It felt like rain pouring down on my face, but it was my sweat from fear which chiseled its way into my bones. My breath spiraling out of control while I was running for my life. Running so fast that I could trip every moment, without knowing why or what I was fleeing from.
I don't even know how I ended up in this situation but I'll try to explain it to you. Therefore I need to turn back time for us, to understand what happened.
I began to head to work like I did every morning. At the moment I drive by bus and it never had been an issue t'ill now. At 6:15 a.m., when I was about to board my bus, a strange feeling kicked in. I can hardly describe it, but it was like someone was punching me in my stomach with full force.
My surroundings suddenly made me feel uneasy, so I scanned everyone and everything around me. But there was nothing. I felt a little embarrassed, so I got to the bus and tried not to dwell on it any further. The bus ride itself, had been as always. I watched houses passing by my window, bathing i a trembling body, legs like jelly and each breath hurting like crazy in the cold morning air. n the sunrise like an abstract painting of an artist, while listening to my music.
A dull beep sound pulled me out of my thoughts to signal to me, that I had reached my destination. I started moving towards the door. As soon as I reached it, the uneasy feeling returned immediately. I shook my head and stepped out. The bus left the station and I was now standing alone at the stop. The uneasy feeling kept getting worse. It struck me hard. The nausea and the shivers, they were unbearable. But why? I felt watched, but didn't know from where those stares were coming from.
The only individual watching me, was a brown cat on the bus stop seat.

Tense from the circumstances, led my way to work a 15 minutes hell of a ride. The feeling lingered with me, trying to warn me, while I was ignoring it with all strength. I shouldn't have done that because when I noticed a figure to my right, I basically freacked out internally from fear. The person sped up, when I started to pick up my pace. He was trying to blend with the shadows of the buildings. Now I was sure, someone did follow me. I should have trusted my gut, I am not crazy.
DAMN IT!
I started running while the figure started sprinting behind me. He was incredible fast, so I clutched my bag as tight as I could to my chest and ran faster. Sweat from fear dripping down my face, a trembling body, legs like jelly and each breath hurting like crazy in the cold morning air.
