Shadow decided to land them in the middle of town. He didn't want to take any risks. Once they landed, the blond witch took them into one of the small cottages in the big city that stretched around the castle's perimeter.

  Hunter locked the door behind them and peered out the window, making sure, they weren't spotted. He then turned to Shadow. "I'll take you to the base underneath the city, there's a lot of passages we can take...a lot of tunnels."

  There were tunnels underneath this city? Shadow wondered to himself. "Is there an entrance in here somewhere?"

  Hunter nodded. "Under every household." The muscular boy then walked over and removed furniture and floors to reveal a trapdoor. He pulled out his key and opened it, showing the way down below. "I'll lead the way, Necromancer."

  Shadow nodded in agreement. Before they could make it downwards, suddenly, his sister appeared with Max and Zack. Hunter and Shadow irritably turned to them. Twitch looked at them with confusion and shock.

  Shadow glared at his sister. "Rose? What the hell is going on?"
