Chapter 94: Teaching Her Archery

She took out a simple black skirt from her luggage and changed into it.

No choice, she now has nothing but red and black clothes, even the clothes made by the elves haven't been returned yet.

A black velvet long dress, just right for warding off the chill of night.

Cynthia suddenly saw a pair of black gloves placed on the bedside table and narrowed her eyes.

It seems like Caius hasn't worn it since she licked that glove.

Why does he want to suppress his own desires?

What else will happen to her?

  Cynthia was a bit puzzled.

However, she didn't want to really get him into bed that quickly either. After all, this body was still young and it would be easy to cause trouble.

Collecting her thoughts, Cynthia smoothed out her golden locks and let them down, wearing a silver ornament on her wrist.

She put on a pair of short black boots and went downstairs, where Caius was already standing at the door with his cloak wrapped around him. His sharp eyes scanned Cynthia's outfit before softening slightly.

"Will we have roasted rabbit meat to eat tonight? Principal Norman also said he would invite me to eat bear paws, but I think if I killed his students, he wouldn't want to invite me to eat meat."

Cynthia walked beside Kayus, chattering all the way.

It seems she has completely shaken off the influence that lion brought her. Once mentioning food, she becomes happy.

Kai glanced at her lightly and said, "You can eat the lion's meat, it's your spoils of war."

"You brought it back?" Cynthia exclaimed in surprise.

  "Mm." He nodded calmly.

Cynthia shook her head firmly and refused, "Lion meat can't be eaten."

There are too many viruses on the body, heavy metals exceed the standard, and the meat of carnivorous animals is often old and tough.

"Looking up at Kaelus' eyes, she added a sentence, 'Can I just have the skin? Make two fluffy cushions.'"

  "Whatever."

Cynthia lifted the corner of her lips and gave him a brilliant smile, sweetly saying: "Then you one, me one."

Kaius wasn't looking at her, but his mood was visibly joyful, with the corners of his lips slightly raised.

The two arrived at the outer hunting grounds viewing platform area.

In the very center, a large wooden platform had already been set up, and many students had returned with their spoils of war from today's hunt.

They are mostly wild deer and boar, used for practice, and it is rare to hunt fierce beasts on the first day.

The atmosphere in the student pile is not very good, and most of them have a gloomy face.

Especially after Kairos arrived, no one dared to speak out loud, and everyone lowered their heads, only watching the two people's robes pass by.

Cynthia glanced at the crowd on both sides and said in a low voice: "Is this girl close to them? They all came."

"It's not because of her," Kael replied.

"That's why?" Cynthia could see a hint of solemnity and fear on many people's faces.

"Two students who recklessly ventured deep into the forest ahead of time were eaten by monsters." Kael said mercilessly, "When I arrived, only one leg was left."

He glared at her coldly, "Breaking school rules, you're dead."

  Cynthia: It's quite scary.

Principal Norman stood solemnly under the judgment table, seeing Kais coming over, he bowed his head with a full apology, "Angela and Ted have been expelled from school, sorry, Lord Kais."

Cynthia looked at the stage, where four fire-red light balls floated around to illuminate it, and two people were tied up on a wooden pillar in the middle.

A grey-haired girl named Angela who lost both hands and a red-haired boy with a desperate look on his face.

"How can there be two people?" she asked strangely.

Principal Norman, who had already known the facts, replied with a heavy heart, "The one who gave you the Lost Array is Ted. He just wanted to ask Angela to complete his graduation thesis."

"Miss Cynthia, I'm so sorry, I'm really sorry! Please! Have mercy on me!" Ted's eyes were filled with remorse and despair as he shouted at her, his hands tied to the wooden pillar twisting frantically. "I was blinded by my own interests for a moment! You can ask me to do anything, just please! Begging you! Spare me!"

Cynthia subconsciously looked at Kayus, who ignored Principal Norman and everyone else, expressionlessly picking up a silver bow and arrow.

That's the one Angela had in her hand.

"There's a problem with your bow stance." He ignored Ted's yelping above, returned to Cynthia's side, and stood behind her, his tall figure completely enveloping hers.

"Hand." He gestured for her to hold out her hand.

  Cynthia did so.

"Push the bow with the base of your palm." he said again.

Her back was pressed against Kael's chest, he grasped her hand and drew back that bow.

The Silver Arrow's target was Ted, who was crying and begging on the wooden pillar.

Caius irritably said a sentence, then asked Xinyue, "Are you ready?"

  Kill Ted first?

Cynthia subconsciously looked at Angela, who was about to faint beside her. Her arms hung down by her sides, and the rope only tied her waist to the wooden pillar.

Angela's hands were gone, with two white bones exposed, sandwiched between pieces of flesh.

Cynthia's fingers trembled, but were steadied by a greater force.

  "Kai Kai Ah Sue."

  "Huh?"

She turned her face aside and bit her lip, saying: "Can't we kill Angela first?"

"You have the right to choose."

He whispered his assent in her ear, then unhesitatingly aimed the bow and arrow at Angela.

"I didn't mean..." Angela struggled to squeeze out a complete sentence on the table, but Kyrios didn't give her the chance to finish.

Cynthia had never killed anyone before, the arrow in her hand shot out with Kael's help and hit Angela right between the eyebrows, just like that lion that was pierced by his copper arrow with one hand, she only struggled a few times and then fell still.

  Angela died like this.

All students and teaching teachers were quietly watching this trial.

They used to only hear that the Dark God had a golden-haired pet by his side, which was just an exaggerated rumor. But today, everything they saw was real.

Is there a sense of satisfaction after revenge?

Cynthia felt nothing, her heart was unexpectedly calm.

Arrow again, with Kay's help, took aim at a crumbling Ted.

When facing him, Cynthia suddenly trembled.

As she was about to let the arrow fly accurately from her hand, she suddenly pulled out her own hand, turned around and grabbed Kael's cloak. "Kael, I also want a pet of my own."

Her eyes were in a flurry, "Maybe, maybe we need a good dog to guard the countryside?"

"Are you going soft just because of someone else's pleading?" Kael's head hung low, his expression extremely discontent.

Cynthia pursed her lips. Could she say that all she saw in his eyes was genuine remorse?

It's probably okay, depending on the situation (* ̄▽ ̄*)/ Can stock up on articles, but please subscribe to our channel first, regarding the recommended position, sisters.
