{Eve}

  Ever since I woke up Levi and Zoey have refused to leave my bedside waiting on me hand and foot. It's cute and annoying at the same time especially when I have to do things like use the bathroom. At least now the silver chain that chained me to the bed has been lengthened so that I can have enough room to walk around the room in general.

  Zoey is the most overprotective of me especially when Uncle 42's around and I don't blame her. The guy's nickname is nutcase Uncle 42 for a reason.

  My original doctor Dr. Larry has now been replaced by Uncle 42 because of the testing I was put under. Most of the time Doctor Agents go by their regular names when they're not in the lab. The doctors when they work in the lab if they're a man they're referred to as Uncle and whatever ID number they've been given. If the doctor is a woman they're referred to as Auntie and whatever ID number they've been given. When they're working outside of the lab and in the hospital they go by normal human names because not everyone at the hospital is an Agent. Uncle 42 is the only doctor that I know of that doesn't go by a normal human name even when he's at the hospital.

  From what I can tell most of the doctors and nurses around me are Agents so I feel okay when Zoey transforms into a lioness cub around me at least when she's in my hospital room. A lot of times Zoey wants to snuggle on my lap transformed as a lioness cub but today she decided to sleep on my lap in her human form. That's fine because even in her human form she's still small enough to fit on my lap.

  "Man I wish I was small like that so I could just sit on your lap anytime I want," Levi said.

  I chuckled. "Well I can ask for a bigger bed so you could sleep in the same bed with me?"

  He shook his head. "Nah, I don't want to get in the way of the machines that need to be hooked up to you."

  "I guess we'll just have to wait until I get home in order to snuggle," I said.

  "And it looks like you might be able to go home soon!" I heard George say.

  I looked up at the doorway to see George standing there with his son Junior in his arms. Mom and Dad were standing behind him along with Kelly and her husband Luke.

  Zoey woke up and perked up when she saw Goerge and Junior standing in the doorway. "Yay! Junior's here!"

  George chuckled and let Junior down so he could go greet Zoey. George stepped aside to let Kelly and Luke enter the room. Zoey got even more excited at seeing Kelly and Luke.

  "Aunt Kelly! Uncle Luke!" Zoey said as she hugged them one after the other.

  Levi stood up and grabbed a chair so that Kelly could sit down and it's a good thing he did that because from what I know of Kelly is already eight months pregnant. However, just by looking at her she looks like she could give birth at any moment.

  "Hey Eve, I heard you went into a coma for three days and since you're awake we decided to come visit you," Kelly said.

  "You had us all worried sick young lady!" Mom said.

  I chuckled. "I'm fine now." I looked at George. "What makes you so sure that I'll be released soon?"

  "Because me and the rest of the team were discharged that day after we woke up. It's the day after you woke up-" George started to explain.

  "And he's absolutely correct," I heard Elder Lewis say.

  I had to keep myself from rolling my eyes because I wanted to so bad at that moment. Of course he would show up while the whole family's here!

  Elder Lewis smirked. "Oh don't give me that look Agent 36." He looked at Levi. "I'm sorry to have to break up the family reunion but I need to talk to my Agents alone for a moment."

  Levi didn't look happy about Elder Lewis's request but in the end he ushered everyone except George and I out of the room.

  "Well since you're awake and it's the day after you've woken up then yeah you'll probably get discharged sometime today. Anyway, I think you guys have earned a Vacation-ish," Elder Lewis said.

  I paused. "A vacation-ish?"

  "I say it's a vacation because you'll be off work until next weekend. I added the ish to it because the new Training Facility has been built for you guys specifically for you to test out your new powers and train with them," Elder Lewis said. "Not to mention everyone on the team will be trained by Trainer Michael."

  "Yay," I said with sarcasm. "That's going to be loads of fun training with him again. I can see why you added the 'ish' onto vacation."

  Elder Lewis laughed. "Yup. But you will get days off before that. So I've said what I need to say now everyone can come back into the room again and I shall take my leave."

  With that Elder Lewis then left the room.

  {Levi}

  When I heard that Elder Lewis had granted Eve and George a vacation I couldn't believe my ears. But then when I heard about the new training facility it made complete sense. Of course the Organization wouldn't want their Agents slacking off while their Agents are trying to relax. But at least she'll get a week off before she starts training.

  Just like George said Eve got discharged from the hospital later in the evening. The first thing Eve did when she got home was take a shower and change into some comfortable pajamas. She told me she was hungry so I had a maid bring her something to eat.

  She sat down on the couch in our room and her meal consisted of a huge pile of eggs and a huge pile of sausage and bacon. To a normal person that would be too much food. But since she's an Agent, she'll burn whatever calories she eats pretty quickly.

  "So according to Elder Lewis we need to start packing our bags tonight because we need to be at the 'vacation spot' by next weekend and if we want to get the most out of our 'vacation' then we need to get going," Eve said. She took another bite of food.

  I snickered. "And I find it funny that you put the word 'vacation' in quotation marks."

  She rolled her eyes. "Well Elder Lewis did say it was a 'vacation-ish' for a reason."

  "At least I can cancel my appointments for this week," I said. "Lately I've just been doing them by video call only and I have my office locked up so not even my new PA can get in."

  "So what does your new PA do?" Eve asked.

  "Pretty much the same thing you did when you were working for me," I answered.

  "I see, what's his name?" Eve said.

  "His name is Jack and he's been very curious about you just like everyone else in the office has been. It's been a while since you've stopped by after all," I said.

  "Well maybe on one of my regular days off I'll stop by," Eve said.

  I nodded. I was getting ready to say something else when I heard Mom say in a sing-song voice, "Eve! Levi! Where are you?"

  "We're upstairs Mom!" Eve called out.

  Mom came upstairs and since the door was wide open she walked into the room. She took a seat next to Eve on the couch and chuckled when she saw what Eve was eating.

  Eve raised an eyebrow. "What's so funny?"

  "I still can't get over how you can't eat vegetables," Mom said. "But you seem to be doing just fine on your weight and I'm a little jealous that you can eat all that meat and not gain weight. You even had trouble gaining weight when you were pregnant with Zoey!"

  Eve's face turned red and I resisted the urge to laugh.

  Mom cleared her throat. "Sorry dear I didn't mean to embarrass you with that compliment. Anyway, we need to go over your wardrobe tonight because we're leaving tomorrow. Zoey's really excited about this too."

  "That's good to hear Zoey's excited. As far as going over my wardrobe goes, I'm not wearing dresses the whole entire time," Eve said.

  I snickered at that comment. Mom gave me a sideways look. "Don't you laugh at that. The things women do to look good for their men. Your father's downstairs waiting for you."

  "What about you guys? Are you already packed?" I asked.

  Mom nodded. "Yup! We started packing the moment we heard where we were going on a vacation. Now shoo, go away Eve and I have some packing to do."

  I smiled and nodded. "Alright, I'm going." After I walked over to Eve and kissed her I left the room.

  {Hudson/Levi's Dad}

  I sat down on the couch in the living room at Levi's house not really doing anything in particular. I had the Tv on but I wasn't really interested in it at the moment.

  As soon as Eve and George's Boss announced that they were going on vacation Isabella and I decided to pack our things first and head over to Eve and Levi's place to surprise them. Levi was surprised alright and my granddaughter Zoey was excited to see me.

  She came to me and jumped on the couch while still transformed as a lioness. "Grandpa!"

  I smiled. "Hey there little one! Do you mind transforming into a human so I can hold you?"

  "Yes, Grandpa!" Zoey said. She transformed back into a human and snuggled onto my lap. "I'm so happy we're going on vacation. That's because I'll get to spend more time with Mommy! I hate it when she's gone for days at a time because of her job!"

  I sighed, "Yeah I know how you feel but some jobs are like that unfortunately."

  "Hey Dad," I heard Levi say. He walked over and sat down on the couch next to me.

  I looked at Zoey. "Zoey, do you mind leaving for a bit so I can have a word with your father in private?"

  Zoey looked up at me and nodded. "Okay I guess I'll talk to you later."

  After she left I turned my attention back to Levi. "So they've found their super soldiers?"

  He sighed, "Yeah they have and Eve is one of them. And so is George."

  I knew about as much as he did ever since I signed the contract. Signing the contract with the Organization that George and Eve work under gives me a little bit more access as to what Eve and George are dealing with but not much more than what's going on with them. From what I've looked into it is a legal contract and it can be enforceable in court.

  It still boggles my mind that Eve got her first kill at the age of seven. Apparently, she was supposed to be starting her training to become what's called an Enforcer at the age of three but because of a special ability that she has called Demon Power her training was delayed. According to the information I found Demon Power can be very destructive if it's not controlled well.

  George on the other hand from what I was able to find out has developed different abilities as well. He's able to transform into a Puma and can turn anything into a magnet.

  Even though the technology the Organization is using to create the super soldiers is impressive, the way they're going about it is what doesn't sit well with me. They're using a whole village full of people around the world to test on at an early age and a lot of times from the moment they were born. I don't like it but it's really not my problem to deal with. Although I feel sympathy for Eve and George because of what they've been going through.

  "I think George is an idiot for signing up to work with the Organization just so he can be like Eve," Levi said, shaking his head in dismay.

  I shrugged. "Well you know how George is. Once he makes up his mind about something there's no stopping him. And now he has a son to raise. But he seems happy where he's at at least."

  "True," Levi said.

  "Hudson! Levi!" I heard my wife Isabella call out. "We're done packing!"

  Isabella came around the corner with Eve walking beside her. Eve was wearing blue jeans and a regular tan t-shirt. Isabella was wearing pretty much the same outfit. It made me snicker a little because Isabella always dreamed about being able to wear matching outfits with her daughter-in-law.

  Isabella smiled when she saw me. "Isn't it wonderful? I finally get to wear matching outfits with my daughter-in-law! Oh and Zoey has the same outfit! She's asleep right now."

  "Honestly, I think all of us should get some sleep, we gotta head out tomorrow," Levi said. He stood up and said, "Mom and Dad since it's getting late I'm going to assume you'll stay the night here?"

  I nodded. "Yes and then we'll head out early tomorrow."

  "And even though you're going to sleep Eve, don't forget to pack the outfit that I put on top of your suitcase for tomorrow!" Isabella said.

  Levi took Eve's hand and told us goodnight and when they went upstairs to their room Isabella turned to me. "I think we need to go to sleep too. The area we're headed to actually has a lot of sightseeing places to go to. The place we're staying at is actually a beach house and it's been awhile since we've stayed at a beach house isn't it dear?"

  "Yeah it is. It'll be nice to relax and spend some time with the family for a little bit. Alright let's go to bed," I said.

  With that, we went to our room and got settled in for the night. I must've been more tired than I thought I was because as soon as my head hit the pillow I fell fast asleep.

  {Eve}

  Once my family and I got our 'vacation spot' I had to report to Elder Lewis at least to take a tour of the new training facility. At least my family (the ones that signed contracts for this information) got to come with me. Levi, Zoey, Mom and Dad were very curious to see where George and I would be working in the upcoming months.

  When we got to the main training area my jaw dropped. The training area was about as wide as two hundred football fields! Not to mention there was a running track that went around that I have no doubt that Trainer Michael will be pushing us hard to run on.

  The person who was giving us the tour was Elder Lewis. He smirked when he saw my reaction to looking at the main training area. "It's awesome isn't it? Oh and I forgot to mention they have a semi truck section in the training area!"

  I blinked. "Say what now?"

  "You know the semi trucks that you trained with before you destroyed that meteorite three years ago?" Elder Lewis said.

  My jaw dropped. "Seriously?"

  Elder Lewis nodded. "Yep! Wanna check it out?"

  "Oh you know I do!" I cheered.

  "What does he mean that you trained with semi trucks?" George asked.

  I smiled. "You'll see!"

  Who'd thought I'd get excited about seeing a line of twenty semi trucks in a row but I was. I was excited mostly because of nostalgia on how I was trained before I destroyed that meteorite with my Demon Power.

  "Uh, okay? What's so great about this station?" George asked.

  Elder Lewis grinned. "It's a good thing I told you guys to show up in your work uniforms for the tour of this place. I figured a certain someone might want to show off or the rest of you might want to give things a try before you actually start working here." He turned to me. "I take it you want to show off? Considering everyone here knows what's going on feel free to use your powers and not just brute strength. Actually why not show everyone just how strong Demon Power can be? And we'll be able to get more trucks in by the time you guys report to work next weekend."

  "So that means I can use all twenty of them?" I asked.

  Elder Lewis nodded. "Yes and some of those trucks are weighted as well."

  I grinned and clapped my hands with glee. "Excellent!"

  Elder Lewis chuckled as I shrugged off my suit jacket and tie and handed it to him. Since the semi trucks were in a row and tied together I used my brute strength to pull them out into the field. I heard George whistle and I said, "Oh don't be too amazed yet. I'm just getting started!"

  After I activated my Demon Power, I grabbed each semi truck with my power and tossed them up into the air. I used my Wind Power to jump high up into the air and combining my Fire Power and Demon Power I crushed the semi trucks as if they were soda cans into a ball and I shot a fire ball at them causing the semi trucks to explode in mid air. As the semi trucks fell to the ground I used my Water Power to freeze semi trucks so they wouldn't catch the building on fire and with my bare fists I used my brute strength to smash them into a million tiny pieces.

  For the finishing touch on my demonstration I deactivated my Demon Powers and did a backflip in midair and landed on the ground. As I dusted myself off I turned around and smiled when I saw everyone who was watching me had their jaws dropped to the ground. Even Elder Lewis's jaw was dropped and that says something. Mostly because he's a hard person to impress.

  Elder Lewis composed himself. "Well it seems like your Powers are coming along quite nicely Agent 36. Now hopefully they don't go out of control. But I think with regular training you'll be able to release the extra energy with no problems."

  "Yeah I've gotten a little bit more control over my Demon Powers lately. I can use them without causing an earthquake now. However, there are still times when my Demon Power just randomly activates, especially when I'm upset about something," I said.

  Elder Lewis nodded. "Still needs some more improvement then."

  Okay not exactly a pat on the back, but I'll take it, I thought.

  Elder Lewis turned to George and everyone that was on my team. "Would anyone else like to test out the training facility?"

  George, Jacob, Evan, Daisy and Charlotte shook their heads.

  "Well alrighty then, that does conclude the tour of this place. And I'll have to put an order for more semi trucks before you report to work next weekend," Elder Lewis said.

  I grinned. "I can take care of that!"

  Before Elder Lewis could respond I used my Creation Powers to make all twenty semi trucks the regular ones and the ones that were weighted. After I did that I dusted my hands off.

  "Uh Eve?" George said.

  I looked at him. "What?"

  "You have a nosebleed," George said.

  "Huh?" I looked down to see drops of blood on my hand coming from my nose. I laughed when I saw that.

  George frowned. "What's so funny about a nosebleed?"

  "It's been a while since you've had a nosebleed isn't it Eve?" Evan asked with a small chuckle.

  "Oh yeah, that's right! I remember when you used to get those a lot because of overdoing things," Daisy chimed in.

  "Yeah you might want to get that checked out before you meet up with your family that's on the observation deck," Elder Lewis said. "Like I said, that concludes the tour of this place. Have fun on the rest of your vacation."

  "You mean have fun on the rest of your 'vacation-ish?'" Daisy said.

  Everyone else except Elder Lewis chuckled at Daisy's joke. Elder Lewis on the other hand didn't seem amused. He rolled his eyes. "Alright smartass! You guys better get going before I change my mind and have you start working today."

  "Don't have to tell me twice!" Daisy said and she walked out of the training area so fast you'd think her pants were on fire.

  I laughed at Daisy's antics. After that everyone parted ways.
