Not too long ago, the world of Phantasia was caught in a savage and merciless war.
Two great forces battled for control.
On one side stood a vast alliance — the united human nations, the 13 Archgods of the Human Pantheon, ancient dragons, powerful celestials, and many other races who refused to let the world fall into darkness.
On the other side were the demons — led by immortal demon generals and their unstoppable armies, with one goal: total domination.
This conflict, soon to be known as The Demon War, tore Phantasia apart.
Kingdoms burned, ndscapes shattered, and entire civilizations were lost.
In the end, it all came down to a single battle — a duel between two legendary figures.
The first was [Hero King Caelum Ardentis].
Supreme Commander of the United Nations of Mankind and humanity's st hope. He was a demigod, born from a mortal queen and the War God Vharan. In his hands, he carried Solvaren, the Sword of Five Divinities — a weapon forged from the heart of a sun, coated in godsteel, and blessed by five gods themselves.
His opponent was none other than the Lord of Ruin.
Demon King Malphas…
The immortal demon king, with long white hair and glowing red eyes, sat on a throne of bones.
He slowly rose, cpping softly with that mild face of his.
When you looked at him, he seemed way too calm — it was hard to believe this was the same man who had destroyed countless human nations, burned down elven forests, and killed more gods than anyone could count.
As he swept his hair back, he said—
“To think all of this… started because of one demon child. Truly, it's the wickedness of humans that inspires even demons like us to become monsters.”
Cracks of red lightning ran through his jagged bck armor as his power surged.
Magic energy rushed around him.
His shredded waist cape lifted in the air.
BOOOM!
An explosion erupted the moment he summoned an ancient magic circle.
It shot toward Caelum like a divine missile.
The final battle had begun.
It was a fight beyond anything the world had ever seen.
Cities crumbled beneath their feet.
The skies split apart with bolts of eldritch lightning.
Time itself seemed to freeze as these two titans cshed beneath the shattered moon.
Demon King Malphas had already conquered three out of the five continents. His demon armies were marching across the Human Continent, leaving nothing but bone and ash behind.
But he made one fatal mistake — he underestimated the st prince of a dying kingdom, who would rise to become the greatest hero in human history.
With Solvaren, Caelum didn’t fight alone.
He channeled the hopes and prayers of mortals, the strength of dragons, and the blessings of the gods into one final blow.
And there, at the gates of Zestria — the capital of humanity — the battle reached its end.
In the final years of the Mythical Era…
RUUUUUMBLE!!
There was a fsh of light.
And just like that, the war ended.
The Demon King Malphas was sin by the Hero King.
