Chapter 100

  Chapter 100

Priest or seer, leader or bottom feeder, they all get frozen in carbonate. It's expensive, but there isn't a limit to how much I will spend on new technology and a new species that comes from another galaxy. The New Republic tries to take over the world ship, but none of them know how to operate the bio ship, and they have much bigger things to worry about. Coruscant is still under attack.

Padme wants me to lead an all-out attack against the invading Yuuzhan Vong, but I remind her of our deal, a deal that needs to be paid. The price to pay for my help against the Yuuzhan Vong world ship will be the ship itself. I want the world ship.

Padme is stunned; she isn't stupid and knows that the credits that can be made from a moon-sized living ship would be extensive. There's no way the New Republic will agree to losing it, especially with how damaged Couresant is. Where ever it be greed or need, the New Republic will need the worldship to cover the losses of the war.

Padme was willing to pay the price and be on my good side just so I would intervene with the Yuuzhan Vong, but she didn't have the power to say yes.

Money was the solution, and I so happened to be the richest single person in the galaxy. Only the Gove collection was untouched through the Yuuzhan Vong war. In the past twenty-odd years, my credits and products have expanded to insane levels. With constant growth, credit after credit was earned and then reinvested automatically by my labyrinth program.

I sweetened the deal by giving up my claim to the resources the Death Star should have given me. After all, I was the one who defeated Palpatine, even if I was only given pirateer rights to the Death Star, that would be fifteen per cent, but I never received a credit.

I knew that wouldn't get me a thing because yesterday's profits meant nothing when tomorrow's cash was jeopardised, but it made them accept a hulking amount of credit from my bank account with a little more grace.

With the bio worldship in my grasp, it would be nearly impossible for the New Republic to wrestle it from my grip. The people who were in charge were nowhere near the worldship, and the soldiers who had landed on the surface were just glad to be alive. It belongs to me, ownership was nine/tenths of the law. The New Republic can beg and whine, they can scold and tax, but I will never let the politics of the galaxy control me. What's mine is mine, and the worldship was mine.

Padme wisely decided to look the other way. She didn't need to say yes, all she had to do was nothing, something I tried to teach her many years ago. Instead, Padme concentrated on the reclaiming of Couresant. Something that i agree to take part in..... for a price.

Dumping a giant space worm on Couresant wasn't going to work at getting rid of the Yuuzhan Vong. They had entrenched themselves in the many layers of Coruscant, but something riskier could work well.

I wanted to get the Yuuzhan Vong mad and their attention on me. My dopplegangers spread out and started to kill. Quick and painless deaths caused the Yuuzhan Vong to seethe with rage. Heads were removed from attacking Vong, and not a single one was inflicted with needless pain, something that they howled at with great displeasure.

The Yuuzhan Vong were millions strong, and they wouldn't feel any loss that I had caused them. But that would be a mistake, I was sure that if I or the army killed too many, then the Yuuzhang Vong would turn their tactics to guerrilla warfare and sink into the many layers of Coruscant, like a tick.

Instead, I record my dopplegangers killing the Yuuzhan Vong and then upload the images to different sectors of Coruscant. The giant image screens that littered the layers of the underground showed the roaming Yuuzhan Vong what I was up to. To add insult to their culture and god, I made my long-awaited comeback.

"Good day to the citizens of Coresant and the Yuuzhan Vong" an uppity protocol droid shuffled into view and translated what i was saying in to the complex gruntly snarls the Yuuzhan Vong called a language.

I could talk directly to them using their own tongue, but the droids kept the technology-hating Yuuzhan Vong angry and interested "Let me introduce myself, my name is Bee, first of my name"

This tale has been unlawfully obtained from Royal Road. If you discover it on Amazon, kindly report it.

A small selection of history nuts gasped at my name and then just shook their heads. Bee was a name known throughout the galaxy. My name was slapped on healing halls and dinning food halls through out and there wasn't a single person who didn't see the name at least once a day but no one could expect the creator of Bee's legacy was still alive over a thousand years from inseption, and yet, the name held a speical type of weight that no one ignored.

"The Yuuzhan Vong is bad for business, so let's make a new deal. Come to the Jedi temple and fight me, I promise to deliver pain that will get you a personal introduction with your god Yun-Yuuzhan, and if you're really good at fighting then....." a slight pause as i rip my shirit off revieling my shinny scarless smouth body "you might be able to honor your gods by inflicting some damage to this wonderful canvas". The droid found it hard to translate what I was saying, as some of the things I was communicating were a bit alien in understanding to normal droid thinking, but the Yuuzhan Vong would love the chance to mutate my body into a work of art. "And, if you think you are too good to face me in combat, then I will kill you all using the most peaceful ways I can find; none of you will feel the sweet sting of pain as I could flay you alive or melt your eyes from your skull. Defie me, and I will make sure you die peacefully in your sleep and miss the chance to look up to your creator in howling, excruciating, lasting pain. Come and fight to meet your creator"

Let me tell you, there's nothing that drives a religious species than mocking them but also promising the sweetest nectar of their order. I was offering them exactly what they wanted. To a normal person, the idea of pain was unwelcome, but to the Yuuzhan Vong, it was part of the origins' story, part of their religion, part of their existence. Pain wasn't everything to them, it was the only thing. The Yuuzhan Vong came rushing up the stone pyramid of the Jedi Order, ready to destroy their new enemy. They didn't hesitate, here is a chance to fulfil their religious needs, taste the sweetest pain and wreak a force user who uses technology. I'm pushing all of their buttons.

From the top of the Jedi temple i peer down to watch the very ground rubble as thosands of Yuuzhan Vong climb and push to get a piece of me. Its a damn good job i only broadcasted in a sector. Even i couldn't withstand a fist fight agaist a millions Yuuzhan Vong but its not just a fist fight.

A deal is a deal. I lift my hands and tie myself into the force. Using Palpatine's tricks, I loop the force into the greatest force lightning anyone alive has seen. Thick lines of rainbow coloured lightning strike from the atmosphere and roll down the Jedi temple to meet with the invading Yuuzhan Vong front lines.

The Yuuzhan Vong are resistant to the force, but I'm attacking their armour made from living crab like creatures. They squeel like boiling lobster and fall from the Yuuzhan Vong in long dripping melted fat like over heated wax. With just the smallest bit of my will, i recyle the life from the crab armour and fed it into the lightning that now spilts and attacks the next lines of Yuuzhan Vong.

Lightning mixed with a combination of overheated flesh and painful draining of life makes sure that I've fulfilled my end of the deal. The gurgling shouts of screaming Yuuzhan Vong, as their voices are drowned out by rupturing throats and lungs being filled with liquid from both melted fat and popped cells, is music to their own ruptured ears.

The ones that survive the lightning make their way up further still, some blind, some limping with bones showing but all of them still want a bit more. My dopplegangers stand to the side, lined up as a welecoming parade. None of them attack, all of them looking down at the Yuuzhan Vong.

The surviving Yuuzhan Vong look at me with anger in their eyes, but also hope and eagerness. My hand twirls through the air, and sizable stones from the temple hover over the Yuuzhan Vong. There are many ways to kill a species like the Yuuzhan Vong, who are resistant to the Force. Weight and gravity are a perfect example. And yet this wasn't the deal.

The stone drops to one side, and I re-adjust my armour as I walk to the damaged Yuuzhan Vong. Almost instantly, I rip the ears off the first Yuuzhan Vong as I pull its head down and knee it in the face, causing its face to crumple up. I pluck the eyes out of the second and roundhouse kick the throat out of the third, all within a second. The Yuuzhan Vong may have resistance to the Force, but they don't have immunity to my reinforced body.

Two Yuuzhan Vong go for my legs, I kick one in the jaw, causing the creature to rocket upwards, only for me to slide my hand into its mouth and tug downwards. The body of the Yuuzhan Vong doesn't know what to do with the exchange of extreme motion and crumples on top of the other like an accordion. Before either one can do anything but faint, I stick my thumbs in their eyes and blast a weak lightning into their skulls. They shake with pain and then become limp as I bust their heads off with more power.

The same thing happens with the other charging Yuuzhan Vong, but with different degrees of viciousness and imagination. When all is done, the temple has been dyed in the black blood of the Yuuzhan Vong.

My dopplegangers clear the dead away and place the crippled dying on spikes where they struggle and moan in pain.

The dopplegangers are only here to clear the way for the next wave of Yuuzhan Vong because while they can easily fight and win, I wanted the Yuuzhan Vong to come to me. The deal was to cause them pain, suffering, and death. In return, they wouldn't start guerrilla warfare.

I uploaded the recording of my fight with the Yuuzhang Vong to a new sector with the same message as before: "Come and get some pain, come and meet your maker"
