The person who walked into the hall was dressed in a dirty, white, ragged blouse and a pair of white baggy pants; it had a few parts of her clothes ripped open, showing purple bruises and a couple of red gash on her skin.

  Her hair was dirty and had a few blood stains here and there, her eyes seemed to dart all around the room as if looking for someone, at least till they focused on Alexa.

  “YOU!” The girl said pointing at Alexa.

  At this moment Alexa noticed the other people that had come into the room with her, most of these looked to be [Adult Stage - Human]s, a few [Teenager Stage] mixed here and there and at least one [Kid Stage], Alexa wasn’t sure if it was someone under the spell of the girl who was frothing from her mouth.

  Who was this?

  “Hello Meli-Meli, long time no see.” Alexa waved at the girl with the crazed look.

  How was Alexa able to speak this casually to her? Well, if you think about it, Alexa spoke with a Spider Monster living in the sewers, a crazed teacher who interacted with copies from other broken realities, and if that wasn’t enough. Then there is also the fact that she had a blonde cheater decring himself to be her Big Brother.

  Someone who according to the interweebs was either a [Dragon], a [Paragon] or [The Second Comming of a Prophet heralding a camity]. Alexa liked more the bel that she had for him, Alexanders was a cheater and that was that.

  And if that wasn’t enough, Alexa also interacted with a woman who could detect lies, her boss was a [Machine] spirit and her favorite boss was a pile of sentient rocks. Also her [Big Sister] liked to pull out her [Young Woman - Stage] to get free drinks.

  A little girl who could manipute the minds of those near her to do her bidding wasn’t that weird in contrast.

  Not that anyone else knew that!

  “Alexa? Who is that girl?” The Spears Teacher, for example, didn’t seem to know who she was.

  “She is Meli-Meli!” Alexa answered, pointing at the Meli-Meli in question.

  “AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!” On the other hand, the scream that Alexa heard from the back was that of her previous teacher Miss [Baking]! Alexa didn’t know her teacher would be here! If she had known, she would have gone to say hi!

  It was common knowledge that cute girls went to say Hi to their teachers! How did Alexa know? Because Alexa was the cutestest girl and she said so! So it was obvious that it would be true! It was logical!

  “Nononononononononononono you shouldn’t be here!” Her Teacher [Baking] continued screaming as she sank her fingers into her face, “They were going to help you! They promised me that they would fix you!!!!”

  Something seemed to be…wrong, Alexa couldn’t be sure what it was.

  “Main Core?” So she asked someone who always seemed to want to act as a smartass.

  “[There seems to be some resonance between Human Designation: Eloise Baker and Human Designation: Melissandra Singh. Also it seems that a logic loop is going on between both entities, host’s mana has been removed from Human Designation: Eloise Baker, so there isn’t anything to stabilize the target.]”

  So they removed Alexa’s…no wait, it wasn’t Alexa the one to do it, they removed P4’s thingy? Alexa hadn’t gotten around to check how it had done that. It shouldn’t have been possible, so far Alexa’s attempt at using her Nanites at range hadn’t worked after all.

  But P4 had done it, so it was doable.

  No wait, important stuff!

  “Is there a way to help?” Alexa asked aloud.

  “Help?” Meli-Meli answered as she ughed in a weird shrill-like way of ughing, “You? After what you did?”

  It was a ugh like some “Kakakakakakakakakakakakaka,” Or something like that, it was a very weird way to ugh if Alexa was to be honest.

  “And that is something coming from Alexa,” “Who even ughs in Ka’s? So weird…”

  Even the mean one and the naggy one said so!

  Also rude!

  “You broke everything!” Meli-Meli screamed at Alexa as she raised her left hand and pointed to the far end of the room, from the door a quite literal human wave of bodies came forth and rushed in that direction.

  The people that were on the way screamed and ran away; a few took too long to move away and got surrounded by the weird [Humans] that were moving more as an entity than as individuals. Alexa had seen that type of behavior before, not in [Humans], but in other P-series test subjects. Also, in some of the entities that they put against her.

  Mostly on the [Swarm] type subjects, those that attacked as entities, the ones that would never stop moving unless Alexa got rid of their tower…

  But…As far as she was aware the [Humans] didn’t behave like that, at least she didn’t got that impresion, proof of that was the fact that no one had found that Alexa wasn’t really a [Human]. Well, anyone besides Alexanders, but yet again, he didn’t count since he was cheating.

  “Gwaaaaaaahhh, help!” Some of the people that got surrounded and piled upon said that as their bodies got surrounded by the [Swarm - Humans], “They are biting me! Help! Nooo!!! GRAAAAAHHHH”

  ….Alexa now was hungry, would the Spears Teacher mind if she ate some of her snacks? Maybe she could take a nom of someone nearby…

  “Oh god….I had heard about cannibalism from a bad trigger…but this….is she forcing them into cannibalism? The horror…” Or not, why was it so wrong to nom another [Human]? Meat was meat!

  Alexa didn’t understand these [Humans], but oh well, at least that meant that no one would nom Alexa either, so small victories.

  “Students!” Suddenly, the voice of the Theater…or not, of Alexa’s Teacher(From the Css of the Elites) sounded, “This is not a simucrum; this is officially a Category B emergency; please start to evacuate the pce, teachers, please direct your students.”

  The whole hall turned into silence for a second, or at least it felt like a second.

  “Css F & E, this way!” At least till people started speaking aloud, “Eloise! Let’s go, we need to get your friend and move to a safe area!”

  Some other woman said as they pulled Alexa’s teacher away, they seemed to struggle for a few seconds, at least till Alexa saw [Eleanore] rushing in their direction and lifting Alexa’s Teacher.

  [Eleanore] turned to look into Alexa’s direction for a few seconds, only to nod at her and run away pulling Teach [Baking] away from the pce.

  “Css E & F, let’s move!!” The other [Woman] said once again. A group of kids running away, among them, most of those that had been cheering for the Beatrice girl moved with them.

  The same happened to the csses D, C, B, and A. Some of that to a higher degree of coordination, the higher the grade of a css the less panic there was for some reason, why were they confident like this.

  “It’s because they know how many defenses CRADDLE has.” Glory suddenly said at Alexa’s side. How had she done that? Had she awoken a [Core] like the one the Teacher person had!?!?!?!?

  “[Cssmate Designation: Glory Bckthorn has been whitelisted as a nondangerous entity. Priority alert for her has been lowered to the lowest possible.]”

  But she was going to wake a [Core]! She should be on the highest possible alert possible!

  “[No evidence of any possible reason for Cssmate Designation: Glory Bckthorn to be a candidate to awakening a Core.]”

  But it would make sense! The st time was Meli-Meli, who now had returned for vengeance! So Glory was the obvious next one!

  “Also, they are aware that we the css of the Elite are still here, so if we are keeping our cool, it means they are safe.” An said as he walked slowly to their side, he seemed to be groaning every time he moved; had he been hurt that badly? “More so since I am standing here, it gives them peace of mind.”

  So…Meli-Meli wasn’t a threat?

  “Make no mistake, we are at great risk.” The Teacher person materialized (Quite literaly) at their side, how was no one making an statement about that! It was weird! “Please take care of the security Alice.”

  Alice?

  “I can help here too,” The Spears Teacher said back to the Theat…no wait, to the…Should Alexa start using his [Name]? It felt weird using it, but so many Teacher persons around….It made Alexa dizzy using the Teacher person to refer to her Teacher Person…

  Eh whatever, the Medicci person turned to look at the Spears Teacher and said, “We are fine, besides the [Core User] students remained behind right? Add to that the peace of mind granted by my css and most of the students should be wondering about when this will be solved, they will need to be ready. Also…”

  The Medicci person said pointing behind them, to the pce that the students had evacuated, “I want someone to make sure the door will remain open, at least till my normal students evacuate.”

  The Spears person turned to look in the direction that the Medicci person had pointed, “You don’t think….” She said while her face turned white at some realization, “They wouldn’t! They are kids!”

  “I don’t doubt in their good intentions,” The Medicci person said shaking his head, “I fear for their good intentions.”

  As this was happening, Meli-Meli raised her left hand and pointed to the other wall, as a repetition of what happened before, a wave of humans came running out, these, like the other before seemed to look more like…poorly puppeteered toys than humans if Alexa was to be honest.

  “Their good intentions?” The Spears person said, confused, “How could they close the door with good intentions? That makes no sense.”

  Alexa could see it as the faces beyond the cracks in reality smiled viciously, “But you see, it was with their best intentions that they would close the door, lest there is a risk for the evil [Core User] to put at risk the students…”

  “But the students should be safe in their vaults!” The Spears person said aloud, “The only people at risk…are….the….Teachers…..”

  And there it was, the face of someone who finally tasted Mango and found the truth of the universe, or in this case, the face of someone who understood something; if Alexa was to be honest, she liked her example more.

  “...They wouldn’t!” The Spears teacher said again, gring in the direction of the door that had someone standing there, nervously moving from side to side and seemingly talking to itself.

  “I would make haste, also take with you the normal students that remain.” The Meddici person said, “I’ll keep Alexa Saintsworths….And maybe Starcroft if she is avaible.”

  The Beatrice person? No, wait, there were only two [Core Users]? What about the games for [Core Users]?

  “They left with their csses,” The Medicci person said as if reading what Alexa wanted to ask, “It is a common strategy in these cases, if a css has a [Core User], that [Core User] will become a beacon of hope and stand at the front to defend everyone else…should they come forward with their [Core]. Every student with a [Core] is told the same if they wish to become a beacon of hope. They are granted that opportunity.”

  So all the participants for the [Core User] games….

  “Okay, Bckthorn, Harmonia! Let’s go!” The Spears teacher said, carrying An and Glory on her left and right arm, “The rest of you! Come with me! We are running!”

  And so, most of the students from Alexa’s Css of the Elite started waddling towards the door; at the back stood the Spears person looking frustrated at their speed. To be honest, Alexa was being extra good with them, saying that they were waddling because while they looked cool coming to this side, walking in slow motion…

  They looked quite ridiculous trying to run and look cool.

  “I’ll start hitting your back if you don’t run seriously, and right now the only thing I can use to hit you are my feet, so you will get a kick!” The Spears person said aloud; this was the signal for the mad dash from Alexa’s cssmates.

  All that remained now was Alexa and the Meddici person….plus Meli-Meli and god knows how many of these swarm-like people that Meli-Meli had brought with her.

  “Now….this is not the pce for this, it was not written like this, what do you think you are doing Melissandra Singh?” The Meddici person said turning to Meli-Meli.

  The Spears teacher person was far away and screaming at the other kids that were running away, too far away to hear what the Medicci person had asked. But Alexa had heard it, and she was curious, Meli-Meli wasn’t supposed to come now?

  Then Alexa was right, and Glory was the one supposed to come to fight! Perhaps Glory could trigger her [Core] while running away? Then return for an epic fight?

  “She made everything go wrong!” Meli-Meli screamed while pointing at Alexa, all the [Humans] behind her pointed at Alexa too while crying, it was weird.

  “She is a [Protagonist] and you were a [First friend turned Evil] for her,” The Meddici person said looking at Alexa, “It is how it was meant to happen.”

  “No!” Meli-Meli screamed back, her pink mana flooding around attempting to worm into Alexa, only for Main Core to purify and store it for ter use.

  The Medici person merely let the pink mana wash over him, and the other Teacher persons beyond the cracks in reality took it and ripped it out of him; they then ate the pink mana as starved animals.

  Was it tasty? Alexa would need to try noming Mana one of these days, how would that even taste tho?

  “She made it so Papa and Mama broke!” Meli-Meli screamed at Alexa, “Now they are truly gone! The monsters won! They won’t even look at me! Even though I am a good girl! Even though I did my best! I did my homework! Made friends! And even smiled every morning! No matter how much it hurt! No matter how much I wanted to cry!”

  Among the figures two people got pulled forward, they were inside an iron cell, two [Adult Stage - Human], both looked…damaged. Their eyes were empty, they drooled from their mouths and more importantly, they looked like Meli-Meli….or close enough anyway.

  “Look!” Meli-Meli pointed at them, “They are gone! No good [Feels], no bad [Feels], [NOTHING]! They are gone! They took them from me and made them wrong! They apologized to me, said they would do better, but I know! They weren’t in the wrong, the [Monster] was in the wrong!”

  Meli-Meli at this point was crying red. How was she even doing that? Alexa didn’t know [Humans] tears could be red. Was…was that blood?

  “[While possible, there is no logical reason why Human Designation: Melissandra Singh would suddenly start crying blood. Host’s Body isn’t wired in a way that would allow it unless there is a rupture in a blood vessel near the tear channel around the eyes.]”

  ….so it was possible?

  “I rescued them! And even though I removed the [Monster]s they didn’t return!” Meli-Meli continued crying as she pointed at the [Humans] on the cells, “The [Monsters] won in the end, they took my parents with them! I knew that I shouldn’t removed them, my [Core] said that! But…I couldn’t….They did nothing wrong! The [Monsters] did it! And if they were going to say that my Parents were in the wrong then I didn’t want to wait for the [Monsters] to leave, so I removed them!”

  Wait….

  Meli-Meli [Removed] the [Monster]?

  Main Core?

  “[Human Designation: Melissandra Singh has a Core Power that allows her to interface with Emotions directly, it was noted that she could influence to some degree the Consciousness Stream of the people around her. It is possible that she forcefully removed the Consciousness Stream of those two Humans in a way that left their Body disconnected from their Consciousness Stream.]”

  Meaning?

  “[,....She broke them. Those two Humans can no longer work as living entities.]”

  Oh….well, that was no good. Alexa didn’t want that to happen to her.

  ….Well, not that Meli-Meli would do that to her.

  “So she needs to suffer what my parents suffered!” Meli-Meli suddenly gred in Alexa’s direction. “I’ll use her as an offering to try and fix Papa and Mama!”

  ….dang it.
