Hello hello! It's me, Rhaps, the author! Congratutions to me for reaching this point of the story!! And thank you all for reading up to this point!!
Oh! And happy 2nd anniversary!! Did I pn the ending to be in the 2nd? Nope.
Charlotte has been through quite an adventure, didn't she? This half of the story shows more of her human side and her struggle to be with others, she can't help but distance herself from other people.
Here is a fun fact, Charlotte doesn't actually hate the Egos of the World. They were just in her way, and we all know what our sociopathic protagonist does to the people who get in her way. More than that, she is grateful for Tiamat and Theia, since they both contributed to Life on Earth and humanity.
As I said in the beginning, she is mainly inspired by Lion El'jonson from Warhammer 40k and Elysia from Honkai Impact 3rd. The indomitable will and conviction of the First Son of the Emperor, and the positivity and love for humanity from Pink Jesus, albeit more twisted. There are two more inspirations ter down the line, Astolfo the Weakest Padin of Charlemagne, and Victor von DOOM (not by choice).
Astolfo because of his armory, he always has the right tool for whatever niche situation he caught himself in, and his apparent insanity (yes, Astolfo is insane in Ornd Furioso). Charlotte is batshit insane to everyone with how radical and how nonchant she is when dealing with crazy situations, but like Astolfo who just shrugged when finding his sanity on the moon without further thoughts, she too will just accept things as they are, she also has a fuckton of weapons, Reverie is quite literally a weapon factory.
As for Dr. Doom, have you seen the guy? He's prideful and very extra to an insane degree. He once deleted an entire universe just because his alternative self was being too humble, he has the most ego in the whole Marvel universe. Now look at Charlotte, she's always extra with whatever she does, even if there is an easier path, and her ego is massive.
In retrospect, all the revealed Akasha so far embodied a concept of humanity. Gilgamesh "Conquest and Domination", Pandora "Acceptance and Denial", Romulus and Remus "Endurance and Perseverance", Sincir "Joy and Madness", and Charlotte has "Arrogance and Delusion", as you can tell from her anthropocentrism view.
Well, do you feel that the second part is shorter than the first part? Not a lot of moving around, going with a straight plot, and not screwing around as much? Yeah, because I kinda realized that I had all the setup done in the first part, my bad. But I did get to where I intended to get.
Anyhow, I won't get into detail about her Aspects of Akasha since it's thoroughly expined in the series as a whole (maybe at the end). Let's get to what makes Charlotte unique from the other Akasha.
Since my writing style takes inspiration from Mushroom Man Nasu, there is a lot to leave up for interpretation. Plus I dislike stopping the story to expin powers unless absolutely necessary.
This will be a summary of Charlotte's strongest attacks, Enuma Elis, World Breaker, Argent World of Chalk, and Phantasmal Denial.
For starters, the common ground between all of them is that they all represent an aspect of her being, Body, Soul, and Mind.
=0=0=
Enuma Elis and World Breaker are easy to expin, as they are basically the same thing in different conditions. A condensed form and a burst form (yes, Enuma Elis is a single-target attack). By channeling her power through Quirinus, with the nce acting as a conductor, she can focus any Petal of Akasha around an anchor plus the power to control the concept of Storm, making it a very potent attack.
These two represent her Body, as they are the only ultimate attacks that need a catalyst to achieve - Quirinus. Charlotte needs the nce specifically as it is the only thing strong enough to handle the full extent of her powers.
Enuma Elis is good for close-range attacks, and like all of her moves, is a one-shot move. But it needs time to charge up and mix with the wind generated by Quirinus to contain and condense whichever element she's using, that's why Charlotte usually chants to buy time (plus to gloat), and when she only announces the attack it's pretty weak but still tear reality apart.
World Breaker is the burst form, which means it is used to deal with multiple targets at once or to destroy something in a particur direction. Charlotte usually channels Malice because it is the most destructive type, but she can apply it to others too. Although it failed to do its job twice against Elderstahl and Londinium, it can wipe off the entirety of the Amazon Rainforest if fully charged, she didn't use it right and was simply outmatched by a sword that was made to cleave stars apart, and an Embodiment of a dead civilization on top of the Herald buffs.

Argent World of Chalk is more complicated than the two above, it is the representation of her Soul, her Inner World. This links back to the time she was weak and had her Soul fractured by many mind wipes, it creates a condition of Purity - the default state of her Soul.
As a result, when it was still only the World of Chalk, it drained her memories and fogged her mind. But as its newly evolved form, she doesn't lose her memories but still affects her mind in a way that makes her more isoted, the more she uses it, the more detached she is from reality, making her more apathetic to fit the role as the Argent Monarch, resetting her in another way.
Its effect is simple, it drains the energy and existence of whatever steps into this nd of chalk to maintain itself. This is a race against time, the longer Charlotte's target is in here the more dire the situation. It tries to return Charlotte's condition of Purity, meaning that it eats away everything that would Taint her Pure nature.
Now for the fun stuff, its changes from a pocket dimension within herself to tainting the real world can only be achieved by Argent Overdrive. Since Argent Overdrive synchronizes all three Body, Soul, and Mind, her Inner World can intrude upon the real world without the need for her other powers.
Its current form filled with silver cogs and buildings colpsing and reforming at the same time is the truest form of her Soul. The cogs always spin, but they never change as proof that Charlotte is still herself, and the buildings are a dispy of her own ever-changing definition of herself.
As long as her enemy isn't an Eldritch God or any other cosmic being, she can win by outsting her enemy.

Finally, Phantasmal Denial, it's the most expined attack of hers and by far the most complicated. This all started with the concept of "Everyone sees the world differently" and tries to conform it to their own view.
Being the manifestation of her Mind, this touches upon a topic Charlotte isn't familiar with, Faith. People try and reject what doesn't fit their worldview, and they try to conform others to their own view, like zealous. Charlotte is no different, she views the world in her own way and Phantasmal Denial tries to rewrite the world to fit her view.
Her hatred and disgust for anything non-human also py a huge part, it isn't called Phantasmal Denial for nothing. If she was isekai, her cheat ability would be anti-Magic, removing anything magical in her vicinity permanently, excluding some exceptions. Eldritch Gods wouldn't be affected much, but their connection to their Star would be temporarily cut and weaken significantly, Eldritch Beings like the Beasts of Tindalos wouldn't be affected since they are "Universal Truth", existence that are always right, Heralds aren't affected, and The Pale Court plus The Enigma Code won't be affected by it, Lughz Dustur especially because of their... hacks.
Phantasmal Denial rewrites the world to fit Charlotte's view on what life should be, things that she deems to be Anomally to Life itself will be removed. For example, Elves will lose their connection to nature, Golems will colpse, Beastmen will lose their sharp instinct, and Fairies will be straight-up deleted. All things magical and abnormal aren't safe from this ability, i.e. the powers from the Fragment of the Universe, which shouldn't even exist.
The downside of Phantasmal Denial is that its range is limited, only around 30 meters normally and 80 meters with Argent Overdrive. But with Fallen Starlight, she can shoot it as a projectile.

Now some fun facts:
Charlotte's alignment is Neutral-Evil, some might see her as chaotic but that's because she can get away with many things being who she is and how little fucks she gives.
Amongst all the Juries of the Pale Court, some can put Charlotte into a stalemate or even outright kill her, one of them being the Dino King.
Charlotte wears steel sole shoes.
Charlotte wears trench coats because I own trench coats and know how to move in them.
One of the many reasons Charlotte can win against Terra is that the Ego decided to take a humanoid form, she has a natural advantage against all humanoids.
Can Charlotte win against Goku? Yes, her racism win against monkeys.
