Chapter 66: Culinary Interactive Event.

"Would you like a sip? A fine white wine."

Cynthia's nose was suddenly filled with a strong aroma, which was surprisingly similar to the smell of Huangjiu. Wasn't this the perfect substitute for cooking wine?

She stretched out her hand and scratched her neck, just about to take a sniff, when the door of the wine cellar was suddenly slammed open.

Qiao charged in with a silver greatsword as tall as half her height and two palms wide.

"Get away from her!" Her eyes almost burned with substantial flames, red light drifting out of the corners, as she leapt up at the door and cleared Cynthia's head in a single bound, striking the transparent shield that had formed in front of Austin.

Cynthia's brain crashed for the second time. She never thought that Qiao's ace weapon would be so huge and ferocious.

"That's not what you think, Joe." She said weakly, and the next second, Joe had already wrapped his arms around her waist and retreated to the edge of the door, a large sword scraping against the ground with sparks.

"Those are God's belongings, you can't touch them!" Chao burst into flames, his voice even carrying a fierce tone.

The shield in front of Austin emitted a blue ripple where it was attacked and then disappeared.

"Relax, don't be tense, Kael's servants all have a similar temperament to his." He casually placed the wine cup on the wine barrel and walked slowly to the door, not being bothered by the threat at all. He turned his face sideways with a smile, "I think I'm hungry, please hurry up with dinner."

Under Joe's watchful eye, Austin left the wine cellar.

After they left, Cynthia turned to Joe who was still close behind her and said: "I'm not hurt, he just told me a few words, how did you come?"

"You've been taking too long to get the wine." The silver longsword in Joe's hand disappeared without a trace after the danger was resolved, and there wasn't even a scratch left on the ground.

"Have you found the wine you need now?" She returned to her calm and indifferent expression, as if it was someone else who had just lost their temper.

Cynthia murmured in agreement, pointing her finger at the wine glass placed on top of the wine barrel, "It seems to be white wine."

As soon as he finished speaking, a black bottle of wine flew out from a recess in the stone wall and landed in Qiao's hand.

She led Cynthia out, her voice still coldly reminding, "The master doesn't like others entering the wine cellar, if he finds out."

"It was Austin who sneaked in and got caught by the two of us." Cynthia didn't even wait for her to finish speaking before continuing with the second half of the sentence.

Qiao fell silent for a moment, his tightly pursed lips slightly curving upwards, "Mm."

Cynthia certainly didn't miss her recent smile, and if Jo had a progress chart too, she dared to guarantee that her progress would be much faster than Kayser's.

The lemon fish in the pot somehow still maintained its freshness, Cynthia's only contribution to this dish was adding a bit of wine, but after Jo tasted the flavor, her dull eyes lit up.

  "It's really delicious."

Cynthia smiled, "If they don't eat it, we'll put it out for them to see and then take it back to eat ourselves."

Maybe having dinner with her is a good idea, they can discuss more food.

The idea floated through Joe's mind and was forcibly suppressed by her.

Two people in the kitchen were basically Cynthia from time to time scratching her neck and arms eating desserts on the table, watching Joe finish the remaining dishes, sometimes she would also make adjustments based on her limited cooking skills.

All in all, it was a perfect culinary interaction activity.

Cynthia felt her arm getting itchier and itchier, she secretly lifted up a bit of her sleeve, inside grew many red rashes.

Although I've changed bodies, it seems like I haven't changed bodies after all.

This body is also allergic to mangoes.

Cynthia sighed inwardly. They looked the same, had the same name, and even had the same bad habits. Was this princess her from a past life or something?

Across three thousand years of past life?

"You should go take your seat, I'll have Evie bring in dinner." Jo called out to Cynthia who was still standing with half a slice of apple pie in her hand.

"Okay." Cynthia put down the apple pie, washed her hands clean and headed to the second floor dining room.

Red cloth hangs down from the cold grey walls on all four sides.

Caius seems to have a special fondness for red; any decorative object used as a large-scale rendering is always red.

Red carpet, red velvet, red tablecloth.

But this color combined with him is inexplicably noble.

He is in darkness, and red is probably the most vivid color he can have.

The dining room is on the left side of the corridor, one side opens with a pair of oak doors, and both sides are decorated with mountain flower-shaped pillars.

Cynthia stood at the door and scratched her arms and neck several times, making sure that the collar and cuffs would cover her skin tightly before walking in.

She didn't want it to happen so soon, at least not until after dinner when she was alone with Kyrios.

Before my eyes was a wooden long table, even wider and longer than the one on the balcony. The retro pendant lamp lit up the dining room with candles, and the decorations here were very simple. Except for the two red silk fabrics hanging down, there was only this long table, and three chairs.

Caius sat in the upper seat as host.

In this chilly atmosphere, he stood out too much, dignified and elegant like a mysterious duke of an ancient castle, while Austin was arranged to be three or four meters away from him.

Her gaze first gently stuck on Kayson for a while before finding her own position, and throughout this process she didn't even glance at Austin.

The seat was easy to find, just beside Kayrus, the only empty chair.

It's probably because of her behavior at breakfast last time that he understood her strong desire to sit together with him, but this is not enough to forgive him for losing his son outside!

She won't rest until this matter is cleared up tonight.

The emotions in her heart were switched to joy on Cynthia's face, a sweet smile paired with peach-like cheeks, like an exquisite and lovely doll.

And her excitement was all reflected in Kael's eyes, his expressionless sculpted face slightly softened, with a hint of amusement and satisfaction in his red eyes.

Cynthia walked over to Kayus, pulled out a chair and sat down, only then willing to put her eyes on Austin. She looked back and forth between the two of them before saying, "What are you guys talking about?"

"Secret." Austin's hands were clasped together on the table, his smile warm and handsome but overly refined eyebrows and eyes added to this smile now gave Cynthia a very uncomfortable illusion.

"I just saw the door to your wine cellar wasn't closed, and I saw Austin sneaking a drink from it." Cynthia took advantage of the opportunity to tattle, moving her chair closer to Kyrios' left side, with an indignant expression.

  Duck crash (#).
