  I accidentally had what I’m calling a “plotting party” where I spent all my time working on plot details for this book (and the next) instead of writing the next chapter for you all. I also spent time talking through stuff with my editor for book one and making decisions on that front (and then panicking while trying to figure out the implications of it for this book - which were figured out, thankfully).
