I've ged the dialogue a bit to make it easier to read. You write in the ents whether or not it is easier to read now .

  Shouts the blonde running at Lappnd with a knife as her two friends watch the situation from a distance. However, to the shock of all three, Lappnd kicks straight at the blonde's face then grabs her by the back of her head knog girl into the mirror above the sink.

  Before anyone do anything else Lappnd grabs the hand that holds the knife and bends it backwards until the sound of bones breaking begins to be heard.
