  While Mitsuki was hugging the mast of the ship for dear life, I was here smoking inside the stasis bubble created by Ouroboros Omniscia.

  It takes about 30 minutes to get from Myagi shore to Iwate. We already finished half the journey.

  Looking at the coffin behind me, I smiled. I know how already, just fuck it over.

  Since that thing decided to bck out Mitsuki's book, I had to change my game pn a little bit. I'm gonna jump Mitsuki if that thing actually comes out.

  The fuck? Another attack on Ataraxia? It has only been a few days after the whole shit show with Judas.

  Wait...

  I checked the news of other Gem Holder Academies. Libertas... the girl's dorm room blew up, apparently a prank from the boys, now there is a whole fucking war going on. Lux... some students were dumb enough and approach the Gáe Bolg Forest and got themselves killed since the forest is next to the Academy. Aequilibrium became a mobile fortress and now is having a siege battle against the Akashic Insurgency.

  Do these Academies get attacked or get into trouble every other week?

  They are already crazy. Lux's Headmaster is a military guy, I had a bloody battle with him. Selen, a fucking Dragon, being the Dean of Libertas. Aequilibrium's Principal is an Earth Spirit. John Titor may or may not have been a time traveler and an Apostle of Jesus.

  Hm? Oh, we are getting close to a cliffside full of spiky rocks. I would survive, but Mitsuki probably won't.

  I got out of the stasis bubble and immediately felt the whipsh of the wind against my face. Fuck, this is pretty bad...

  I grabbed hold of the helm wheel, spinning it to the right in order to not crash and potentially kill Mitsuki.

  "CHAAARLOOTTEEEEE!!!"

  But she got flung off the boat anyway, into the cold water. I sighed, this girl is just full of trouble.

  "Avalon, get her out of the water.", I called them out.

  Moments ter, Mitsuki got flung out of the water by something and nded on the deck. Oooh... that looks pretty painful, she nded on her ass with a resounding thump.

  "Charlotte! Charlotte! A dolphin just hit me on the back and sent me flying!", nevermind, she's fine.

  "We are going to nd very soon.", I manage the speed of the ship, slowly decreasing it and going around in a circle.

  Eventually, the ship stopped. Then I moved it closer to a lower part of the cliffside. Meanwhile, I keep checking on Mitsuki... she is nervous, holding the spear tightly; her eyes fixed on something innd...

  "Mitsuki.", I took her attention, "I'll support you from afar."

  "Really...?", she looks at me with a hopeful gaze.

  "Really, now go and deal with your family problem.", by murdering the fuck out of them.

  Is this assisted murder? Well, yes it is. There is no denying it.

  With a determined look and a confident smile, Mitsuki nodded and used her power to teleport to nd. She began to run.

  "Enna, there is no need to follow her any further. Return to the ship with my nce.", I smiled, "We are going to light some fireworks!"

  I began to push buttons on the terminals, opening the 3D terrain map, the anemometer, the trajectory calcutor, and the cannon controls.

  I don't know where the resident is, but I can take a guess... using the 3D terrain map, I began to check out any odd spot on the ground. No... not a city... vilges... too small...

  Oh, there is a resident on Mount Iwate, protruding suspiciously out of the side, overlooking Morioka... no, this is just some rich person's lodge. A famous Demon Syer family's residence should be hidden and hard to access.

  So it should be somewhere people still can get to, but are unwilling to go to...

  Ah, I found it.

  "Geibikei.", a ravine designated as a National Pce of Scenic Beauty and Natural Monument. I really don't care about natural beauty, so for the sake of my friend~ I will have to destroy it.

  I combine the functions of all the screens I opened up... this shouldn't take long.

  I take that back, Sincir didn't install any advanced CPU. It's slow as fuck.

  With a series of teleportations, Mitsuki was avoiding the poputed area, in order to get to the resident as fast as possible while avoiding alerting the Demon Syers in the area.

  This is something she has to do alone...

  Charlotte said she would come to support Mitsuki. But the girl would rather do this by herself, not wanting to rope her friend into this domestic problem—

  "Oh damn.", Mitsuki stopped, looking up to the sky.

  Sixteen glowing dots in the sky, heading straight for the Geibikei ravine - where the resident of the Okita family is.

  "Looks like Charlotte is giving artillery support— wait! Is she going to pull a Wisconsin?!"

  During the Korean War following the Great War, there was a U.S. Navy ship with a spotless record... that was ruined during the war. A gun battery hit the ship with a lucky shot, that was until the ship turned all of her guns towards the attacker... obliterating everything, including the hill the artillery squad was on. That ship was none other than the USS Wisconsin.

  And Charlotte was about to recreate that scene, a natural wonder was about to become a ruined wonder.

  A second volley followed shortly after—

  Mitsuki promptly hurried up, there might be no home for her to return to if this is it... she just hope that Charlotte does not fire a third volley.

  You know, I should've expected this. Firing two volleys of ancient magical artillery shots attracts a lot of attention.

  From the distance, I can see a bunch of patrol boats coming, maybe about fifty. Meanwhile, I am on a glowing silver ship in the midst of the night.

  So I already put on my mask to hide my identity... and turned the artillery turrets towards the boats. It might take a while before she reaches her destination, so might as well have some fun.

  "This is the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force! State who you are and surrender yourself!!", someone shouted through a speaker.

  I pushed a button on the terminal, raising a microphone.

  "Sorry, I don't speak Japanese.", I replied in perfect Japanese.

  "We have you surrounded!!"

  Me surrendering? Nah... oh, I just have a great idea~

  Controlling the turrets, I began to aim the artillery into the sky. And they began charging...

  I snickered, "Dude, was that not obvious enough? Anyway, I have a Leviathan to sy, so get going."

  I turned off the microphone.

  "Avalon, how about we have a test battle?", I suggested to my dear companion.

  Then from the water rises a glowing whale, its body partially covered in glittering crystals, just further illuminates its glowing body.

  "Woah...", it's honestly beautiful.

  I can't help but stare at it.

  Then as I was admiring the whale, it sprouted two majestic wings made out of blue crystal... with just one fp, hundreds of crystal shards were sent, crashing into the patrol boats and lit on fire...

  Just like that... fifty boats were destroyed. And it dived back into the water.

  "Enna, my briefcase.", I called out and removed my mask at the same time.

  The bck briefcase dropped down from the sky, I snatched it before it could touch the deck. Opening and taking the nce out... letting the silver tendrils bind my right arm.

  "In the Name of Humanity.", the wind began to pick up and form around my nce.

  The sky also darkens, and I can hear the rumbling thunder and... see fshes of lightning.

  Closing my eyes... I began to focus my power...

  "I am Charlotte Silvi."

  I feel something different...

  "Ruler of the World."

  Justice Mist began to seep out of my body...

  "Souls of the Void, Spirits of Infinity."

  Circuit veins of Survive began to extend from my eyes.

  "A Light in the Vast Darkness, Singurity of Desperation and Despair."

  My hair began to change into a soft azure color, intertwined with my silvery hair. I feel my emotions begin to dull... no...

  "IGNITE! THE FOREVER BURNING TORCH OF INSTINCT!!", I broke out of the complete concentration... no more dull emotions.

  "May the Fme of Humanity shine Eternally!!"

  Blue wisps came out of my eyes, leaving trails of azure light as I moved...

  Electricity and white fshes of light crackled around me. I smiled, feeling like I just unlocked something new...

  You know, I have no fucking idea how I got this power. Maybe someone else is brawling with Romulus and did something... this feels familiar, but also new at the same time... heha~

  "By the Rite of Steel and Gunpowder... Avalon, I will show you the height of human Survival!!"

  The whale in the water roared, sending massive waves crashing into the ship in an attempt to flip me over.

  I touched the coffin, right on the infinity symbol, "Gear Up: Imprisoned Arsenal, Ouroboros Omniscia!!"

  The coffin changes shape as if it was absorbed by me— no, it transforms to suit my needs. Hehahahaha~ something about this freebie... it amplifies my power...

  Now Harness has become Gear Up, I can now make things more... suitable for my needs. Ouroboros Omniscia was storing my gauntlet— no, more like I was using the coffin as a battery charger.

  But now? The two merged into a silver gauntlet with two harpoons on top, two chainsaws at the bottom, and five extremely sharp cws!! Oooh~ when I brush the cws against each other, sparks of electricity come out, this is neat.

  Before I get to my fun, I need to do something.

  Pointing Quirinus at the water, "Raise the wind of sanctuary, and bring these poor souls to safety."

  The wind began to pick up, creating a cyclone, which in turn, became a watersprout— picking up all the people in the water.

  I still have no fucking idea how Quirinus work. It's more like a glorified wand than a nce.

  The waterspout began to move, throwing the patrol guards onto nd with retive safety. Some broke bones here and there, but they are fine.

  I grabbed the helm wheel and spun it. The ship began to move, heading straight for the whale.

  "Keep you waiting long enough, Avalon...", I smiled, cranking the speed up to maximum.

  The whale roared in response, diving underwater in an attempt to hide, readying for an ambush. But I can calcute the world, I can see everything.

  Spinning the wheel to the left, narrowly avoiding the massive crystal horn of the whale as it rises out of the water at an extremely fast, almost flying. Taking the opportunity, I aimed my gauntlet at the whale.

  The silver gauntlet, after merging with Ouroboros Omniscia, was upgraded. The two harpoons transformed, adding rockets to them. The tips became sharper, harder, and they could easily...

  PAK!!

  The harpoons penetrated the crystal armor on its tail, sinking into the flesh. Then, spikes protruded out from the harpoons, locking them in.

  Reeling in, I flew off the ship and into the sky. I readied my nce, gathering the wind and... sparks of electricity.

  "I shall tell you a story.", I smiled, cutting the lines of the harpoon.

  Getting low, I began to run up the body, scratching the surface of the crystal armor and leaving crackles of electricity behind.

  "A tale of the beginning.", more... crystals are flying at me. But they are already in my calcution.

  Using Quirinus to block, shattering the crystals with the gathering wind and electricity. The crystals are added into the mix, dyeing the wind blue.

  "Heaven and Earth split, and the Void congratuted Infinity..."

  The whale roared again, rumbling its entire body in an attempt to knock me off. Oh, it's falling on its back.

  Stabbing into the back of the whale, and using it as an anchor, I quickly turned to the other direction. And I ran, pushing my body beyond its limit to get to the belly side of the whale.

  "My Law of Existence shall reshape the World..."

  More and more, as I climbed the whale, the white lightning became blue and more fluid. Refine and Harness the power of the strongest weapon of the World— no, of Humanity.

  As all that belonged to Theia... will one day belong to Humanity.

  Reaching the highest point, I summoned Prydwen in its shield form. Then I threw it, commanding the shield to turn into its ship form.

  Boom!!

  Crashing into the whale, I used the mast as a unchpad— and I jumped.

  "Mortar of the Souls, Divinity's Hell is the Eve of Humanity..."

  I raised Quirinus towards the sky, thunder clouds began to roll around. The sky roars in response to my intention.

  It obeys me.

  It obeys my Path of Survival.

  My Desire...

  To be free.

  "Now, by the Will of Humanity. Your light shall be extinguished.", the wind began to spin faster and faster until what covered the nce was just light.

  I retract the nce, focusing on my target.

  And I thrust, "Enuma... Elis..."

  Silent. No. The sound was too loud, my ears shut down temporarily to protect my brain from hearing it.

  The beam of blue light pierced through Prydwen, to the point it had to dissipate. But by then, I already achieved my goal.

  From its lower jaw, through the heart, and exits the tail. It was a calcuted one-hit-kill, but that is not all. Then scratch marks I left behind crackle again, as they are tracks...

  KRACKAKAKOOM!!!!

  ...For the lightning forming above me to see its target. The white lightning, followed by what I assumed to be a deafening thunder, hit the whale, igniting the path made by me.

  "I win this round, Avalon.", I smiled even wider, my expression warped into horrifying pleasure, "Hehahaha... Avalon, bring me... something more fun next time."

  Hmm? What is this calcution?

  The whale is amassing more power? Wait, it's...

  "Hehahaha... Avalon, I fucking love you!!", I raised my left arm up, sparking electricity, "Ouroboros Omniscia! Stasis!!"

  The gauntlet created a bubble, just in the nick of time as the whale exploded!!

  The shockwave alone sent me far away. I think I was forgetting about something...

  ...

  Oh shit, I forgot about Mitsuki.

  Calcuting where I am and the speed I am traveling at... hmm, this should be enough. I regenerated the harpoons.

  I am just above a forest, right around where Mitsuki should be...

  "Oh, I'm te.", there was a blood-red pilr shooting through the sky. I can feel the intense bloodlust coming from way over there.

  "Give me my wings, Justice."

  The Justice Mist that was hanging around me merged and condensed. They formed wings triple my size, helping me maneuver through the sky.

  And I nded in a ravine, pretty close to the intense battle two people were having.

  On one side, Mitsuki got her blue hair cut in different pces, and her frosty eyes were unfocused. She is getting weaker by the second... but I can sense something else is going on. Especially with that bck spear wrapped in zig-zag Shide paper... and the purple centipede symbol on the bde of the spear.

  And the other side is a humanoid creature made out of blood, it kinda looks like Mitsuki but with longer hair and sharper eyes. It looks completely fine.

  "Remove Gear: Imprisoned Arsenal, Ouroboros Omniscia."

  I transformed my gauntlet back into the coffin, smming it down and breaking some rocks. Hmm, it got their attention.

  "Don't mind me, I'm just here to intervene if things get too out of hand.", I casually said as I took out a cigarette— oh shit, I dropped my pack somewhere.

  Then a crow nded on my shoulder with my pack of cigarettes with it.

  I took it and took out two cigarette sticks, "Thanks, want one?"

  The crow nodded, igniting its feather to light both. I put one in the crow's mouth and it flew away.

  "Ch-Charlotte? Why are you here?", Mitsuki asked me with wary eyes.

  "Fought a crystal whale, it exploded and here I am.", I shrugged and smoked.

  Then it was the blood thingy's turn to speak, "Who are you to dare enter the domain of the Okita?"

  I promptly ignored that creature, "Be careful, Mitsuki, you can tag me in any time."

  Hearing my poor attempt at supportive words, she smiled brightly and turned to face that Blood Elemental, or something.

  Looking up to the sky... hmm, a storm is brewing.
