  Halloween nears, and with it comes one of the game’s festivals - the Festival of Hallowed Stars! Spooks and ghouls and all things that go bump in the night rise in the Capital. Meanwhile, frustrations are mounting at the Vanguard’s lack of progress in the Citadel Gardens. In these dark nights, as the late-Autumn cold sets in, there may be only one way to keep the monsters at bay and thaw the tensions: a bonfire.
