Chapter Twenty-Five: Meteorite Ore

As I thought about the beautiful future, I happily followed behind the main force, quickly rushing towards the direction of the meteorites fall. Along the way, although we encountered many magical beasts, they all chose to avoid us without exception in front of so many warriors like us.

Finally... at noon, we found the meteorite that was still emitting heat. When we got closer, we realized that although it looked big in the sky yesterday, actually... most of what we saw was the fireball produced by the burning meteorite. The actual volume of the meteorite wasnt large, only about the size of a basketball, black and unremarkable.

The patriarchal grandfather was experienced and stopped us from rushing over, summoning his deep blue. With a single order, the deep blue suddenly opened its big mouth, and a water column suddenly sprayed out, drawing an arc and falling on the dark meteorite.

  Hmph...

As soon as the water pillar fell on the meteorite, it immediately turned into a group of fog and quickly rose up. From this, we can see... although it doesnt look like much, in fact, the heat on this meteorite is very high. If you rush over carelessly, you might get burned.

Finally... with the help of Deep Blue, the meteor no longer emits a loud hissing sound, but is just drifting with clusters of fog, it seems... the temperature has dropped.

The clan elder led the way, and we dozen or so people walked towards the meteorite together. Looking at the huge crater where the stone was still emitting heat, my heart rose to halfway up the sky. Is this really the fallen ironstone that can fulfill my dream?

The clan elder grandfather picked up the long-handled hammer, slowly descended to the bottom of the pit, and forcefully struck that black, gloomy meteorite. Under my astonished gaze, that meteorite actually... actually shattered into pieces!

After smashing for a while, the tribal elder picked up something and climbed out of the pit. When he saw my surprised look, he smiled and explained: "Those things I smashed were not meteorite iron ore. Some of them were burnt meteorite surface layers, and some were mud stuck to the surface when it hit the ground. The real meteorite is only this small piece."

I stared at the palm of the tribal elders hand, and there... was only a small piece of black shiny stone the size of a walnut. I was shocked... last nights meteor shower had been so intense, but it had left behind only this tiny piece of fallen iron?

After a moment of contemplation, the tribal elder burst out laughing and said to the surrounding dwarves: "Everyone... you all know that Leng Mo has recently collected all the ultra-rare minerals that weve accumulated over several generations, wanting to forge an unparalleled treasured sword!"

All the dwarves nodded, they had indeed heard of this matter, and more than that, I got several pieces of ore from them.

The clan leader continued: "Im really curious... with so many ultra-rare metals mixed together, what kind of weapon will they form?"

All the dwarves showed a look of yearning, for dwarves who regard forging weapons and equipment as their life, nothing could attract their attention more than an extraordinary weapon!

He swung the fallen star iron in his hand, and the tribal elder took advantage of the situation to say: "Since we already have so many precious ores, I think... lets add this ore too, and see if it can be forged into a world-class sword that has never been seen before or since! Does anyone have any opinions?"

The proposal of the patriarch was immediately supported by the simple-minded merchants, and the dwarven blacksmiths who regarded smelting as their life. Everyone unanimously agreed to add this piece of meteorite iron, with only one requirement: they all had to witness the entire process of my smelting.

The clan elder grandfather would not refuse this request, and he agreed on the spot. He casually threw the small piece of meteorite to me and smiled: "Alright kid, you got a good deal again, but... when you go back, you must help those families whose houses were damaged to repair their homes!"

I dont know whats called letting go, whatever the elder gives me Ill take it, as long as in the future I return double the filial piety, thats enough. If I insist on declining, it would make me appear hypocritical, and hypocrisy is the most detestable thing among the dwarf tribe.

As soon as they saw the dwarf looking at the small piece of meteorite in his hand, all the dwarves showed kind smiles. Although the ore was precious, how could it compare to the value of human relationships?

So... we all collected some commonly used ores around and returned to the dwarf village together, and I... after putting my treasure into the treasure chest, quickly ran to help with the repair of the destroyed dwarf house. If they dont fix the house quickly, they wont have a place to sleep tonight.

When I had finished repairing all the houses and taking care of everything, and was about to start casting my true hundred-battle sword, I was unexpectedly stopped by the clans elder grandfather.

The clan elder grandfather solemnly told me that although my forging skills are already very skilled, but my strength is not enough, and I have not reached the standard of a primary warrior. If I really want to forge an extraordinary treasure sword, then I must improve my strength to above that of a primary warrior. Only with such power can I truly shake the internal structure of the weapon. Otherwise... at most, I can only forge a beautiful weapon, and it is absolutely impossible to forge a truly world-renowned treasure sword.

I am a genius, a child prodigy, retreat one million not to mention, at least... I am an intelligent person, a truly intelligent person, who absolutely needs to listen to advice, and I happen to be such a truly intelligent person.

After listening to the elders advice, I made a statement on the spot. If I dont reach the qualification of a primary warrior in one day, I wont go to forge my true hundred-battle knife for one day.

In order to reach the level of a beginner warrior as soon as possible, I am prepared to leave the village. Only through continuous actual combat and constantly hovering between life and death can all the potential in my body be stimulated, allowing me to reach the state of a beginner warrior one day earlier.

Actually... to say it, since I can cut off a calabaza tree as thick as a bowl, I am already a qualified primary warrior, but that is only the entrance of a primary warrior. Only by having the ability to cut off 18 calabaza trees as thick as a bowl can one be considered a mature symbol of a primary warrior. Now, I can only cut off four or five, which is still far from it.

The clan leaders grandfather did not persuade me, but instead strongly supported my going out to exercise. Seeing the clan leaders worried gaze, I was deeply moved in my heart. I knew... he was reluctant for me to leave and worried that something unexpected would happen to me, but considering my future, he still held back and didnt express it.

Moved to leave the patriarchs home, back home to collect the dried wood melon that was sun-dried on the way back, pack it into a bag, and then re-forge the Hundred Wars Sword once again. Only after that did I continue to meditate, tomorrow... is when I set off.

The next day, at the crack of dawn, I got up and hastily ate some melon porridge. Then, with a resolute stride, I walked out of the village, carrying my wooden sword on my back. In that instant, I made a secret vow to myself: this time... not only would I reach the pinnacle of being an elementary warrior, but also... I must attain the level of a mid-level warrior before returning.

I went to the pond, where those water buffalo beasts gather, intending to use these powerful guys as opponents to practice my arm strength. However... all of these water buffalo beasts were intimidated by me and refused to fight with me. As soon as I approached them, they immediately knelt down on all fours, looking at me with pitiful eyes, how could I bear to attack them?

Helpless... I had to give up on that idea, after resting for a while by the pond, I remembered the Wind Goat I met at Silver Wolfs place, its impact force was pretty good, and... there were many guys who looked quite powerful drinking water there, unlike here, where only the Water Buffalo Beast is a relatively strong demon.

Thinking of this, I didnt have anything good to consider anymore. After resting enough, I set out again, heading towards the clearing between the trees where Silver Wolf was.

At dusk, I finally arrived at the clearing in the woods after running at full speed. On the way, I also caught a few horned hares as gifts for Silver Wolf. I wonder how those little wolf cubs are doing? Its been over a month since I last saw them, they must have grown up by now.

As soon as I stepped into the clearing, I heard a faint rustling sound from the opposite side. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be Silver Wolf darting out. When did his speed become so fast? It really startled me, and I thought I had encountered some powerful magical beast.

As soon as he saw me, the Silver Wolf quickly narrowed his eyes and leaned in close to my side, warmly rubbing against my thigh. Its been a while since we last met, but he still remembers me.

He had two horns on his shoulders, which I had brought down to the ground and were still fresh because they were alive, only their hooves were tied up by me.

The two cornered creatures were extremely intimidated by the Silver Wolf, trembling and quivering on the ground. It seemed... that the Silver Wolf still had quite a deterrent effect on these herbivorous magical beasts.

(Like fantasy reality, this book will also invite all book friends to make a friendly appearance. I am now working hard to write the performance requirements, hoping everyone will pay attention at any time!)
