When Twitch, Hunter, and the witch siblings left their base close to midnight, Max and Zack tried to focus their own plans with Beast.

  The new boy sighed. "Look, if we try to go back, there's no way we can...the castle passages are blocked off, including this one! We could DIG, but I've been told it'll take a long time." Beast mentioned.

  Zack and Max exchanged glances with interest though. Max then turns to Beast. "So, what are they blocked off by exactly? You said something about digging."

  "Um, yeah, Azazel blocked off all entrances with packed mud. There's no way we can get through without getting caught..someone's going to notice the scratching sounds if we dig." He explained.

  Max nodded his head, and whispers to Zack. "What do you think?"

  Zack was beginning to feel nervous...they were ACTUALLY going to do this! They were going to go back! The blond dropped his gaze from Max's, and then said, "I think we can pull it off, if one of us makes a distraction...NO ONE can know what will be going on down below...if there's someone doing something OUTSIDE the castle!"

  Max nodded. "That's a good idea." The scarred kid turns back to Beast. "We can be able to pull it off, I'll have to be in there with either you, Hunter or Twitch....we'll do the digging. While someone outside the castle will do something to cause a distraction."

  Beast sighed, and looked at him with concern. "We'll have to watch out for Valerian though...she will see EVERYTHING!"

  Zack lifted his head to him "We have our own witches who do powerful things."

  Beast shivered. Max turned back to him. "What?"

  Beast gulped. "You have one hell of a Necromancer on your team! I've heard stories about him....and that VOICE....!"

  Zack rolled his eyes. "Yes, we're aware."

  Beast squeezed his eyes from fear. "GOD!"

  Zack inhaled. "Anyway, now we have some kind of a plan set, let's figure out how we're going to make the distraction."

  "Shadow. He'll be perfect for the job." Beast mentioned. "If he's a dead raiser, then he'll cause all sorts of shit!"

  Max shook his head. "Yeah, but the thing is, Shadow had an.....incident last time he used his powers.....Rose banned him from using them....even HE agreed he's taking a break."

  "Why? What happened last time?" Beast asked.

  "He tried to kill me." Max said simply.

  Beast looked at him with wide eyes. "Dear GOD!"

  Zack sighed. "Alright, we'll continue on with the rest of the plans when the group returns......in the meantime, let's all get some sleep."
