  The fees on the screens flickered to live footage. A woman dressed in blue and silver stepped up a flight of stairs.

  Her blue coat fluttered, held to her waist by a dark blue corset. Her hair is a silver color with a blue glow to it. And floating behind her was a halo in the shape of an Eight Pointed Star, humming a silver glow.

  She turned back, sitting down upon a silver throne, and crossed her legs arrogantly. Her sharp eyes are intoxicating, those azure eyes bear stars in them, giving almost everyone in the world a shiver up their spine. She smirked.

  "I am Charlotte Silvi the Silver Princess, Argent Monarch of Humanity.", she announced, her authority brightly shown, "As you all know by now, what you had seen was your entire history from the moment you were born, every good deed you have done, every sins you have committed. I know all, and now, the world knows."

  Across the world, uproars took pce, cursing and insulting Charlotte. But she took it all in with a smile, for love and hate are two sides of the same coin, she thrives in those emotions.

  "Now everyone's sins were revealed, I shall grant you all my first decree.", She held her hand out, "I grant all humans the ability to persecute and prosecute your fellow man, with just one request, all of humanity shall be the one to grant the final Judgement."

  "As for my second decree, I alone am the one who decides the punishment for those being judged.", she put her right hand on her chest, her gleeful smile was there for all to see, "Because I know in this world rule by a cycle of endless conflict and destruction, humanity is inherently evil."

  That caused an even rger uproar, for people to judge each other without consequences - the conclusion most people had when accounting for the entire world - there is no way to avoid justice, especially those who are corrupt and criminals. There are those who deluded themselves into bribing the Monarch, not knowing she has the coffer of humanity at her disposal.

  "And for my third decree."

  The world held its breath for a moment.

  "I encourage you all to be better than the nature you were born with. To be evil is easy, it is better to not have any morals. So prove me wrong, dear Children of Order."
