  So, if a piece of crete was somehow cut by the scissors of this Devil Fruit, the user could move or fold the cut crete like paper.

  Was it powerful?

  Frankly, Masa didn't think that it owerful; at best, it was mid. More importantly, it was better for him to get the Buki Buki no Mi, which allowed him to create all types of ons, than only the Choki Choki no Mi, which allowed him to create scissors.

  While the Choki Choki no Mi might have ara effect, Masa could imagihat he could recreate a simir ability if he got the Buki Buki no Mi.

  As for living for a long time, Masa was also a devil who ractically immortal, so he didn't care much about the long age that could be gained from maniputing a hormone.
