It’s been a year since I recovered my memories. I’m already 4 years old, and I have good news, super good news, bad news, and some interesting news... hmm.
The good news: My little sister was born! And I’m officially an older brother again. Her name is Miko Itsuka, and unlike me, she has bck hair, but her eyes are honey-colored instead of mine, which are copper. She cries a lot... or rather, way too much, especially when there's noise.
And that’s the bad news. Every time I practiced with Zadkiel, she would start crying at the slightest sound. That forced me to learn how to summon angels silently. And here comes the super good news: now I just have to think of the angel with the intention of using it, and I can summon it! But I feel like some listen to me more easily than others.
I tried summoning all the Sefiras and the Qliphoth crystals.Most of the Sefiras materialized instantly, while others took longer. Of the Qliphoth, only half appeared quickly; the rest took their time. This led me to conclude that both the crystals and the Sefiras have a personality or ego, though not like a person’s... more like an animal’s. Some are like cats, others like dogs, and some... I think even resemble birds in how they act.
And I think the one with the most ego is Camael.It’s not that it did anything weird, but when I call its crystal, I clearly feel its intentions. Most of the crystals “tell” me not to do anything dangerous, like using Raphael to bring me a gss of water with the wind, or using Gabriel to calm the neighbor’s dogs... without realizing the song I was pying was electronic instead of something soothing. (Basically, those dogs haven’t been the same since that day.)
Camael demands that I don’t do stupid things.And to think I thought the angel who would advise me the most would be Rasiel... but it's the one I feel the least ego from!
Shido: Miko~ How’s the cutest baby?(I’m saying all of this in a low voice. If I speak louder than a whisper, Miko starts crying.)The little honey-eyed girl, hehe~
Miko: Awaw~(I watch as she tries to bite my hand without success. She has a strong grip. Her teeth are just starting to come in. In front of her is a bunny that she’s hugging tightly.)
Shido: I wonder why your hearing is so sharp. I feel like you can hear the neighbors, even though we already soundproofed your room. Since then, I spend most of my time here because if you cry, it’s not as loud, and I can also practice without fear.I always lock the door with the safety chain. Since you’re still so little, you won’t remember any of this when you grow up.
Shido: Look, Miko, this is a snowman.Miko: Ayeaya~(I see her trying to reach it. I made the snowman with Zadkiel. After the st accident, I always make sure to be in a room with windows. I’ve also gotten better at controlling the power output: how much ice I make, how solid it is, how much mist, etc.)
I discovered something else: Zadkiel can make threads.I’m not sure how it works, but I think it’s condensed Reiryoku, like a non-Newtonian fluid. Thinking about it, I remembered that Yoshino uses threads to control Zadkiel.I also realized that Kurumi’s angel, besides maniputing time, also controls shadows.Camael, besides controlling fire, also heals its wielder’s wounds.
I wonder what else the other angels can do besides their main function.
Shido: I could find out with Haniel... but I don’t want to. I’d rather discover it on my own.Also, I won’t use Haniel to see the future. I’ll only use it to know the past or to answer important questions.
Miko: Wa wa wa wa!(I had been speaking louder than I thought, so Miko started crying. I picked her up as best I could and rocked her silently until she fell asleep again.)
Next year, I’ll start primary school.I’m going to be proactive in making friends and not fall into the mold of those who think they’re the best thing since sliced bread.This year, I’ll start practicing with another angel besides Zadkiel and Leviathan. I won’t fully summon them, just part of their powers.
I think the next one will be Haniel.
