Planet Eldis, the most ethereal, verdant, and pristine planet, now reduced to a battleground for human survival.
In the year 2545, technology was at its peak. So was corruption, crime, and poverty. The Gods had turned away from their greatest creation. Soon, a great calamity befell on Eldis. The arrival of asuras. The ground split open, making a path for inhuman creatures to surface from the depths of the underworld. They relentlessly killed anyone that dared to face them. To the asuras, humas were like a herd of deer. They could do nothing except run and cower in fear, waiting for the inevitable.
Humanity was almost on the brink of extinction, until one day, a frail and sickly little girl of the purest heart, joined her hands together and prayed to the Gods. The asuras had found her and were slowly approaching their prey. But the girl wasn't shaken by the imminent danger she was facing. Her belief was strong. The Gods were moved by the determination and will of this girl, amidst the massacre. They blessed her with powers no one could have imagined, making her the first Apostle. She used all of her life force to create a barrier between the asuras and humans. Eldis was divided into two halves. The Great Forest and the Hosontropia. The asuras would perish if they ever tried to enter Hosontropia. The girl was given the name of Mother Apostle. But her power was so immense that the excess life force dissolved in the atmosphere, granting powers to humanity. These powers came to be known as spiritiz. From then on, humans adjusted to their new power by voluntarily adventuring in the Great Forest and defeating asuras. A very few gained the blessings of Gods, becoming Apostles.
