#1 – Finishing the Winter Mall

  ‘I finished the storefronts… What else can I do?’ I mused on the thought while trying to think of ideas. ‘Let me make a mental checklist.’ (A/N: There was a time skip. I can’t write out a lot of storefront designs. I’ll only do so when they come up in the story)

  ’I need to do

  Temperature modificationMore corridorsHypothermia zonesand that’s it, I think. Well… first up.’

  {Modify: Temperature (Level) | 25°F / 30°F (-4°C / -1°C)}

  The temperature change caused immediate effects. The fog increased in amount and density, with the air feeling much colder. The cold temperature affected surfaces as well, making touching them slightly dangerous. Though… I decided to do something very stupid.

  ‘Let’s see… Flight option… no. Anti-Entity option… I don’t even have any yet. No-Clip option… Wouldn’t I just clip through the floor? Here. Realistic Senses option. This allows me to feel the level as if I was a normal person, instead of being shielded. 3… 2… 1… go’

  {Realistic Senses: On}

  I was immediately hit with a storm of cold air. I was wearing a t-shirt and shorts so it was absolutely freezing. ‘Quick, quick, create some warmer clothes…’

  {Create: Winter Coat | Color: White | Create: Winter Pants | Color: White | Create: Winter Gloves | Color: White | Create: Long Socks | Color: White | Create: Winter Boots | Color: White}

  I quickly put them on, even though it was uncomfortable with what I was already wearing. ‘That feels better… I was rushing so I went with the first color I saw. I didn’t even know I could put that many commands together.’ After feeling that burst of cold air, I decided not to do the stupid thing of sticking my hand into the liquid nitrogen fountain.

  {Realistic Senses: Off}

  I was back at room temperature, but what’s weird is that I could still see my frosty breath. Regardless, I decided to move on to the next thing. Corridors. Lots of them.

  {Group: Current Location | Items: Changing Storefront x12, Liquid Nitrogen Fountain x1, Wintra Tree Pnt Box x2, Wintra Tree x4, Snow Weather x1, Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Air Vent x8, Ceiling (Wide Hallway) x1, Floor (Wide Hallway) x1, Walls (Wide Hallway | Mall) x2 | Name: Level 0 Mall Corridor}

  ’That’ll make things easier. Now to get to work.’

  {Duplicate: Level 0 Mall Corridor | Amount: xN}

  I duplicated the corridor tempte many times, although I left some space in various parts for hypothermia zones. ‘Rapid-fire time.’

  {Create: Floor (Square Room | Mall) | Texture | Ceramic Tile (Sky Blue)}

  {Create: Walls (Square Room | Mall) | Texture | Drywall (Powder Blue)}

  {Create: Changing Storefront | Storefronts: Level 0 | Amount: 8x}

  A square room appeared with bluish coloring. The gss of the storefronts look like it has a blizzard right behind it, meaning it is unenterable. The storefronts will occasionally change to the storefronts I made. There is a thing I’m pondering over, though. ‘Should I put 4 liquid nitrogen fountains in each middle corner and the pnt boxes to each far corner or should I put a rge liquid nitrogen fountain in the middle with the pnt boxes in each middle corner?’

  I thought over this before deciding on my option.

  {Create: Pnt Box (Large Square) | Texture: Ceramic Tile (Powder Blue) | Pnt: Wintra Tree | Amount: 4x (Pnt Amount per Box: 4x)}

  {Create: Large Water Fountain (Circur) | Texture: Ceramic Tile (Powder Blue) | Liquid: Liquid Nitrogen}

  As soon as I pced the fountain filled with liquid nitrogen, an extremely rge amount of mist rushed out of it. It was very thick and went to just above my knees. I decided to not put vents in here. This would make it more dangerous. All I have left is the ceiling.

  {Create: Ceiling (Square Room | Mall) | Texture | Ceramic Tile (Sky Blue)}

  Now that the room is finished, it’s time to group it.

  {Group: Current Location | Items: Changing Storefront x8, Wintra Tree Pnt Box x4, Wintra Tree x16, Large Liquid Nitrogen Fountain x1, Snow Weather x1, Ceiling (Square Room | Mall) x1, Floor (Square Room | Mall} x1, Walls (Square Room | Mall) x4 | Name: Level 0 Hypothermia Zone}

  Next, it’s time to duplicate it in the empty spaces I left avaible between the hallway exit points.

  {Duplicate: Level 0 Hypothermia Zone | Amount: xN}

  I started walking around the mall, taking in the wintry sights, my breath visible. There was snow id around everywhere, small amounts coming from the ceiling. Pnt boxes and liquid nitrogen fountains were pced in a methodical manner, small amounts of mist rolling out of said fountains. Many doors looked as if it was the entrance to a blizzard, signifying its locked status.

  Walking into a Hypothermia Zone, the air visibly drops in temperature. Pnt boxes pced in the middle corners of the room, with two storefronts on each side of the room. A rge liquid nitrogen fountain sits in the middle, mist rolling out of it like waves on a stormy ocean.

  One st thing is left. An entity. And I have a good idea in mind.

  {Create: Entity 001}

  {DESIGN APPEARANCE}

  ‘The entity appears as a floating light blue orb of mist with streaks of white. The mist trails behind the entity as if it has a tail. The mist’s temperature is absolute zero (-459.67°F / -273.15°C).’

  {DESIGN BEHAVIOR}

  ’The entity is attracted towards cold areas and things. The entity is neutral unless you bring objects that heat up the environment, such as fire. The temperature needs to be at least the temperature of a blue fme to neutralize the entity. The food it eats is the liquid nitrogen that is in the fountains. It likes to freeze over dead bodies and stack them in open areas as a source of cold.’

  {DESIGN NAME}

  ’Nitrofrost Wisp’

  {ENTITY 001 - NITROFROST WISP | CREATED}

  {Create: Entity 001 - Nitrofrost Wisp | Amount: xN}

  The Nitrofrost Wisps appeared around the mall, they went towards the nearest source of major cold, and a small amount congregated in each Hypothermia Zone.

  {Save}

  {INPUT LEVEL NAME}

  ’Nitrofrost Mall’

  {INPUT LEVEL NUMBER}

  ’0’

  {LEVEL SAVED: #0 - Nitrofrost Mall}

  And that’s that. Gd I finished the level. Now… what next?
