  She showed up online to post something and spread chaos again… And fortunately for me, it gave me some insight as to what might happen next.

  Hmm… I could probably make a stream out of this, I was gonna look at all of this under a microscope anyway.

  The fact that it’s a school seems to tell me that I at least can apply for here. Who knows for how long or how many years does this pce have, if that even exists for this ‘school’.

  There’s a lot of things I could talk about now, but I’ll relegate that to the stream.

  Still, how did Wiina even get something this detailed? It’s as if… she was the one who created it? Would it be correct to assume that? At the very least it’s hard to believe she’s not at least an accomplice.

  There’s no way she doesn’t have any inklings on this while having something so crucial. Should I call her? Would she be busy right now or… Hmm…

  It couldn’t hurt to try, at least.

  “Wiina, can I ask you something?” I quickly got to the point before we could exchange pleasantries.

  “” She casually answered.

  “So… Did you have any part in this new ‘school’ being created?” I asked, straight up.

  “” She id out her role. Guess she is an accomplice after all. She didn’t exactly tell me how big of a part she has, but I don’t think I should push that particur point too much.

  “Do you at least know the grand pn of this person? Can you even tell me that?” It would kill a lot of mystery if she does tell me, but it would at least clear a bit of frustration I have with trying to think about the motives and such.

  “” She gave me the response I more or less expected.

  “Figures…” I can’t help but say.

  “” She asked in return.

  “Yeah. In a few hours.” I answered.

  “” She suddenly brings that up. Right… That.

  I got a few messages hounding me about it, even though I don’t think it’s that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things.

  “Sure, why not… You are a lot more knowledgeable on this, aren’t you? Got something to impart?” I asked just in case she knows more about it than all I have read on.

  “” She imparts her observation, which is definitely not false. From what I’ve read, if I am really that good, I wouldn’t need to pull it out manually.

  “Yeah. Hopefully I can fix that soon.” I said, knowing that this is more or less just the very bare minimum. There’s a lot I need to go through to even be a slight bit competitive against her, not that we’d come to blows, of course, but I don’t want to weigh her down if we ever hang out again.

  “” She gave me encouraging words…

  “Of course I will!” I said to reassure her, not wanting her to feel like I’m not taking those words seriously. “Oh, one st thing, it was you who publicized that diagram, right?”

  “” She smugly said. I guess it really is that simple…

  “We’re live!” I started with the standard opening, gotta reassure myself and the viewers that it is in fact, live.

  Seems like there are people demanding me to talk about yesterday’s incident already. It’s not like it’s meant to be a secret technique or anything.

  “So, today we’re gonna talk about what in the world happened to my school. It has been a talking point since… Well, since it happened, obviously. We’re gonna look through all the nooks and crannies.”

  “‘Secrets’ ‘Tricks’ ‘THAT’. The stream barely started and we’re already going off topic… Chat, I was pnning on just talking about the school mystery and the diagram that was sent by Wiina. I didn’t expect to lecture on magic all of a sudden.” I can’t help but be a bit annoyed at that. Of course I can’t exactly just yell at them that they’re dumb or something, or how many of them probably couldn’t even be bothered using magic. It’s still not a widespread thing, for one. “You know what, fine, I’ll talk about it, but first I’ll put up a poll to see which topic do you want me to talk about first.”

  That’ll give me some breathing room to come up with something to say that won’t be too vague or complicated for them.

  The poll will only be for a few minutes, so depending on how this goes I might have more time to come up with expnations.

  …Well, the conspiracy stuff edged out by a little bit, so that’s good.

  “Guess we’re going as pnned for now. Tough luck.” I can’t help but snarked at chat. Seems like the silent majority wants me to talk about something that’s way more interesting.

  “First off. I think some of you already know, but the school that was repced is in fact a school I went to. This all happened with no warnings, no messages, no nothing.” I started off by talking about my personal connection to the pce. “I was in the dark as much as everyone else. Kind of shocking hearing about it secondhand before looking up the news.”

  “So I think all of us were pretty damn confused when that happened. Thankfully a certain someone hopped on DieChan again and posted a pretty important image… Lemme just pull that up on the screen.” Gonna need some space on the screen to show most of it. I also have a list of important-looking locations and other details. We’ll go over that a little bit ter. “I think most of you have already seen it, but for those who just learned about this. Wiina posted this rge diagram on DieChan yesterday at night, and basically spoils a good deal of mystery out of this, but it does raise a few more.”

  I then zoomed in on a part of the diagram, showing a few bels.

  “So just from these bels, it’s clear this is meant to be a school of some kind. It looks like it can house a lot of students, so there’s that… Also, there are facilities shown in the sketches that are clearly not regur curriculum. They’re most like those training grounds you see in fantasy settings.” I start breaking down the diagram. This kind of grand pace shouldn’t be relegated to just being a school alone, so this also tells me this pce will have a program for learning how to fight, and very likely, use magic. “Seems like this pce will double as some sort of training ground for those dungeons, maybe.”

  “As it stands we don’t have any information on what those courses will be like, but from this diagram at least the normal ones still exist. Who knows, maybe it’s optional.” I threw the idea out there, before zooming in on the walls surrounding the structure. “As for this… It definitely makes the whole pce look a lot more intimidating, there are weapons all around it to prevent any possible attack, whatever those would be.”

  “At the very top there is also the principal office… I hope whoever fills that shoe isn’t afraid of heights.” I remarked jokingly, though I’m pretty sure they aren’t all that bothered. The person who’s going to be the principal would most likely already be involved. “And this thing. I think a lot of people are focusing on this. The warp pad. Insane technology if it’s actually true, but right now no one has tried entering and checking it out, correct?”

  “Hmm… Yeah, looks like no one in chat has done it. Can’t bme you guys. I wouldn’t want to sneak in, that’s for sure.” I shared their sentiment. I would probably get vaporized the moment I tried to rush through the front gate, if these notes mean anything. “Anyway, if I were to guess, there will be a way to apply for this pce in… I don’t know, I can’t see it being any less than a month from now.”

  “You guys really want to get to the point aren’t ya. Just so you know. I did call her about it. All she could tell me is that she is the one who sent the photo, and the mastermind behind this is a fickle person. Not exactly much off to go on.” I’m setting the record straight on that front. “She’s hired to work on it, but she never eborated how big of a part she has.”

  “Alright chat, give me some crazy theories to react to. I don’t have anything in mind, to be honest. I tried giving it a go but it all still feels too confusing to me.” I said to give them something to do. It’s not gonna be a very long stream, so I might as well give them something to engage themselves with.

  They’re throwing a lot of ideas around that can’t really be substantiated, but…

  “I guess it might be some underground group of supernaturals. I’ve come across some already, they probably come out of the woodworks now that the world is in chaos. They can move around a bit more freely.” I threw the idea out there after seeing some comments about it.

  “Huh? Ah right, that. I didn’t think it was that important. Not like I could give any names without being hunted down and mauled.” I jokingly said. Edea looks like a good sport in my book, but then again… Hmm…

  Speaking of that, I didn’t even know that many to say I’ve come across ‘some’, but the damage is already done.

  “‘Can we talk about THAT already’. Fine, fine. I guess we look through enough of you guys’ nonsense. Fine! It’s not very important, but we can talk about it.” I still can’t believe they insist on that. “So, the thing about that incident yesterday. I think you can sorta guess already, but I was invited to join one of those magic gangs that came up.”

  “Yeah, so they tried to forcefully make me join, thinking they could win easily. Heh, idiots.” It’s rather amusing. From my point of view it’s very clear how outmatched they are, but for a lot of people who haven’t learned the ins-and-outs of magic just yet, it seems completely absurd.

  “So I think you guys now want to know the how and why. The things here chat, I can’t exactly throw out spells willy-nilly, I don’t wanna deal with causing colteral damage. Besides, these guys aren’t tough enough to withstand them anyway.” I threw in that mockery as I started expining the situation. “So as to what I did to make myself so strong… It’s nothing special.”

  “Look. I’ll y it out for you what I did. It has many names but I call it mana-cdding. It’s basically just letting your mana cover and strengthen your body instead of spending it on spells. There’s nothing more to it.” I answered. That should be enough.

  “Chat. It’s not a spell. It’s not something you need to put a lot of thought into in order to pull it off… Kinda. You see, a lot of you can’t even use a spell yet, so this isn’t going to be possible for a lot of you right now.” I guess I have to eborate a bit more on this. “When you become more accustomed to using mana for spells and such, your body starts to siphon it to reinforce your body when you are in a combat situation, so you can withstand stuff like spells or weapons. I’m not quite at the level where I can do it automatically just yet, but I can consciously do it.”

  “For an advanced fighter, their body will be reinforced and enhanced automatically with their mana reserve, it doesn’t actually take too big of a toll on you, but if you cast too big a spell while mana-cdding is in effect it can end up leaving you vulnerable as it take the mana use for enhancement as emergency reserve.” I then talked about an important point about this mechanic. “None of you are close to that level, I’d imagine. It’s still important to take note. You don’t want your defense to drop down to zero during the fight. You’d ft out get one-tapped.”
