Gate was made of marble, trasting the venta-bck rock. Like the pilrs, the door was also decorated with gold lining and runes.

The wall surrounding the gate transitioned between Marble and the bck rock, looking almost like the white was a corruption. And above the gateway was a giant window, portraying a red dragon, with golden wings and cws, breathing fire to his enemies.

Leading from the gate to the throne was a red carpet ced with the same gold as the rest of the room. If one looked at the room from atop the gold would look like a system of veins, filling a body.

Looking at the throhere were three statues of immense height standing behind it. Each radiates a strong feeling of divine piving off a hue of light, ea its color.

On the right, the statue was a man holding a set of daggers. He was a robe appearing to be feathers. His head was covered by a hood, hiding his face. His statue was giving off a hue of bck light.

On the left was a man who was not human. He wore a robe and was holding a book, indig his specialization in magic or the like. His head wore a of horns rising upwards. On his back, at the lower side, just above the hips were a set of wings. And his ears were pointy and long. All signs indicate his inhuman nature. This statue was giving off an infernal e hue.

The st statue, which was standing right behind the throne, was of not even a man but a beast. It was a wolf of human stature. Its cws were monstrous and its mane divine. Wearing a pair of pants and nothing more. Its statue was giving off a blood-red light.

All these statues watched over the throne, on which was sitting a man. His clothing was a full-pte armor, only showing his head on which y a . His crimson hair was cut in a short wolf cut. His golden eyes remaining calm yet pierg. In his right hand stood a mighty spear. In his left, he held an egg. It was rge, about 30 height.

His eyes focused on the door as he heard footsteps ing closer. Looking up at the statues his voice spoke forth, "Oh brothers, it seems we have been forsaken. If only I had asded with you, maybe we could have made it out alive. I'm sorry I 't fight at your side right now. But given our journey ends here, I ask of you, please bless this child for it will have a long and treacherous journey ahead of it, harder than the ways we walked. It is weak, I feel it, death is already holding its hand."

As if the statues uood him they started to glow, ea their own light, just befoing back to a slight hue of light.

Turning towards the egg, the man smiled and kissed it, as he started glowing in a golden light.

The gate crashed open and several people started walking in. robes and armor, showing clear hostility.

Without hesitation but still showing grace, the man ohroood up and winded his left arm up for a throw.

The people realized what he nning as they shot up into the air. The man shot his arm forward and the egg uowards the windo the gate. It shot past everyone... everyo one. One woman mao hit it with her hammer. While the egg didn't break, it cracked and ged its trajectory. Crashing through the window, into the world.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DOhe man's voied, "You will die for that. Every one of you will."

Taking a step forward, the man appeared before a person in robes. It happened in a blink but his spear pierced her heart. After which she went up in fmes from the inside. "I'm sure you have heard of one of my spear's many abilities. It ignites one's blood the moment you are cut by it.

And with that, the fight started. It was vicious, but oer ohe group seemed to dwindle. But so did the man's life force. In the end, only the man khere, oump of his once-present right leg. His left arm missing and his ans dangling from his stomach.

Turning back towards the statues he noticed everyone having lost its unique hue. Indig their passing. With sadness, the man crumbled, a tear running down his cheek as he breathed his st.

The egg was surrounded by heat and fmes as it started crashing towards a forest. And with a boom, it nded, not getting damaged in the slightest. The crack from the hit was still clearly present.
