Everyone in the room is shocked to see a dead body on the ship and all the staff wearing masks with different numbers.
“The hell?” the boy Bawl met says.
Everyone surrounds the body and chatter about what happened.
“Everyone calm down. It seems that the Raider exam has already begun. From what I have gathered so far, one of the staff members is the killer, seeing as they all have masks.”
Everyone looks around and just as the man said, all the staff have masks and armbands with numbers on them. The staff don’t seem to acknowledge there is a murder and continue doing their duties.
Everyone, not knowing what to do, decided to dissipate and eat breakfast.
“After hearing what that guy said, it seems he’s right,” Alexander said, eating with Eonni and Bawl.
“It’s not a big deal,” Bawl said.
“NOT A BIG DEAL! There was a murder! And since it was at night, that means most likely, every night someone could be killed.” Eonni said.
“I mean yeah that is definitely true. But don’t worry, the savior of hope will keep you all safe. I’ll ward off the evil that plagues these halls.”
“Um, okay? Maybe we should try to sleep together? No rule says we can’t.”
“That is true. Very well, Bawl since your room is the biggest of the three, we will all sleep in your room.”
“Okay.” Bawl is currently eating a Black and White cookie despite it being the morning.
“Brother, don’t eat that, it’s the morning, you should eat some eggs and bacon.”
“No. And I’m not brother.”
“Of course you are, you just haven’t acknowledged it yet.” Eonni accidentally moves her necklace, which opens and reveals a picture of Bawl. Alexander and Bawl stare at her, and she quickly closes the necklace back.
“Just, forget you say that, okay?” Alexander just went back to eating, no bother to say a word. “Oh my gosh, he probably thinks I'm a weirdo now. No matter, I’ll be a good older sister and my achievements will overshadow this moment. Yeah, that’ll work.”
Eonni goes back to the class and when she does, she sees the teacher now having a mask over her and her voice now robotic.
Alexander is eating his food; he looks around the room but notices something odd near a window where staff are standing. The staff in masks seem to be standing in numerical order but number 3 is missing.
“Welcome back.”
Bawl walks around and finds the same boy he was talking to before. Bawl zooms to him and stops right in front of him.
“Hi. You never told me my name.”
“Yeah, I know.”
“-Tell me.”
“No.” The boy looks down to avoid eye contact, but he notices that he has dust on his shoes.

“What the-FUCKK!” He quickly takes out a cloth and starts to whip at it, but he soon realizes that his knee is on the ground and starts to cry.
“Can I know your name?”
“It’s Kid Death, fuck off!”
“Thank you.”
Alexander is walking around the halls, seemingly looking for someone.
“Surely she’s her, right?” Alexander thinks to himself, looking around the ship.
Bawl and his friends all go to his room to look at his room and see that it is indeed his is the biggest one of the three. They all start setting up their stuff in his room. Eonni goes to her room while Bawl and Alexander are walking together carrying Alexander’s stuff.
“By the way, I never got to ask. You seem to have a lot more power than you show. I could tell during the boss fight in that dungeon we entered. You had your fingers on the screw, ready to unscrew it. Why didn’t you do that before and just finish off the boss or at the very least do considerable damage?”
“Wouldn’t be fair.”
“Huh?”
“Boss has a right to fight for his life. If I kill it in one blow, that won’t be fair to it. Everyone deserves an equal chance to win and survive.”
“So, you hold back because you want your opponents to be able to have a surviving chance?
“Yeah.”
“-Wow.” Alexander thinks to himself about what Bawl just said. “That sounds like arrogance. Is he really that strong or is he overestimating himself?”
It’s nighttime and the trio are in Bawl’s room and are setting everything up, Bawl looks outside one last time before closing the door.
“We should take shifts going to sleep.”
“I can stay awake for 2 days without the need for sleep,” Bawl said.
“You can?” Alexander said, confused, never hearing someone could do that.
“Yes.”
“Are you sure little brother? I can take the shift instead.”
“I’m fine.” With nothing else to really say, Both Eonni and Alexander fall asleep in bed with Bawl sitting at the door, with his back against the door.
Bawl waits, watching his two friends sleep when he hears a sound outside. Using his enhanced hearing, he can tell that the person is currently in front of the door. The person tries to open it, but since the door has to be pushed from the outside and Bawl, whose strength is leagues above regular humans, the person outside cannot get in, so they give up and walk away.
Bawl goes back to relaxing and waiting until morning arrives.
–Flashback Begins–
“For a little boy, you really know how to hunt.”
The scenery changes to Bawl and a man in hunting gear. They seem to be hunting deer.
“Show me what you got, you’re good with range but what about hand-to-hand.” Bawl gets up and runs towards 10 deer's nearby, killing them all off instantly and bringing them back.
The man was shocked, “D-did he just? How?” He didn’t know what to think after what just happened, some rookie hunter killed more deer than he could in 5 hours.
“You’re inhuman. How did you do that?”
“Hear. I Hear.”
“What?”
Bawl seems to be referring to his ability to use his hearing to detect other people in his surroundings. This skill was seemingly picked up as a way for him to hunt for food better as well as detect threats.
–Flashback Ends–
Bawl wakes up and sees his friends getting dressed. Eonni and Alexander are both looking away from each other, not trying to see each other naked, but Bawl doesn't know this and gets up to leave so he can get breakfast.
The three of them get out of the room to see no one in the halls, presumably already upstairs.
“Did everyone already go upstairs? It's only 8:00,” Alexander said.
All three of them go to the dining hall to see no one there as well, only the staff.
“The hell, where is everyone? Did a witch cast them away?”
“Don’t say that you’ll scare my little brother.”
The three of them see a man waving at them from the other side of the room. They all walk towards him.
“There was another murder! It’s over here.”
“Another!” Alexander said, shocked.
All four of them go to where everyone is currently and see another body. Alexander quickly turns around and looks at the staff in the dining room. He follows the order and sees the person with 5 is now missing. Alexander now knows that the number must mean something.
“Could it be possible, we’re supposed to predict which staff member will kill next? It’s clear the staff are the ones doing the killing.”
