United Earth Federation Occupied Military Base on Planet Platon, Gierce Star System

  0900 Hours

  Meeting Room

  “So, it appears that eighty nine percent of your people have voted to join our Federation and become the 101st states.” said Senator Rarry to Mayor Berenet inside the meeting room with the other 3 Senators including Admiral John Bush who was reading a letter he just got. Without letting Senator Rarry finished his talk for a bit, Admiral Bush whispered to Senator Rarry, telling him something important.

  “It looks like the other six Planets accepted to join the Federation.” said Senator Rarry to Mayor Berenet “In other words, twenty more states.”

  “Hey, it looks like we were misinformed.” Admiral Bush whispered to Senator Rarry “It’s no 10 More Star Systems but rather 134 Star Systems with only 7 Star Systems that have Habitable Planets including this one”

  “That’s a lot of new states coming to the federation” replied Senator Rarry silently.

  Admiral Bush could be seen writing something on a piece of paper before signing a piece of paper before Giving it to his subordinate behind him.

  “Take it and send it to Earth Space Station via HyperSpace Communication, NOW!”

  “Yes sir” His Subordinate replied before leaving the room with the paper in his hand.

  Earth’s Main Docking Station

  10th of July, 2155CE

  Section 4 of the Station, Main Orbital Shipyard

  A man in a white Space Force Suit with a white hat could be seen standing in front of glass windows, staring at something outside that had been finished construction. He seemed to be in his 40s and appeared to be Chinese. There was a name tag on his shirt’s left pocket that read ‘Vice Admiral Tianlong’

  “Vice Admiral, A Letter has been sent from Admiral Bush from Platon.” Said a Space Force Personnel as he approached the Vice Admiral “He finally issued the order to commission her, sir”

  “Now, It's Time to show the Galaxy why they shouldn't mess with us,” said Vice Admiral Tianlong after closing his eyes for a bit before opening them and continuing “Commission UESF Arbitrator, NOW! Get all of the crews ready immediately”

  “Sir, there’s another order from Admiral” said the Space Force Personnel “He wants the Battleship to be fully AI controlled. He wants the Lunar Eclipse Super Quantum Computer to be the main controller of the UESF Arbitrator”

  “What!?” Shouted Vice Admiral Tianlong “But Lunar Eclipse is still currently under testing especially the New Hexadecimal Computational System.”

  “It’s his Order.” Said the Space Force Personnel.

  Testing Lab

  Section 2 of the Station

  Every scientist involved in the development of the Lunar Eclipse Super Quantum Computer was there, testing the Super Quantum Computer. The Room was brightly lit with what seemed to be a huge white cylinder. Beside that cylinder was a screen with a scientist, appearing to be doing something only scientists inside the room could understand.

  “This Computer is NOT governed by Quantum Mechanics so we HAVE to be careful while testing it.” Said the Scientist who was doing something on the screen.

  “This drive contains an Equation that took our last generation of Quantum Computers, the Solar eclipse, approximately fifty billion years to find the answer. Now, let’s test it with this Computer” said the same scientist before he clicked the drive into one of the huge slots beside him. He noticed that the Computer couldn’t recognize the Drive but without a second thought, it suddenly read the entire drive. “The Computer finally has the equation in its random access memory and now” after saying this, he clicked enter.

  Other Scientists inside the room looked at that Scientist as he was about to click enter. Everyone sweated, wanting to see how long it would take the Lunar Eclipse Super Quantum Computer to find the answer.

  “Oh my god” said the scientist in disbelief as not even a second after he clicked enter, the Lunar Eclipse already gave him the answer “how is that even possible!?”

  “Maybe check the work it has done” asked one of the scientists.

  “Sixteen times ten to the power of five million lines of work was done in a mere second” said the Scientist in shock and disbelief, not knowing what to say next. ‘2nd Law of Quantum Manipulation is going to change our computing forever’ he thought to himself.

  Within letting the scientist celebrate for a moment, a staff member came in with the news with him.

  “Everyone, Admiral Bush has ordered that Super Quantum Computer to be installed on the Arbitrator Class.” said the Staff member after every scientist cheered for a moment.

  “We only have one Lunar Eclipse, It should be protected, not installed on a starship that can be destroyed at any given moment.” said the Lead Scientist of the Super Computer Programme to the Staff before he sighed “Fine, Take it to the Arbitrator. Prepare a transport vehicle, now.”

  12 Minutes Later

  Section 4 of the Station

  Hangar Bay

  Inside the Huge Hangar Bays, Vice Admiral Tianlong was there, inspecting the process as weapons and missiles were being transported to the docked UESF Arbitrator after it was officially commissioned.

  “Is that truck carrying the Super Gravity Cartridges?” asked Vice Admiral Tianlong after he stopped a personnel while observing the truck.

  “Yes, Vice Admiral.” replied the Personnel after he turned back and saw the truck.

  ‘Two Hundred and Forty Trillion Dollars worth of weapons on just one single truck.’ Vice Admiral Tianlong said to himself after letting the personnel continue doing his job. ‘And that amount of money we can only manufacture forty eight Super Gravity Cartridges, Damn, it’s getting expensive’ he continued saying to himself before he noticed a truck carrying the Lunar Eclipse Super Quantum Computer parking near UESF Arbitrator to load it to the Starship.

  He walked to the truck and saw the lead scientist of the programme. He stood from far away as he saw the Super Quantum Computer being lifted near the Ship’s opened Bridge. The ship’s bridge needed to be opened in order to put the Super Quantum Computer in due to the size.

  He continued to observe workers from the ground. He looked at the starship’s Main Thrust Engine, Celestial Nexus Cosmo Engine, wanting to test the starship’s sunlight speed while having only one thrust engine. He looked at the Hull of the starship as Drones were being loaded into the Automated Hangar Bay with Automated Launching System.

  ‘MQ zero five Stingray, What a marvel of Engineering.’ he said to himself as the MQ-05 Stingray was being loaded into the starship’s hanger. He admired the drone so much because the Drone was the first ever vehicle operated by the United Earth Armed Forces to have the Have Multi-Dimensional Capability, allowing it to go to already discovered Dimensions with ease for recon purposes

  The Original Plan for UESF Arbitrator was that she’s going to be powered by the 560A XR, a version of the 560A with a bigger chip die but after she was repurposed to be a ultimate mobile superweapon for the Federation and was equipped with 48 Super Gravity Cartridges, Admiral Bush thought that it’s best for an even more advanced AI with better Capability and Critical thinking to handle the Super Gravity Cartridges and the Star Focus Beam Cannon with Improved Barrel and that AI is none other than the Artificial Super Intelligent of the Lunar Eclipse Super Quantum Computer.

  “All Personnel inside the hangar bay, please exit the area as soon as possible” a female announcement voice was heard by everyone inside the Hanger Bay, including Vice Admiral Tianlong.

  Everyone including Vice Admiral Tianlong made their way to the safe era set up by the system. Everyone stood from the safe area, watching as UESF Arbitrator was starting its enormous Celestial Nexus Cosmo Engine, roaring to life while producing a lot of noise inside the hangar bay. An Energy Barrier was activated in between the safe area and UESF Arbitrator, protecting everyone. The Hangar door opened slowly as air started to escape into space and the Energy Barrier prevented air from escaping, shielding everyone from being vacuumed into space. The Gravity in the area was also deactivated which made the Arbitrator flood due to Zero Gravity.

  Everyone stood there, watching UESF Arbitrator slowly leaving the hangar bay. It took her a while to leave the hangar bay before the hangar door closed and the area was pressurised again and the Energy Barrier was shutted down.

  “Vice Admiral, the Prisoner of War has agreed to answer our question.” an Officer came up to Vice Admiral Tianlong Not longer after the Energy Barrier was down “He wants to speak with a high ranking officer and you’re the only one who’s not busy”

  “I’ll be there soon.” replied Vice Admiral Tianlong.

  At the Command Centre in the middle of the Space Station, everyone inside the room looked the Starship, making its way into the direction of Super Earth all the way in Alpha Centauri and without a moment of waiting, the Arbitrator activated the Transit Warp Drive, jumping into Transit Space on course for Super Earth, approximately 4.37 Light Years away.

  A journey Earthling once thought would take years turned into seconds as UESF Arbitrator exited the Warp Portal, arriving at Point Lagrange A of Super Earth. Her relatively small size confused the personnels inside the Command Centre of the Super Earth’s Main Orbital Space Station as to what starship it was despite it being identified as United Earth Federation’s Starship in the system but with no name or identification.

  Vice Admiral Alexander Halsey, a 41-year-old Man born in a state on the New America Continent, Super Earth, looked at the starship from the Command Centre, wondering what it was. He stood there, looking at it as it was about to enter the atmosphere at great speed before he suddenly received a message.

  “Vice Admiral, an incoming call from Earth’s Main Space Station.” said A Personnel before handing Vice Admiral Halsey the phone.

  “Vice Admiral Halsey” the voice from side was heard by Vice Admiral Halsey and it was Vice Admiral Tianlong “The Starship you’re seeing is the UESF Arbitrator”

  “How didn’t even I know about this?” asked Vice Admiral Halsey back

  “It’s a secret starship.” answered Vice Admiral Tianlong “Only few people know about its existence” he continued “You might want to check it out because it has what you need.”

  “I’ll go to the Arbitrator as soon as possible” replied Vice Admiral Halsey before the call suddenly ended.

  “Sir, the system suddenly updated at that starship is named Arbitrator?” shouted a Personnel who was in charge of identifying incoming starships. “It has no identification number in the system”

  Super Earth’s Main Military Base

  Westford Republic

  30 Minutes later

  10th of July, 2155CE Earth’s Calendar

  1312 Hours

  The Base was huge but not as huge as the biggest on Mars. The base was packed with buildings and military personnel, including vehicles ranging from trucks to planes. There’s a huge landing strip on the north of the base and a huge hangar bay on the north-east of the base, housing hundreds of Space Fighters.

  On the east side of the base, a couple Freedom Class Super Destroyers could be seen stationed there, with their enormous two forward triple barrel positron cannon/railgun. The Arbitrator suddenly landed and it attracted a lot of attention from military personnel all around it, trying to get a good idea on what the starship was. A Group of Military Personnel including Vice Admiral Halsey could be seen waiting for the Starship yo properly land and took a while before the Arbitrator was ready to be boarded.

  UESF Arbitrator

  Everyone entered the bridge where a hologram of a woman could be seen standing looking outside the bridge before turning around to greet them.

  “Welcome on board UESF Arbitrator everyone” said the Holographic woman “My name is Alice and I am the main AI of the ship.”

  “Do you know why are we here” asked Vice Admiral Halsey

  “Negative” replied Alice

  “We’re here because we need you to access this particular storage system,” said Vice Admiral Halsey before a bunch of personnel entered the room with a white box with them, not a normal white box but rather a very advanced storage.

  “Why does the accessing of the storage system has to do with me” asked Alice

  “You're running of a Hexadecimal Computational System so only you can access it” Answered Vice Admiral Halsey

  “I’ll try my best” replied Alice before a personnel connected a cable to the main Processing System of the Super Quantum Computer inside the bridge. Everyone looked at Alice with nervousness and hoped that she could read the code and less than a moment of waiting, Alice gave them the answer. “I managed to find a video file with a huge file” Alice continued “Do you want to play the video?”

  “Do it” answered Vice Admiral Halsey without any hesitation.

  “Hello descendant of the United Earth Federation” a holographic video was played beside Alice. A man in his 50’s could be seen standing, having a sad expression and seemed to be in deep regret “Since you are able to play this video, then, congratulation for your success on creating a computer capable of running Hexadecimal System and achieving an parallel computing power by using the 2nd Law of Quantum Manipulation. I might need to introduce myself before I continue. My name is Admiral Selence, one of the ten Admiral of the United Earth Space Forces in the year 121,502 Galactic Era. You might be wondering, how on Earth can I be a UESF Admiral? Before I answer this question, I have something to show you. This is United Earth Federation’s New Home Planet, Eartha, located in the M365 Galaxy, near the edge of the universe.” A map of the New Solar System appeared, showing Eartha in the Habitable Zone and having the size 10 percent smaller than Earth “You might also wonder, why did We migrate to this planet? This was because of a war, a war which led to the use of a weapon that we deeping regretted using and the regret that we are trying to fix starting from ....”

  The Video suddenly stopped playing, shutting off completely. Everyone in the bridge, including Alice, baffled, trying to get a good idea of what just happened.

  “Vice Admiral” Alice suddenly called out Vice Admiral to inform him of an error she found inside the file “Since the storage is over three hundred thousand years old, most of the data corroded away due the material used to make this storage system but the file I talked about earlier remained intact”

  “Translate that file into binary code” Vice Admiral Halsey ordered immediately without any hesitation.

  “Affirmative”

  Everyone exited the Arbitrator and walked back to the main headquarters of the Base. UESF Arbitrator, having to complete another order which was her going to Platon to receive command from Admiral Bush, Alice controlled the Arbitrator and made her way out of the planet as Vice Admiral Halsey watched as she was leaving the atmosphere of the planet. Vice Admiral Halsey continued his way back to the base’s commande centre

  “Sir, the File contained a blueprint of a drive capable of instant interstellar jump called Quantum Displacement Core Drive? and an atomic structure of a new material called Mjolnir.” said a personnel while following Vice Admiral Halsey.

  “Send it to Admiral Bush including the video.” Vice Admiral Halsey ordered after a moment of thinking. “Analyze that video thoroughly. We need to know why he said ‘Descendant of United Earth Federation’.”

  “Yes, Sir.”

  Back on Earth’s Main Docking Station

  30 Minutes after UESF Arbitrator Departed for Super Earth

  Interrogation Room

  Inside the small dimly lit room, a man wearing white was sitting in front of the table while Vice Admiral Tianlong was standing on the other side of the table while having four guards standing on all 4 Corners of the room. Vice Admiral Tianlong looked at the Man fiercely as the man was looking down at the tabletop when all of the sudden, the man started speaking.

  “You made a Mistake.” said the man with a low tone. He was the Captain of the destroyed Oriented Republic’s Galactic Class and captured after the Battle for Earth.

  “What do you mean by we made a mistake!?” shouted Vice Admiral Tianlong as he slammed the table very hard. “You tried to destroy our home planet and you just said that we made a mistake!?”

  “You United Earth Federation know nothing about the Galaxy!” shouted the man

  “And what do you mean by that.” asked Vice Admiral Tianlong as he approached the man from the side.

  “Oriented Republic is part of the Galactic Union.” said the Man

  “Mind telling us what the Galactic Union is?” asked Vice Admiral Tianlong

  “I don’t need to tell you what it is but all I want to tell you is that, It’s like your version of NATO.” answered the man as he lifted his head up.

  ‘NATO…’ Vice Admiral Tianlong thought for a bit before the History lesson he learnt from school paid off. ‘North Atlantic Treaty Organization!?’

  “Tell Admiral Bush that we have a huge problem!” shouted Vice Admiral Tianlong

  “You sure know a lot about our history,” said Vice Admiral Tianlong to the man face to face. “All four of you, be sure that he stays here because I have more questions”
