  “Your Home Planet will be destroyed.” Said the Man as Vice Admiral Tianlong opened the door to leave the Interrogation room. “according to Article 4 of the Union”

  “Say that again.” Said Vice Admiral Tianlong as he slowly turned his head to glance at the man.

  “According to Article six of the Union, your home planet will be destroyed and turned into a barren wasteland with no life.” said the Man as if he was giving a warning “Mark my words”

  The door suddenly opened and it was a personnel who was going to continue the interrogation and obtain as much info as possible.

  “Sir, you can go now.” said the Personnel as he sat down in front of the prisoner. “I will continue the Interrogation”

  “Good.” replied Vice Admiral Tianlong.

  Vice Admiral Tianlong suddenly exited the room in a hurry, leaving the man sitting in the interrogation room with the 4 guards and the new Interrogator. He started running as he was about to reach the elevator to the command centre of the space station as personnel looked at him. He entered the elevator and stood there before he touched his left earbud.

  “This is Vice Admiral Tianlong” said Vice Admiral Tianlong as he was trying to catch his breath before he continued “Connect me to Admiral John Bush”

  “This is Admiral John Bush, what is it that you contacted me in a hurry?” asked Admiral Bush all the way from Platon after Vice Admiral Tianlong waited for a brief moment.

  “Admiral, Oriented Republic is part of the Galactic Union!” said Vice Admiral Tianlong immediately as soon as he heard Admiral Bush’s voice. “According to the prisoner, the Galactic Union is like NATO and according to Article five of NATO which stated ‘an attack on one member is considered an attack on all, obligating other members to assist the attacked nation, potentially including the use of armed force’ which means that we are starting a Galactic War in this Galaxy.”

  “Is there anything more I should know!?” shouted Admiral Bush from the other side as NATO was mentioned including NATO’s Article 5.

  “According to Galactic Union’s Article six, the attacking nation’s homeplanet has to be destroyed, which is Earth..”

  “This is going to start an even bigger war. Alright, this is my command,” said Admiral Bush “Allocate fifty percent of the entire fleet into protecting the solar system. Protect all Major Cities at all cost!”

  “Got it Admiral!” said Vice Admiral Tianlong before the elevator door opened and walked out, making his way to the command centre. As he was about to end the call, Admiral Bush had another question to ask.

  “Has Prime Minister Winchester returned to his planet?” asked Admiral Bush.

  “No, he’s currently in Washington DC.” answered Vice Admiral Tianlong.

  “GOD DAMN IT!.” shouted the frustrated Admiral Bush. “Now we have a person to protect at all costs. Get him back to Home Planet or the Royal Navy will be involved in this war if he dies.”

  “Yes sir.” answered Vice Admiral Tianlong before he reached the Command Centre’s Main Door as it opened.

  No sooner had he walked in, the entire room started flashing red and siren sounds were everywhere in the entire space station. The Vice Admiral looked at the main display panel as it showed the transmission video from the moon, showing an unknown enemy fleet warped out from Transit Space.

  “Activate Moon’s Main defence system now!” shouted Vice Admiral Tianlong as he gave an order “We cannot let them past the moon.”

  “Sir, the Enemy fleet is approximately three hundred eighty five thousand kilometres away from Earth!” shouted a personnel in the Command Centre

  “If the enemy manages to break through our defences, Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, Tokyo, Washington DC, Los Angeles, and Sydny are our top priority cities and we have to protect those cities at all cost!” said Vice Admiral Tianlong

  Moon

  384,400km aways from Earth

  Not far away from was the Enemy fleet consisting of a giant starship in the middle formation with 20 starships protecting the giant starship. On the surface of the Moon on Point 6 of the Moon stood a giant railgun defence system. The Railguns was huge and not long after Vice Admiral Tianlong gave command, the Railgun suddenly aimed with enormous barrel and aimed at one of the enemy fleet’s starship before charging up and fired its 2000mm projectile at it and explosion occurred in the enemy fleet formation but nothing happened as all of the enemy’s starships it fired at were equipped with an Energy Deflector Shield.

  As soon as the enemy fleet was about to return fire, UESF Arbitrator suddenly warped out of Transit Space not long after it cancelled its warp process going to Super Earth in order to return to Earth.

  Inside UESF Arbitrator’s Bridge, a Vice Admiral was assigned to command the Arbitrator with Alice as his assistant due to Admiral Bush’s concern for having an AI controlling a powerful Battleship after he reconsidered for a second time. The Vice Admiral who was assigned by Admiral Bush was named Alex Hood, a 39 Years old Man born in Europe.

  “How many enemies are there, Alice?” asked Vice Admiral Hood as he sat down at the captain’s seat.

  “Scan shows that there are 21 Enemy Starships.” Alice Answered Immediately.

  “Identify all of them.” Vice Admiral Hood ordered as he checked the ship’s power output on the display in front of him.

  “I cannot identify them as there’s no data in the main database about the enemy’s starships.” Alice Answered as her hologram appeared beside Vice Admiral Hood.

  “So those are unknown enemies” said Vice Admiral Hood

  “I have identified them and they appear to be the Supreme Galactic Empire’s Starships, one of the most powerful Empires in the Milky Way Galaxy and part of the Galactic Union.” Alice continued, “This is according to the United Britannian Kingdom’s database.”

  “Portside turn now!” Vice Admiral Hood ordered and Alice complied to the order as she steered the ship hard portside, allowing all 2 Forwards and 2 Backwards Turrets to face the enemy.

  “All turrets turn to ninety degrees, elevation plus two degrees” ordered Vice Admiral Hood as all four turrets started to turn to 90 degrees, facing the enemy.

  “Would you like to activate the turrets’ automatic targeting system?” asked Alice to Vice Admiral Hood.

  “Alright, do it” Vice Admiral gave the order as soon as he heard the question before he gave yet another order “All Turrets’ Particle Accelerators set to seventy percent the speed of light.”

  “Why not ninety nine percent?” asked Alice as her hologram approached Vice Admiral Hood.

  “We haven’t tested the Particle Accelerators on the MK45 yet.” answered Vice Admiral Hood before he cleared his mind “Enough talking, time to open fire.”

  He didn’t even finish his talk for a second before the ship was hitted with multiple Particle Beams from the enemy ships but due to the Arbitrator’s 5 Layer Energy Deflector Shield, the attack didn’t damage the ship itself.

  Arbitrator’s Automatic Turret Targeting system suddenly kicked in, guiding the turrets at the enemy’s ships as the enemy’s fleet were heading toward Earth. All four turrets suddenly charged up and fired several White Particle Beams with each turret targeting one ship at a time. The Speed of the Particle Beams being at nearly 70% the speed of light and the intensiveness of the Beam resulted in the targeted ships’ Energy Deflector Shield to be destroyed.

  “Seventy Percent are safe.” said Vice Admiral Hood and it seemed that confidence was building up inside of him “Increase the Acceleration to ninety percent the speed of light!”

  Arbitrator’s Turrets immediately targeted other ships which still had the Energy Deflector Shields on. The Turrets was aiming as the Arbitrator was receiving incoming fire from the Enemy but its 5 Layers Energy Deflector shield shrugged off those Incoming Particle Beams with almost no substantial damage to the Shield. The Turrets fired to the newly targeted 4 Enemy Ship it took the Particle Beams less than a second to hit the Energy Deflector Shields of Enemy Ships but since this was 90% the speed of light, all 4 Ships were suddenly pierced through, causing a huge explosion in the enemy fleet which resulted in the break of their formation.

  “Alice, whose EMP system does the Arbitrator use?” asked Vice Admiral Hood

  “The EMP System on UESF Arbitrator is developed and manufactured by Dragonfly Industry from the United Britannian Kingdom and it’s their most powerful EMP System yet.” Alice answered immediately without making Vice Admiral Hood wait for a second due to the severity of the current situation “This EMP system has been tested to be effective against the Energy Deflector Shield that is widely used in the Galaxy.”

  “Activate the EMP system NOW!” commanded Vice Admiral Hood after he heard that it’s effective against Energy Deflector Shield

  Burst of Energy suddenly being shot out of the Arbitrator and after a few seconds, waves of Energy Burst hit the Enemy Ships, causing their Energy Deflector Shield to malfunctioned and disabled by the EMP system but the EMP system also caused a widespread power surges on the Moon.

  “The enemy ships’ Deflector Shield is down” said Vice Admiral Hood “What are their hulls made out of?”

  “Scans show that their hulls are made out of Titanium Alloy.” answered Alice as it took a moment to scan all of the remaining 17 Enemy Ships.

  “All Turrets, Activate Railgun mode, Load twenty kiloTonnes Nuclear Cartridges.” Vice Admiral Hood continued as the Arbitrator was receiving heavy fires from enemy fleet but the Energy Deflector Shield prevented the incoming particle beams from reaching the Arbitrator’s Hull “Set Speed of the Cartridges to twenty thousand kilometres an hour”

  All turrets aimed at the enemy ships before they fired the cartridges at over 20,000km/h which was so fast that they reached the enemy ships within a few seconds and pierced their armour. The Cartridges’ Nuclear Warheads caused those 4 targeted ships to be exploded from the inside and due to the yield of the warheads, explosions erupted inside the Enemy fleet which caused more ships to be engulfed in the explosions, and after the explosions faded away, only the giant enemy starship remained in the fleet as the other 17 ships were destroyed in the explosion.

  “What on Earth is that ship? That ship is big.” said the surprised Vice Admiral Hood as Alice showed the zoomed up image of the Giant ship in the fleet.

  All of the 4 Main Turrets of the Arbitrator aimed at the remaining enemy ship and switched back to Positron Cannon mode before fired multiple white particle Beams totaling over 12 Particle Beams, travelling at a near light speed before Vice Admiral Hood could blink, the beams hit the enemy ship and pierced it right through the hull which caused the ship to have a hull bridge and damages to its Power System which in turn caused the ship’s aft to explode and since the ship was severely damage and the main Propulsion was destroyed, its course was heading to crash land on the moon.

  “This is Vice Admiral Tianlong, Vice Admiral Alex Hood, do you copy?’’ said Vice Admiral Tianlong as a Hologram of him appeared inside the Bridge, letting Vice Admiral Hood breathe a sigh of relief.

  “This is Vice Admiral Hood, what do you want?” replied Vice Admiral Hood as he stood up from his seat with the Hologram of Alice standing next to him.

  “The Barrel is ready, take the Arbitrator back to the station to install the barrel and the Star Focus Beam Cannon.” said Vice Admiral Tianlong “I am really impressed with the performance of the MK45 Positron Cannons.”

  “Yes, I am also impressed too.” said Vice Admiral Hood.

  “Return to base as soon as possible.” said Vice Admiral Tianlong before his hologram faded away.

  “Vice Admiral Hood.” Alice called out before she continued “I think this attack was just a first test. I think they are going to attack Earth with an even bigger fleet.”

  “We’ll have to wait and see.” Vice Admiral Hood replied back as he turned back to look at Alice “Return to the station.”

  “Yes, Vice Admiral.”

  Earth’s Main Docking Station\

  20 Minutes Later

  UESF Arbitrator’s Hangar Bay

  Inside the Hangar Bay, the Arbitrator could be seen stationed with a lot of personnel doing inspection to the Battleship as its 2 Forward and 2 Backward Positron Cannons were being taken out for inspections especially the Particle Accelerators of Cannons including the Barrels to check for damages after firing Particle Beams almost the speed of light for multiple Times.

  Vice Admiral Hood could be seen still being on the bridge, sitting near the Bridge’s Window while talking to Alice. They talked about the Galaxy for a moment before Vice Admiral Hood looked outside to see a crane lowering something into the Arbitrator’s Bow.

  “Is that the Star Focus Beam Cannon and the Barrel?” Vice Admiral Hood asked Alice.

  “Yes, I think so.” answered Alice as she looked outside the bridge.

  “My dad was once a Space Force Caption.” said Vice Admiral Hood as he tried to ease his mind after the Battle “He Served in the Space Force for twenty fives years but he died when I was ten in a car accident.”

  “I am sorry to hear that.” said Alice after she heard about Vice Admiral Hood’s Father tragedy. “It must have hurt you since you were still a child when your father died.”

  “Yes, it hit me right in the heart when I heard the news.” Vice Admiral Hood replied as he stared outside the bridge and the Star Focus Beam Cannon was finally installed “That’s why I join the Space Force, to continue my dad’s Legacy.”

  “According to the database, your father was part of the program called Project Night Dawn which was about developing and researching new technologies to build this ship,” said Alice as she checked the entire United Earth Armed Forces archives.

  “Yes.” replied Vice Admiral Hood as he looked down “It’s an honor that Admiral Bush assigned me to this ship as if he knew that my father played a big role in the project.”

  Vice Admiral Hood and Alice looked outside as two heavy cranes were lowering the 2 Forward Mk45 Positron Cannons back into their original locations.

  “Vice Admiral Hood.” said the Hologram of Vice Admiral Tianlong as it appeared inside the Arbitrator again “The Particle Accelerators seem to be in good conditions after the inspection”

  “So it means that we can fire a lot of shots of Particle Beams at near light speed.” said Vice Admiral Hood as he stood up.

  “Yes.” replied Vice Admiral Tianlong with a smile on his face “We now have advantage on our enemy.”

  “I agreed with Vice Admiral Tianlong's statement.” said Alice as she got up and stood beside Vice Admiral Hood “My scan shows that the incoming particle beams from the Supreme Galactic Empire’s ships travel at only fifty percent the speed of light.”

  “But we have to take Article Five of the Galactic Union seriously and cannot be overlooked,” said Vice Admiral Tianlong as he walked around. “We the United Earth Federation have started a Galactic War in this Galaxy.” he continued after he stopped and looked at Vice Admiral Hood. “We have to win this war no matter the cost.”

  “According to the Database of the United Britannian Kingdom, there’re a total of five nations in the Galactic Union” said Alice

  “What?” said the surprised Vice Admiral Hood “the United Britannian Kingdom knows all of the members in the Galactic Union?”

  “Yes.” said Alice.

  “Just let that topic aside.” said Vice Admiral Tianlong “Atlas Corporation has begun the manufacturing of a new Drive.”

  “Quantum Displacement Core Drive?” asked Alice

  “Yes!” answered Vice Admiral Tianlong “And the Arbitrator is going to be the first starship to be equipped with the drive once Atlas Corporation finally manufactured the first.”

  'The Drive that allows us to jump from point A to point B instantly.’ Vice Admiral Hood said to himself ‘A God like Power that will give us so much advantages’

  “Wait, I heard about a new Battleship class that will begin construction as soon as the Quantum Displacement Core Drive is finally manufactured.” said Vice Admiral Hood after a brief moment of thinking.

  “Ah, yes.” said Vice Admiral Tianlong “It’s the Constellation Class, State of the Art Battleship Class.” Vice Admiral Tianlong continued with Admiration in this talk “Every ship in the Constellation Class will receive a Quantum Displacement Core Drive.”

  “What about civilian transport?” asked Vice Admiral Hood “Will the Pegasus Class receive the Quantum Displacement Core? It will reduce the time needed to transport civilians between planets.”

  “We cannot.” answered Vice Admiral Tianlong “The File tells us the Quantum Displacement Core Drive requires immense Energy so If we wanted to put the Drive on the Pegasus Class, we’ll have to resort to making it powered by Quantum Singularity Engines.”

  “Wait, then, what about the Supernova Class?” asked Vice Admiral Hood. “Aren’t all remaining Supernova Class equipped with Quantum Singularity Engines with each having one Corrupt Matter Core?”

  “After a few tests, the 560A isn’t compatible with our new AI system” answered Vice Admiral Tianlong with disappointment on his face. “The New Constellation Class will be AI Controlled, connecting to the Central Network on Mars and will be equipped with 560A Extreme New Architecture or you can just call it 560A XRNA Quantum Supercomputer.” Vice Admiral Tianlong continued “Plus, the Quantum Displacement Core Drive requires a Quantum Singularity Engine with at least two Corrupt Matter Cores.”

  “Then, all 800 ships of the Supernova Class are useless.” said Vice Admiral Hood with frustration.

  “You forgot the purpose the Constellation Class.” said Vice Admiral Tianlong “The Constellation is designed to AI controlled and connect the mainframe on Mars but they all will be under your control”

  “Wait.” said Vice Admiral Hood after he heard Vice Admiral Tianlong’s answer “What do you mean that they’ll be under my command?”

  “When the Arbitrator receives the Quantum Displacement Core Drive, it will become a planet killing machine.” Vice Admiral Tianlong continued “It will find major planets of our adversaries and orders the constellation class ships to jump near those planets and destroy them”

  “Then, what about the United Earth Federation’s Motto?” said Alice hurriedly as she heard that the Arbitrator would become a planet-killing ship. “The Motto says that Peace and Forgiving come first.”

  “Since we’re in the Galactic War, that motto is useless.” said Vice Admiral Tianlong as he looked at Alice Fiercely “Either Lose this War and Earth being destroyed or Win this war and earn respect from every nation in the Galaxy.”
