All of the women, including Antonia and Lucia, went to Anna to examine the effect of the Fire Amulet, specifically the option that it provided, which was the plus three to Light Radius.
“Can we turn off the lights to check the effect in a dark location?” Lucia asked, and with Anders's permission, Colin turned off all the lights in the suite.
Anna kept the room bright, though. The light did not come from her, per se. It was just normally bright where she was located, like there was a directionless light source near her. It probably would not be noticeable at the brightest time of the day, but Lucas was correct in saying that if the wearer of the item was in a group battle and it was a little dim, the Fire Amulet would indeed make the wearer a target.
After a few minutes of examining the magic option of plus to Light Radius, they turn on all the lights in the suite again.
“I really like the effect. Can you give this item to me?” Anna asked Devon but it was obvious that the man wanted to keep the item despite making him a target if he wore it.
At first, Anton wanted to scold his sister, but looking at the other girls’ expressions, they, too, had the desire to own something that would make their appearance stand out when they wore something that would make them the center of any gathering.
“Don’t worry, Anna, some of the other items also had the plus to Light Radius option and they’re much more suited to girls,” Anton said then he described the options of the other magic items that came from the chest that his ocean friends gave him.
Anders had an amazed look on his face, just like the others, when he heard Anton’s descriptions of the magic items.
“Are you sure you don’t want to use any of these items?” Anton’s father asked while examining each of the four other enchanted items.
“Look at them. They’re all too girly, and to be honest with you all, they’re not powerful enough for me. I recommend that you hand the three accessories to Anna and give the scepter to those who want to act as our resident healer,” Anton said, obviously biased towards his sister.
Anders just sighed and gave the Bracelet of Anonra, Dremonda’s Tiara of Protection, and Princess Moran’s Gloves to his daughter while the Scepter of Heal was given to Lunelle. Anna and Lunelle looked joyous upon receiving the items, and Ramona and Belinda looked a tad envious but when Anna saw it, she said that she would let them borrow the items.
Antonia and Lucia just looked at the girls with indulgent smiles. Anton knew that as daughters of rich noble families, they probably had hundreds of more powerful magic items.
Everyone was now truly excited to open the second chest that the blue whales and the pink dolphins gave Anton, so he retrieved it from his inventory, and since his Diablo II system stated that it was just an ordinary treasure chest, he was already sure that it did not have any traps whatsoever. He even felt a little foolish for not doing the same thing to the first chest and just checked it using his senses.

When he opened the chest, the contents were mostly the same as the first one. It was full of gem-encrusted golden things. More than likely they’re very valuable because of the base material, but that’s just it. There was only a single enchanted item, which disappointed Anton.
He immediately identified the magic ring that came from the chest that was the only enchanted item in the bunch by storing it in his inventory. His Diablo II system identified it as Damonides’s Ring. Its options where the following: Durability twenty five over twenty five, required level was Wizard Rank Two, plus ten to Intelligence, plus forty to mana, and it had two skills which were level 1 Fireball and it had ten charges, and level 1 Lava which had three charges and both skills could be recharged using his mana power bank.
Anton told everyone about the options for the magic ring and immediately gave it to his father. He whispered to Anders that he could give it out to Frederick since the mage had been loyal to the family, and he was the only one who could use it.
“We should give it to Anna to increase her power,” Anton’s father whispered back.
“She already received three magic items, and we will probably receive more magic items in the future. We can even purchase them from magic stores, so just give it to Frederick,” Anton whispered back and his father nodded.
Anders immediately gave the ring to Frederick, to the delight of the mage. After that, everyone began the process of examining each and every one of the treasures that came from the second chest, and just like before, the family took a few hours for them to do so.
This time, Anton didn’t join them but he did tell his father to keep the chest and its content since his reasoning was the same. He didn’t have any spare time to enchant them.
They would examine the content of the third chest tomorrow night, and Anton felt a little pity that they only had three chests since opening the chests was an enjoyable moment for the whole family.
The next day was mostly the same. Anton attended his classes and joined his classmates for a light lunch in the café that they found, which was not busy during lunchtime because the only food the café served was pastries and finger food. Then he went home and started leveling up his Amazon character immediately. He did it until the last hour before dinner so he could practice his music and record another cover song.
He briefly wondered what his father, Nemina, and Lucas were doing every day. They kept telling him that they were doing business, but he didn’t exactly know the details of it. Then he shrugged and just let it be.
Anton’s Amazon character did reach level twenty-nine, and even though his leveling process was still extremely slow, he was satisfied with that. Unlike normal gamers, he couldn’t rush the leveling process because he needed to familiarize his body with the process of casting his characters' skills. That was also the reason why he was still practicing most of the Diablo II spells.
To be honest, even though they had nothing but time aboard the Amelia, Anton felt that he didn’t have enough time to master each of the Diablo II spells, and mastering them was necessary if he wanted to use them for his enchanting and his future project of spell manipulation and spell combination.
After he leveled up his Amazon, he practiced his music again and recorded another cover song for his “café music” cover song project. Looking at the number of cover songs that he had already collected, he felt a mix of pride and foolishness, but he didn’t plan to stop since he was enjoying the process of covering the songs.
When he went outside his room, his family was there already with food already on the table, so he joined them. While they were eating, they talked about what they did that day and Anna proudly said that she showed off her new magic items to her classmates and that her classmates were extremely envious. Anton just rolled his eyes at her, but Anna saw it and began scolding her brother.
